P.S: This thread is maintained by me. And, clearly, it's not an address from official ROM team. But, the bugs, experiences, and logs in this very thread are reported to the ROM developers via private contacts. So, have anything to recommend then post it here and let's make sure OnePlus is hearing you fanboys.
Bug:
Blank White Bar at default selection.
Why create this thread when
1) another build is imminent leaving this one redundant
2) another thread exists already for 3.5.3 leaving this one redundant

The features of the ROM is being re-visited on user experience. Hence collecting all the required feed back to build a good ROM. And, apart from the usual existent features this thread will also focus on features from other ROMs which can be implemented being vanilla Android. You can link the other matching threads too. Will look into it to make it more productive. Thanks

Sorry guys, Bloomberg asked me to discontinue the development of this app. So I'm removing the download link and will not continue to work on this
Hi everyone,
I have begun to work on a financial application for Android. It is called BloomDroid. As the name suggests, this application retreives data from Bloomberg data system (ie the website:mobile.bloomberg.com).
The version I post here is a very early beta and I'm planning to add many more features (of course limited with what bloomberg offers on its website)

The app is not available in the Android Market for now. I want it to mature a little before then.
You can download the app from: (app removed by request from bberg)
It requires full internet access permission for internet access and sd card write access to store charts.
It downloads 7-8 kb per query, so be careful if you do not have an unlimited plan.
Features:
- Retreive company name, description, price and change(%) for given quote. You must provide company ticker in XXXX:YY form, XXXX is the ticker for company, YY is the country code. such as GOOG:US, 4338:HK, GGQ1:GR, AAPL:US, 2788:JP
- Lookup for company ticker
Planned:
- A list of equities (like in stock Stocks program)
- News from Bloomberg
- Markets and currencies.
- Maybe a widget.
Changelog:
19/12/2009 - v.0.0.2
- Now you have a stock list!!
- Charts are saved on sdcard/bloomdroid
- many many bug fixes
21/10/2009 - v.0.0.1
- Bug fixes.
19/10/2009 - v.0.0.0
- Initial release.
- Can retreive any quote on Bloomberg web site.
that is a cool idea. i want a better widget for stock portfolio
cracking little app, love it!
I've released an update for this app.
Would like to hear the comments of investor members
will it work with milestone?
It's cool !
Is it possible to draw a simple and advanced technical chart i.e. simple moving average, rsi, stochastic, cci, bollinger band, macd,
It would be perfect if the above wish list become real.
please don't forget to make WVGA version, thanks.

Is this app dead or is the developer still updating it? Hope so bc I love BB's commodities, futures and currency quotes.
Hey guys, app is not dead.. Just I didn't get enough encouragement to continue working on it. But now that I see at least 3 new users , I'll resume working on it as soon as I have some free time.
Please make an update for 800*480 for my htc desire!
Bloomberg official app is the only thing i envy from iphone users..!
Sorry guys, I've stopped working on this after being approached from BloomBerg to halt development. We have to wait for their official app I guess.
did they mention when theyd think theyd release it?

I mean, look at these other threads :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2225347
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2218598
They contain tons of informations on the ROMs they're introducing, making the user aware of its special features and bugs and able to decide whether or not this ROM is good for him to use.
On this thread, not anything eslse that "FlymeOs portrait transplant Beta Third Edition, good experience". I don't even understand the sentence.
Please make a decent thread if you want users to be interested in the ROMs you introduce.
Wrong link ATM, will upload info and Woking link asap...

Nice pics But the color choices need to be customizable or changed. Those colors would get tiring very quickly
Pretty sure this is in the wrong section. Appears to be based on CM or another kang. Def not an entirely new OS. Plus, without credits or a link to said ROM, don't see this being up long.

What is Omni?
The goal of Omni is to experiment with Android development because we enjoy it. Omni isn’t better, just different. It’s another option for the billion Android users out there. Android (vs. iOS and every other mobile OS) has thrived on options as well as the gigantic, talented development community that has emerged to build those options. That’s the beauty of Android – that you can pick and choose from a smorgasbord of devices with varying features and functionality.
Omni is a chance to get involved, no matter who you are. Developers, whether you’ve been developing apps for a week, or ROM features for 3 years, you’re welcome. Users, we know you want to help out, and now you can – Omni actively encourages bug reports and feature requests, which can be added to our publicly accessible roadmap. What’s the point in giving you a ROM, and forcing you to not tell us about any bugs you find?
We also recognise how people use Custom ROMs – we’re all custom ROM users and developers ourselves – the argument that “nightlies are not for end users” is over-used, and no longer valid. We’ve found that the vast majority of users want to get nightly updates to their ROM. For that reason, nightlies aren’t a playground – nightlies are for new features that are finished. You should be able to expect the same stability and reliability from a nightly as you would from a “release” ROM, and can report any bugs that prevent this from happening.
We know not everyone wants to update their ROM daily, and you are free to update as frequently or infrequently as you like. Omni is about flexibility and giving users what they expect – and we are excited to see where the community goes with it.
Instructions
Download the zip
install twrp if you already dont have it installed
Backup in twrp (or not if you live on the edge)
wipe data, system , cache and dalvik
Flash your zips!
BUGS
This ROM has all the same bugs as CyanogenMod for now
Enable Custom Hardware actions to get recents working properly

I haven't been able to find any, but I'll test LED control apps to see if any work on non-stock ROMs.
Camera? Is the camera working as it is on the stock ROM? The only reason I am not going for the custom ROMs is the camera.
I didn't notice it at first because I do not make a lot of calls.
When I call someone, I hear no dial tone but the other person's phone rings. After a while I would hang up because I hear nothing.
There are no problems whatsoever with incoming calls.
I am only using sim1.
Did anybody else have the same issue?

No Official Android O or Legacy OS 14 For Hammerhead?
I've heard rumblings for months now both in forums as well as from insiders who should know what they're talking about.
My bastion of light is a colleague who actually works for Google's Android development team who promise me that he will get me an Alpha build for hammerhead that he is piecing together for me. I am working working on a rom together with a long time friend & OG Android Rockstar. As of last night, the kernel was building with some modifications I asked for things like default governer (SmartAss v2) and IO (noop). It will include init d support and script when fished to zipalign & fix permissions at boot as well as trim data and cache twice each day to keep the device fast. We may use some CAF (code aurora project) code to maximize the processor, There will be several buid prop edits for smother operation, performance enhancements, and battery saving, These build prop edits have been tried & tested with exceptional results in roms such as Shuji, Liberty, Gummy Jar, and Simply Stunning. Let's hope the Google source comes through with the goods to make this work.
Anyway, just thought I'd post the email I was sent about lack of support for Nexus 5 ^ to offer a little hope for what may be down the road. The new Rom will be called "Simply Shuji: to pay homage to Chevy NoDroids Simply Stunning rom and my own Shuji rom. Shuji is the Japanese word for perfection.
