Nope, I've it and it has the "rainbow effect".
After applying the IQ Shield Liquidskin screen protector and seeing how clear the screen is, I don't think I could go back to TGSPs that aren't fully adhesive. Nice review though.

Do you mean which case I use? I use the Orzly FlexiCase. It's very grippy and comfortable to hold for me. However, this screen protector won't protect your phone from drops like tempered glass can, so if you want better protection, then you should pick out a thicker case like Spigen or Otterbox.

I have ordered the very same case. Good to know it's a tidy fit, I like them to be taut all the way around the front, not sloppy along the sides
My Nillkin came today. It fits perfectly, all openings perfectly aligned and gripping the phone absolutly exact. The plastic feels soft and nice to hold, with its microdiamondcut on the backside. As it also comes with a protective cover, which also is perfectly sized. I'm used to protectors never being the right size, the one included here fits very well. The grip of the case extends to about a half millimeter over the phone, which I like if I have to put it down screenside, the surface won't touch the table. All in all recommendable for those looking for a decent shell all-in-one package for a low price.

I only dislike their hard cases because of the lack of protection top/bottom. Anxiously awaiting the TPU variant. I'm a long-time fan of NillKin's products, especially their TPUs.

I bought it myself in three days it was in my mailbox and I'm very happy with it the case is good but doesnt have great grip imo, the two screenprotectors are good too. Overall for that price you cant go wrong I think and I'm happy bcz I need fast a screenprotecter bcz you must be crazy to not put one over your screen !

I used XPEL "Ultimate" film which isn't too glossy, but they do make a "Stealth" film which is matte. Find a local dealer to you and see if they will give you a small chunk or maybe even put it on your phone for you.
You could try illumshield screen protectors comes in pack of 3. Has individual cutouts for camera, sensors and speaker for $4......amazon
Question, are there any perfect cut out screen protector for the G2's curved glass? I find most that are made too big and the edges doesn't stick to the glass due to the curved areas of the G2...

The G2 doesn't have curved glass? Or well at least mine doesn't.
I'm using an Xtreme Guard protector and it's working fine for me.
You can try the Tempered glasses
I use the Zaggs, just enough texture to be easy on the finger, crystal clear, and they're applied wet, so it's fairly easy to get them on right and squeegie out any bubbles or dust particles, which is very hard with the dry-apply ones.
Of course, if you're nervous about wetting down your screen, you might not want to try it.
THe Zagg originals are not really "glossy"...those are the ones that are hard to use, they're TOO smooth, causing too much resistance to your finger sliding. Zaggs are "clear" rather than glossy: there's a slight texture to them, enough to ditch the gloss, but not enough to affect the sharpness or color saturation.
They also look ugly as hell until they dry, but give it 24 hours before panicking. It's worth it.

It's a fair bit thicker, but I find it better due to the added protection it offers.

Toriet I am satisfy with my iloome screen protector however since vPro97 wrote about Panzer Glass I say to myself that is time to try something new.
Then I read the review about Panzer Glass and I thought that this one could be better than iloome.

I wouldn't describe it as matte nor glossy, probably closer to glossy tho
I received mine today and it's very nice, especially for $3. No more issues with the phone being so thin and slippery.
There is a nearly identical one for $1 on Aliexpress as well.

I've ordered and returned 2 orzly glass screen protectors, not going to bother with them again. You can clearly see the dots and fingerprints are much easier to see on it. I'd stay away.

I would recommend a wet application screen protector like Ghost Armor, Zagg Invisibleshield, IQ Shield, Phantom Skinz, Best Skins Ever, XtremeGuard. They're all the same. A perfect install looks really good.

I've seen in the other topics that the ozrly is in fact recommended by users, but only the v2. I think I'll get that one as I also want the black to cover my phones white parts. A gold-black phone sounds cool.

On YouTube there is a review of the orzly v2 where the spigen neohybrid case is tested combined with the v2 and it fits.

Back with my findings, it's luck of the draw as I had two and one fitted perfectly and one didn't fit at all (Popped up and then snapped at the bottom) :crying:

Using Spigen case and Nillkin Tempered Screen. Fits perfectly. Do not use fullbody tempered. Dust accumulates under the front camera and it will become useless after a couple of months. Go with Nillkin Amazing H or Amazing H+ or whatever it is. Just avoid the full screen one ( The Nillkin CP one).

For tempered glass I found that some people using iphone xs max glass which they claimed fits perfectly.
For back cover I suggest you to use spigen cover
