The dual lens technology of the phone is compatible with the Attachable Lens accessories like Tele, Macro, Fisheye , wide angle, etc. ?

You cover the lens that on the outside, don't cover the inside which is the 'RGB' (colour) lens.
Obviously you will lose the monochrome lens because you cover it up, but this lens is mostly used in lowlight situations to sharpen the images.
So as long as you don't want to lose quality, use the attachable lens in natural light.

Of curse if you schrath on the actually camera you have to change pic 1

In fact the P990's camera has two protective "lenses".
In picture 1 you have the actual camera lens.
In picture 2 there is a plastic transparent cover to protect the actual camera lens, so this should be the only one ever to get scratched and it is easily replaceable.

It most prob is a dust in the lens or glass assembly itself. Otherwise your sensor has some dead pixels(unlikely).
Shine a torch in the camera and see if you can spot scratches or dust.

I have noticed when I record 4K video that every geometric things have an ugly distortion, like square or rectrangular forms (doors, pictures on the wall, master, etc...)
See my example on my Z3C:
The frame is completly rectangular in reality but in the screen (and in the final video) there is a strange result.

Not sure what you did to get it that bad, maybe angle or distance but I can see the same effect on my phone yes.

Try to take your computer screen and see the difference, have you the same results than me?
Look the difference between auto mode and 4k mode with ugly distortion:

With steadyshot the issue is not here, it's only in normal 4K.

What can I do in this case?
Use your T-shirt to wipe the lens a little bit, then try again, and try not to move..!
Is the bootloader unlocked? If yes in order to make things work again you have to flash a custom rom like nakazaki rom or superslim.
