Hi guys!
Could someone help me how to root the device on 6.0.1? I only find the description for Lolipop.
Links are also fine.
Thank you very much.

Thank you.
Can you please send me a link which TWRP should I flash? And with what options in Odin?
I already sucessfully rooted my device with "CF-auto root" , but I would need the CWM recovery, because I want to install Xposed Frameworks too.
I know I am kind of annoying with the questions, but I dont really want to brick my tablet and I would rather ask than do something wrong.

I flashed the arm (32bit) version of Xposed, I do not know if there is any difference between arm64 and arm32, but I did not want to experiment with it and brick my S2.

No, this can't be flashed with rsdlite. This can only be flashed from a custom recovery.

Can we install a different version of Gapps (like OpenGapps) replacing the included Gapps? If not, is it possible to switch the files around within the zip to include OpenGapps instead?
Awesome ROM, exactly what I was looking for. One small problem though: Google Photos crash and asks to be reinstalled, tried wiping its data but it keeps crashing, any idea? Thanks.

I had the same problem with this ROM, as well as with another "stock" 6.0 ROM from other thread. Ended up with flashing the manufacturer's stock firmware for XT1095 TMO, now Google Photos works like a charm.

You need to deodex your ROM, or flash a deodexed ROM for Xposed to work, unless you're on 5.1 or newer

So you can imagine my dismay when I turn on my brand new P9 only to find a huge Vodafone splash screen on boot... This had to go.
Followed one of the many guides online to install stock Marshmallow on the thing which solved the problem.
BUT, now I can't use Android Pay as I guess it's made my device unofficial!?
How do I fix this?! Baffled

Which guide did you follow and which firmware did you flash? Sounds like you didn't change your region/oeminfo before flashing the new firmware so it's changed you to C900
I felt the same pain when I saw the Vodafone boot logo, sympathies

Finally got round to this. All went great, followed this to unlock bootloader (not included in the link above)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66782268&postcount=5&nocache=1
There were a few moments of fright when the P9 booted back up with red writing saying it couldn't be authenticated or something. Basically fell into a bootloop from then on, no access to recovery using conventional methods. Device seemed to auto-recover itself by performing a 'low level' factory reset. Smooth sailing after that!
