Disclaimer: I am not responsible for bricked devices or other issues.
To avoid manually copying individual files and setting up permissions I have created this flashable Pixel audio zip.
This will erase all of yours previous alarms, notifications, ringtones an UI sounds and replace it with new Pixel audio, all of it.
Steps:
1. Reboot in TWRP recovery
2. Flash this Pixel Audio zip
3. Reboot
4. Wait for about minute until Android fully boot.
5. Choose you ringtone, notification, alarm etc.
Enjoy your new Pixel audio...

is the effect_tick.ogg volume turned up cause when I last used the pixel audio it was a little quiet.
---------- Post added at 03:58 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:52 PM ----------
If not I can try to do it when I get home with Audacity and send it to you. For those who like the sounds a little louder. and I mean like .05 boost in volume or so for effect.tick.ogg with Viper4Android
On tupac4u's lite nougat rom with magisk led/viper audio/phhsuperuser/pixel launcher modules installed, otherwise fresh install - resulted in bootloop after flashing zip and clearing cache... Would any of those cause that?

It is still quiet but that is the way how is designed. Will be very annoying if is any louder.

Should not be the case but you can always just dirty flash same ROM and all will be as before.
I did, back up and running, just wanted to see if I did something stupid which is usually the case
Pixel Audio v1.1 is out. Cleaning cache and dalvik / ART cache is now happening automatically. No need to do it manually anymore.

From Pixel sound side, nothing. Just script itself. No need to clean the cache anymore, that's all.
Is it just me or does touch sounds sound exactly like kit-kat? Also, correct me if I'm wrong, I read somewhere that the pixel and xl come with water drop sounds? I still have lollipop sound for lock and unlock which I'm sure wasn't changed, so that's normal. But what about the kit-kat clicks?
Flashed it but the ringtones don't work, i get the same single tone for each ringtone. Alarm and notifications worked. No idea why the ringtones don't work. Flashed my backup and all working again. Running Lite Rom

okay, I will take a look. The script should clean cache/ART but try to flash it again and then clean one more time cach/ART again manually.

Yes, same here. Android remember old sound names witch dues not exist anymore. Need some time to forget/reset and show new ones properly. Will take about minute or so after reboot.

It's look like the script dues not clean cache and dalvik/ART cache properly. I will need to investigate that. Until then manually cleaning cache is needed after flashing.

The script is cleaning properly cache and dalvik/ART cache. Sometimes even after manually cleaning cache in TWRP I have to wait for about 30 sec. to see new names in sound settings. It's look like that is the way how it is. android need to boot fully...

Can someone tell me which files I should flash? Are any of these files full ROM zips or do I have to flash multiple zips? Or are these only for locked bootloaders? I'm unlocked.

you can flash any of the zips with "system" in the name; the names are self explanatory.
it isn't necessary to flash boot (but doesn't hurt) unless you are upgrading from an earlier stock build or coming from an aosp/cm/cm-variant build.
it isn't necessary to flash radio (but doesn't hurt) unless you are upgrading from an earlier stock build or have done the gsm hack and want to undo it.

what did you have installed before trying to flash? as i mentioned, if you're coming from a stock build prior to 98.30.1 or from aosp/cm, you need to flash the boot image. if you're not even getting to the bootanimation, this is likely the issue. if you're coming from an earlier stock build, you should also flash the radio. if you boot loop on the animation, you need to wipe data, cache, and dalvik cache.

if you know of a good massage app, i'd like to know what it is, especially if it gives happy endings lol.
if you mean "message" which i imagine you do, there are various messaging apps available on the play store, the most notable being google hangouts which now has sms integration.
the purpose of this rom is to remove all unnecessary apps that can be downloaded from the play store, so you're not stuck with a bunch of bloat that you don't want or need. there are replacements for the phone, contacts, camera, and gallery as well...

yes, wifi tether is unlocked, as mentioned in the op.
as for wifi, there's no reason it shouldn't work, as i didn't modify anything that has to do with it. i'd recommend wiping everything except internal and external storage, then flashing boot, system, and radio to ensure a clean install. please post if you still have issues after doing that.

Do clean install again and see what happens. And this time do not remove any file to be sure that is not your fault.
"tried many methods like cleard cache, data- clear storage but no luck" - do wipe system too before flashing ROM.
What i mean by "triwd many methods" is after i have flashed and downloads ui dont work i go to app manager and wipe the apps data cache even media storages but still problem persists.
Maybe i wasnt clear sorry.
When i flash this is what i do (after jb+root)
Wipe cache-dalvik cache-system-internal storage-flash rom&gapps from ext storage-wipe cache-dalvik cache and reboot

Wipe cache
wipe dalvik cache
wipe system partition
and wipe internal storage.
I never got FC of download ui on any CM11. I know that DocumentsUI.apk is needed for it, maybe you remove it and you get FC.

Sometimes the rom we install have compatibility issues with our device dude. It happens...
Try this : reboot into the recovery and clear the dalvik cache and cache.
Reboot again in to the system and if you still don't have sounds install another rom.

I recommend everyone put the Flashfire AP zip and Rom Zip on your internal storage as the AP file is so large that it may not be read properly do too limitations of some SD Cards. When you select AP file in Firmware there should be 4 partitions that are selected. If not then you have a bad download or need to have AP file on internal storage
You are a big @jrkruse and I love what you build I will install it in a couple of hours I will return thanks

I just got it installed, so it's too early to tell. But I'm not really the one to ask 'cause I'm not a very demanding user. The real reason I install custom ROMs is just curiosity. I'm an 81 yr old retired computer consultant and it keeps my mind active.

install stock firmware via odin
unlock bootloader, enable usb debugging
flash nexus rom tar file via odin
When TWRP launches, factory reset with Wipe->Format Data.
Reboot to system
setup, reboot twrp
wipe data, caches, system through TWRP advanced wipe
then flash as system image in twrp
install 10.0ARM gapps of your choice
I did all the above but Im stuck in a bootloop
(using the latest Android 10 OEM kernel and vendor partition (T510XXU3BTFN) of Nexus)
