I never try the b03 one, but I always test my files before posting and hopefully with little more time I'll be doing more modifications to it

Confirmed as working - dirty flashed over B29, installed xposed framework at same time, everything working perfectly. Good job man
The more custom ROMs, the merrier!
Might be good to have a general outline on what has been removed during debloat.
Also, how big are those extra themes? Depending on how big they are, maybe it would be good to break them out into a separate, optional flashable zip.
Up and running smooth!
Happy to have the 1st, fully functional, custom ROM on my A7!
Great work!

We build this ROM using Mokee android source and tomato aka YU Yureka's source.
We are not the developer of this ROM. We just build this ROM with few bug fixes.
This ROM does not have gapps (Google Play Strore & other google goodies). But you can download & install it from http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Google_Apps
Note: After install do not uncheck chinese keyboard & please install gapps which contains google keyboard & then update google keyboard using PlayStore.
Otherwise you will get GoogleKeyboard FC error
Prerequists: YU should be on stock rom.
Use the recovery.img linked here. Otherwise chances of installation error due to device name missmatch.
Please don't just leech the files and go away. You can easily say thanks just by pressing "Thanks" button.

Cant get the back key to work both with onscreen and hardware. However long press to kill app works fine. Anyone else with this ?? i did a clean install.
Edit: Also the default google keyboard does not work on start. I'm on latest pa gapps, never had this issue before.
Edit2: This is weird, i reinstalled the rom and this time i did not select onscreen keys and did not select the default input. The back key works and a default keyboard(some chinese name in "Language & input" setting) comes up. If i keep this keyboard as default, everything works fine, but the moment i change the default to google keyboard, my back key stops working & keyboard does not come up.
Edit3: I read your previous post, updating the google keyboard does the trick. Rom is smooth and fast. Thank you man @dumtara

Hey Dumatra,
Kudos for all the development you are doing for Yureka.
But one request. Can u please stop adding assert statement in the updater script. or atleast add another check along with Yureka and Tomato.
whenever i wanna flash your kernel or any rom i need to be on stock rom, which is not the case.
And i know its very simple to edit the updater script and remove the assert statement. But i dont have a laptop right now and no PC other than the office one. So i cant edit the updater file when i want. Its causing a small prob.
But i do understand the risk of some noobs flashing wrong file on wrong device. But just think abt what you can do, to address this. Another check with tomato or AO5510 along with Yureka would be fine. or if you are ok, you can remove the whole assert statement and mention clearly in your thread as "this is only for yureka and not for coolpad or any clones"
and thanks for so many roms. till date i have found you CM11 to be very fluid smooth and stable
^^^^
Use the recovery provided by me.
There are CWM and Phil recovery provided. Use any one of them. And you won't face this issue.

FAQ
Q: Will there be any updates?
A: Yes, there will, but only if i can fix a bug or AOSP releases an Update - else there's no update needed.
Q: There's a nice feature in XXX-Rom and i like to have this included - ADD IT!
A: Sorry, i'lll keep this Rom Stock-AOSP as possible. Maybe XXX-Rom is a better choice for you, if you really need this feature.
Q: How to enable root?
A: This Rom doesn't have root included. Why? Because root isn't part of AOSP. You can find the way to SuperSU Thread from @Chainfire and download SuperSU as flashable-ZIP if you need root.
Q: Is it possible to overclock the kernel?
A: Yes and no. First of all you need root and a Kernel-App like KernelAdiutor. After that you can slight OC the CPU & GPU - this Rom includes latest SlimLP Kernel.
Q: I found a bug.
A: Nice finding my friend Please provide needed logs - ADB will be your best friend, if you are replying in a development thread
There's a lot of tutorials out on YouTube or XDA on how to setup and use ADB - it's really simple!
At least you should tell step by step how to reproduce the issue.
I started creating a gerneral FAQ on my github - it includes instructions how to flash a Rom, how to get proper logs, etc. etc. etc., you can find it here

How will the ROM flash succeed on this device? It checks if the device is a meliusltexx or melius3gxx before flash and proceed only if it finds either. OTA updates will work after you flash this rom once because it will rename the device to meliusltexx.

