Hello,
I have a Galaxy S5 and I want to unroot my phone with the ''Full Unroot'' Option in the Super SU App.
But I have a question, will Full Unroot delete all date from my phone? Like Pictures, Apps, Contacts etc?
Or will it uninstall the root only?
Thank you,
Chris

once your rooted you should not need the app
also when you flash a new rom you should retain root.
the only exeption is some ota updates, but with a g1 I doubt those are a problem anymore lol
Guys, please help.
I'm using an app that does not work with the rooted android.
Is it possible to root and then delete some useless Verizon apps and then unroot a Verizon LG G2?
TIA

I must not have root and also I don't want to use cloaking apps.
Thanks.

As far as I know, there's no way to unroot once rooted (except going back to stock, but that'll just put the bloat back in). I read quite a bit regarding modding and have never come across it.

Probably gonna have to stick to stock then... You can disable most apps via App Manager...
Thanks.
You can unroot from super su. If you scroll all the way down in the supersu settings It will say complete unroot. You can do that. I've checked it and root went away. Although I didn't modify any files/recovery/kernel or delete anything.
I made root but mom want to delete it

You can flash the stock firmware using flash tool. This will remove root but will also reset everything - so all the data on your phone will be lost.
I have an ATT 998U with the September 1st security patch. The build is G998USQU4AUI7.
Can anyone tell me how or even if I would be able to flash a ROM without all this ATT crap on it? I'd greatly appreciate any help.
You can just disable whatever apps you don't need

Not really. A lot of them are system level apps and can't be disabled...

Yeah, this is exactly what I needed. Thanks! It took me a couple minutes to learn to use ADB but it worked perfectly.

you can backup all your data to SD card from Settings
This won't do copy 1to 1. Back in settings does not do back up like titanium backup. All app i will have to download and install. Apps which aren't in play store or cracked apps won't be install. Plus all internal settings in each app won't be safe. This backup in settings is useless.

Thank you for answer. Do those apps need root access? I have forgotten to mention apps need to work without root
