Is it supposed to be a "block" or separator between the pins in the USB contact on the tytn2 ? or is it just "stand alone" out from the device ?
like
pin 1-4

i found out, someone sendt me a picture from the usb contact.
seems i'm missing a plastic "block"/"separator" in the center of the contact.
I only have the pins sticking out from the device.
i've seen a DIY guide to change here on XDA, just need to find it again

I was asking myself wether it is possible to mount a USB OTG Device and Charge the ME572C at the same time or not.
Since i did a dash install i'd highly appreciate any help.
Is there maybe a different solution for charging the device, for example QI or something?

I Have had issues with the micro usb charge port on my HTC Raider.
I have resoldered the jack to the pcb and in the process I managed to break the flex cable that attaches to the motherboard.
I was wondering if anyone has information on the pinout of the flex cable?
I only need the vss and gnd just to get the unit charging again.
I have searched all over the net and no luck.
I plan on ordering a new connector but in the meantime I need a working phone.

I own a PX5 head unit (MX - Witson). Witson uses model number W2-V5535B for this model. It came with Android 8 (Oreo).
I am wondering if anybody knows what the max. current is that the two USB ports can supply. I want to connect a device that uses approximately 700mA at 5V (measured).

Specification for USB is 500mA. You may get away with 700mA - but I have seen USB ports damaged by long term excessive amperage (HDDs). I would suggest a Y cable with a 5v transformer to feed power to the device just to be safe.
Hmm, okay. It’s a device (dash cam) that just needs power, no data.
I’ll see if I can hardwire it using an add-a-fuse approach. Thank for your reply!