It's a very snappy ROM. Alot of the built in apps for mi are in a Foreign language though.
Even though I switch keyboards I still occasionally get a FC for the Android keyboard which is a little annoying.
Otherwise, nice job, keep up the good work.

Just in case
So if my understanding is correct:
1) You took a TWRP backup of /system
2) You put that extracted backup into superr kitchen and built using set_metadata
3) You did some other magic with the ROM
I'm having trouble getting my extracted TWRP backup into SuperR's kitchen; how did you do that step?

You should have entire system folder and boot.img under the project folder, kitchen should be able to detect it automatically.

I am using Lubuntu 16.04. I'll PM you if I can't fix this issue momentarily, I don't want your ROM thread to be filled with this.

Ok, if you have a fast download link for your firmware, send it to me. I'll try it in my environment.

No worries.
Any updates to this? How is it running on your 813's? Any issues with odex/deodex versions?

Sorry, I no longer have this device. I returned mine as I hated the aspect ratio on video playback and that was my primary use on the tablet. It would be really difficult to make a rom wihout the device.
Lightn1ng might be able to provide an updated ROM for T813, please check with him.

A2017X_O_B03_AROMA_SL!M7_DF!NR
Just for fun....no more no less...
For our dedicated stock users :cyclops:
Since some users had some troubles to make the stock B03 work on latest magisk and have full system permissions, I thought....let's have a look. Main goal was to have this all-in system permission and magisk working
As it remained fully stock with some adaptions, I hope you'll ENJOY !
Modifications :
* full system r/w
* latest magisk 18.0
* removed most unwanted apps and the ability to remove more
* safetynet pass cts in one take
* flash center clock / remove carrier if needed
* added media
* youtube
* adaway
* full working Dolby Atmos
* wifi working...and ofc all the rest
*.....
Installation : NOTE : for those having trouble installing, flash the twrp 3.2.10 with the universal bootstack (don't forget the modem)
1. unlocked, twrp3218 (non-treble) installed (or compatible one for oreo...)
2. flash A2017GV1.3.0B03_BootStack or your preferred Oreo bootstack or the ones from HERE - mind the MODEM !
3. flash A2017X_O_B03_AROMA_SL!M7_DF!NR - check what you want, let it finish. When you want to center clock and remove carrier name : don't reboot yet and flash 4. (mount SYSTEM), otherwise boot
4. so if you want to center clock and remove carrier flash : A2017X_V1.3.0B03_carrier_clockthemer or only the carrier removed
5. wipe dalvik/cache and boot
6. setup phone and reboot again !
7. you should now have a fully working SL!M7

I would do a slim B22 yes but as you know, every 15 to 30 days they come with a new update....so the one I would make would be fast-outdated....we'll see
I understand life gets in the way but I appreciate everything that you do for us. :highfive:

You have to work faster buddy !
It's ****ing great Papa like always .... Thank so much ... Appreciate it
And on the B22 take your time ( yet hurry up )
It is a good rom. The good thing is that now you can write. It is a rom to take into account if we like the stock roms. Very complete.
Tnx a lot for your work. Your roms are the best )
We have a way to disable the encryption? I really hate the forced encryption because it slows the phone a little bit

thanks for this,i love the stock roms.On P4da there is a slim version based on b22.The mifavor firmwares are really good.
china works on stable version now
I have problem with this rom. After installing it stuck on boot logo. I came from Lineage 16, deleted Vendor partition, format other all and it not help :/. I have Axon A2017G. OFC I used every file provided in this thread (Recovery, Bootstack).
Hi raystef66,
I'm struggling to install this new version of the rom. Flashing the posted TWRP ends up with a non booting recovery.
So I was trying to flash another version of TWRP directly trom twrp.me website (3.2.3-0), this boots but flashing the rom ends up wit non booting system.
Is it necessary to do something as a prerequisite for this rom when changing from SL!M V1.2B10 ?
Thnx in advance

Ok, but should I need a special bootstack flashed to make TWRP work?
@Predatorhaze could you point me to where the room is at? I would like to try it out. Thanks!

Great work! Does this by any chance support wifi-calling/VoLTE? I think Unjustified said at one point that those would only work on stock roms, so if those work on this rom that would be amazing.
