Tengo un problema con mi káiser la he intentado liberar para un operador de España
Y he cometido algún error y me dice que ya he metido 3 intentos y que tengo que esperar solo llamadas de emergencia
Mi pregunta es la siguiente cuanto tiempo tengo que esperar a que me deje meter otra vez el código de desbloqueo la tengo que dejar con la batería puesta o sin ella enchufada o sin enchufar
Ya que he seguido el manual de desbloqueo pero he hecho algo mal

Sounds like you have a sim lock problem. You might want to call the carrier for help or you might lock your phone.
Tater or others, maybe you can word it in spanish.

Hola Sergio. Yo también vivo en Chile y acabo de comprar uno, el que actualicé a la rom 1.93.xxx. ¿Qué operador de Telefonía usas? Yo uso Entel

genial , alfinal alguien de chile. ahora con el radio nuevo te funciona el 3g de entel... yo sabia que no porque entel usa la 1800 y el diamond solo tiene 850 y 900. bueno espero tu respuesta.. mandame un PM y conversamos mas tranquilamente

And then use your poison! ROM.
Currently me running Entel PCS. .05 Radio.
I get Get 3G, but only use Edge for email retrieval cheap!

No actualizes a nada oficial de HTC.
1. Flashea con este programa: LINK
2. Despues baja algun ROM cocinado! Panosha (current OS on my Jewel)
3. Flassh RADIO to .05 Quad band. 3g imovil.entelpcs.cl

mi diamond tiene rom 1.34.831.1 (lo que creo corresponde a la version hong kong en worldwide english) y spl 1.34.00.00.
quisiera actualizar con la rom oficial 1.93.831.1 (tambien creo que corresponde a hk y en wwe), tengo que instalar el hardspl o con el que trae de origen mi diamond es suficiente.
otra pregunta: porque tu no recomiendas una rom oficial?

Si quieres velocidad y un Diamond que responde perfectamente te aconsejo un ROM cocinado. Ademas de velocidad tienes mas espacio para programas y los ROMS cocinados ya vienen con los tweaks de velocidad y otros que son nescesarios.
Yo te recomiendo tambien actualizar tu RADIO a 05. ya que consume menos bateria y tiene mejor cobertura. Y las llamdas son mas nitidas.
Recomendaciones:
Usa HARDSPL.
Usa PAnoshas como ROM, es el mejor segun mi opinion.
Vas a notar un drastico cambio despues de instalar un ROM cocindado.

No nescesitas el Hardspl para flashear ROM original. Pero ya que estas actualizando ROMS aprovecha y usa Hardspl para futuras Flasheadas!

mil gracias, quizas entonces actualice a la rom original, tendria que confirmar que no va a haber problemas con el gps que con la rom 1.34.831.1 anda bien con garmin mobile xt.
la otra duda es que en mi diamond aparece la banda 850 con esa rom, a pesar de que en el sitio htc dice que la rom nueva habilita esa banda...
no se si tu me podras aclarar esto.

Update Radio A .05 que es 4 bandas
Hola. Yo seguí los consejos de Sergio (gracias Sergio), y tengo mi Diamond con Panosha y la radio a 0.5. Tengo ahora que comprar el plan de Internet móvil a Entel y veré como anda. Hasta ahora puedo decir que anda más rápido, y la calidad de la llamada es buena.

Tengo dudas con mi configuración y me gustaría sabes si me muedes ayudar. Estas son:
1.- En la configuración de phone (Network type) aparecen GSM y WCDMA. ¿Cuál es la que corresponde a 1900?
2.- Contraté el plan de EntelPCS, pero tengo la sensación de que sólo tengo EDGE. ((Aparece una E en los íconos de comunicación), en la barra de arriba del celular. Lo configuré como APN: imovil.entelpcs.cl ¿está bien? Por un instante me pareció ver una G. ¿Sabes cuales son las opciones?
3.- Tú que tienes más experiencia ¿sabes si es estable la conexión de entel? Te lo pregunto pues no tuve conexión en la tarde y no se si eso es normal o no. Yo estoy ubicado en en centro de santiago.

Ok, since i didnt find help in other post looking for a 1.42 2003SE Rom in spanish, i decide to ask, how to edit a Rom, well if someone here can help me i think i will be able to translate it, i need some guide where to start wich tools do i need for edit a rom, some idea of wich files should i start translating, any help would be helpfull, im not a completely ignorant, know programing c++ and framework .net but never try on mobile systems :S always for desktops. At the end of this maybe i have success and we weill finally have a 1.42 spanish version for ower BA. THX ( i think that this is not imposible, m i wrong?) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=377514&highlight=rom+kitchen con lo que esta hay puedes abri cual quier rom q sea .NBH q es el formato de todas al imagenes de los HTC luego que abras el rom busca en\SYS\Base_Lang_0409 hay estan casi todos los archivos a editar para el lenguaje Base_Lang_0409<----ese numero representa el lenguaje en este caso ingles el de espa~ol yo noce cual es, y tampoco estoy muy seguro si los rom de 2003se se pueden abrir con el programa q esta en link, pero lo que si se es que todos los files terminados en 0409.mui tienes q resplasarlos por sus respectivos en espanol para asi poder traducir el rom que quieras, noce si esto te sea de mucha ayuda pero espero que almenos te guie en al direccion correcta.

Some time ago that my personal mobile traduire into Spanish, I have a HTC Kaiser with this jjBlaster rom 90% translated into Spanish for me and I collaborate with the creator of this Rom.
Also I have a Palm Treo 750 that actually use my daughters, I tried several rom from this forum and I work best is 21,193.
I am slowly translated into Spanish in my spare time.

Hace ya algun tiempo que traducco mis moviles personales al Español, dispongo de una HTC Kaiser con rom jjBlaster que esta traducida al 90 % por mi al Español y colaboro con el creador de esa Rom.
Tambien dispongo de una Palm Treo 750 que realmente usan mis hijas, he probado varias rom de este foro y la que mejor me funciona es la 21.193.
Poco a poco voy traduciendola al Español en mis ratos libres.

I used the rom navedrob and translated into Spanish only, and also I added a Task Manager from the Start menu so that applications close.

Esta Rom es mas rapida que la 6.0? Siempre tuve esta duda.
Y tiene algun bug a nivel telefonia? como en Mensajes o Llamadas?
Los Mensajes con el formato de Chat como la 6.0 de Palm o es como los telefonos comunes, osea, todos los mensajes separados?

OK como leí tiones un i-537 la versión de AT&T. Con este es muy fácil para actualizar lo único que tienes que hacer es buscar un buen wifi y en los ajustes buscar una actualización. Si eso no te funciona no te recomiendo que intentes actualizar. Si no sabes inglés Ya que si tu teléfono se arruina o algo falla en la actualización forzada podrías tener mucho trabajo para repararlo.
Ahora si sabes usar Odin.

Incluyendo el 4.4.2 que seria la ultima versión para nuestros teléfonos.
