Hi all,
I found many threads for this topic out there but all recommendations were controversials so far. I consider to buy the Nillkin H9 Pro. Is there someone out there who could let me know if it fits to the Spigen Neo Hybrid Case? Any negative issues with this TGSP? Are there "better" alternatives for my purpose?
By the way. Failed to apply the Official Oneplus 3 TGSP, non-curved. Not user-friendly mechanism, many bubbles / dust despite careful cleaning. Had to discard it because the removal tab didn't work for me. Asked support for replacement but since i explained that i cannot offer a photo (because i discarded it and even if i didn't, how to capture a defect removal tab??) the discussion is stuck. What's your experience with Oneplus, is this a accomodating company?
Best regards
Cadath
Have same question, I have bought casebase and I had to throw it away... When I putted neo hybrid on the glass popped out;/ Is official TGSP good?
I have bought Orzly 2.5D twin-pack and applied with Neo Hybrid case. not a single problem and truly compatible with the case but need extra attention when applied.
Hey, i dont have any problems with the nilkin /Neo hybrid combo. Its just fine. There is still some space between the case and the tempered glass.

So I contacted both Moshi and Spigen to find out if I could get my two favourite accessories for my S6 (the Moshi iVisor and the Spigen Neo Hybrid EX bumper-style case) for a Note5.
In both cases, I was not told that they didn't have them - but rather that they had no plans on making them, which is slightly worse.
On that note - does anyone know of any bumper cases or full-glass screen protectors for the Note5? Most of the glass screen protectors I have seen online don't cover 100% of the screen and end up looking like crap on a 2.5D screen; that's where the iVisor-style screen protector really shines.
Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the suggestions - but I'm really only interested in a bumper-style (i.e. no back covering) for the Note5. I have ordered the Ringke clear, which is similar to your second link - but I want a less substantial case, as well.
Oneplus 3 is a beautiful device and we all know to protect screen we need to apply a Tempered Glass. So my first TG for OP3 was Orzly. I know some of you dont prefer is due to dot matrix grid / rainbow affect. But for me it was not a problem. Also if you are unhappy with Orzly there is always Ultimate Shield TG which also a full screen TG. Problem with full screen TGs are most of them doesn't support cases specially hybrid cases. After buying some well known case, i've always found that they dont fit well with full screen TGs. But i've found cheap but really high quality Chinese hybrid case which fit well with full screen TGs :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:. So in this thread i will share which cases does support and which doesn't. You guys always welcome to post same thing to help other.. Which supports and which doesn't..

Orzly Tempered Glass + Heavy Duty Armor Shield Hard Shockproof Protector Cover Case : really great protection. Thanks for this really useful post, I avoided unnecessary purchases thanks to you !
Orzly TGSP works fine with Tudia Merge case.
I am using it for a month now, no problems.

No buddy it doesn't fit well in all corner..Thatz the problem
Yes buddy it does fit. I guess you just have to know hot to put your case on.
Take a look.
Everything is fine at the corners. The case is over the glass on every corner.
Edit:
Not trying to start a fight or anything, just maybe some people want to buy this case and by reading your post they will avoid
the Tudia Merge case, a good case by the way, with lots of colors to cheer you up.
And i have to mention that once you know how to, you can take it off and put it back in under one minute.
I'm with crazykas on this one. I thought i had my merge over the tg but with a lot of in and out of pockets it finally popped off.

annoyingly orzly flexi case + orzly tgsp = a load of crap, the case pops the screen of,f how did they not take into account the two products being used together, very disappointing.
Just bought orzly tgs and orzly bumper case. Not 100% compatible but if you pay a lot of attention you can manage to put the cover over the glass. Have particular attention to the corner.
I will test it in the next days..

I really like the Spigen Rugged Armorr Case - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H3PEWDK/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2SFKRF5TPZMT5
But i'm worried the tempered glass i want to get won't go well with it. The Yootech one. - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KC1TFKC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3KGQHS00G2MDY
Should i just go for a regular screen protector since the case already has some leap in front. Like the ArmorSuit one - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H85Q8V4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3LQSX85N730QN
Need to order them soon too. Replies would be appreciated.
I think that for example if want to use the orzly grip or the tudia merge case, one other solution would be using a TGSP that does not cover the entire screen, like the first Nilkkin TGSP.So were the case ends the Screen protector will begin.
Just a theory.

I tried the Pleson TGSP, it was craaaaap. Didn't fully adhere to the screen at the top-left corner, I could feel the little gap between it and the screen when I touched it. Just as bad, it partially blocked the front-facing camera....I haven't seen a well-reviewed TGSP for the OP3 yet, at least none that didn't seem like they weren't bought from the company selling the protectors "in exchange for an unbiased review"
I went with the IQ Shield, and while I don't know that it would fare as well as tempered glass in something like a fall or direct impact to the screen, it's plenty scratch resistant for my needs (I keep it in my front pocket), goes on very easily, doesn't feel like it's going to come off unless I really try/want it to, and fits great with the Spigen Rugged Armor case I've got. The IQ Shield and the ArmorSuit look a lot a like in terms of the design and what they're intended for (scratch resistance vs. shatter resistance you'd find with a TGSP.)
Regarding the case, I've got both the Rugged Armor and the Neo Hybrid, and I like the Neo Hybrid just a little bit better. It feels a tiny bit more durable than the Rugged Armor, I think owing to the plastic bumper around the edge of the phone/case. It's not the Slim Armor that I had with my Nexus 5 in terms of rigidity, but either one should do you just fine if you like Spigen products. I'll probably end up switching back and forth periodically between the two, anyway.

Wow. Thanks alot for this man. I'll send you a PM and see if i can get some pictures from you. I need to order in the next 1 or 2 hours to have it delivered quickly with Amazon Prime.
This one? - https://www.amazon.com/OnePlus-Prot...472498142&sr=8-1&keywords=IQ+Shield+oneplus+3
I think if not getting a TG, it makes more sense to get the Neo Hybrid instead of the Rugged Armor?
Is there a cover full transparent supported by the orzly tempered glass?
As the title suggests, I am new OP user and just received my OP3 from Amazon and currently I am looking for the best protection for the device. Please suggest me which case and screen protector I should go with. I don't care about price so expensive but high quality cases are welcome.
Also, I have some personal questions.
1. What's the difference between the Neo Hybrid and Rugged Armor Spigen Case? Which one is better?
2. Do I need a tempered glass or is a scratch protector more than enough? In either case, do share your suggestions.
I am currently using the included OP3 film screen protector. I would like to upgrade, since it doesn't cover the entire screen and is a fingerprint magnet.
Ideally, I would like a tempered glass screen protector that covers the entire screen. However, if there are no good TGSP's that cover the phone correctly, a traditional film protector would do. Also, I am using the spigen case currently, so any TGSP would need to be compatible. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H3PEWDK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
I'm using orzly version 2. Works just fine.
I use nillkin tempered glass protector on my LG G3 and already ordered one for the oneplus I got coming, my wife's using one on her iPhone 5s as well. Very happy with it as you can imagine.

There is no screen protector this ideal atm because of the curved screen. Liked said as above the orzly v2 is the best choice at this time or the 3d curved from op.

For Comparison:
Orzly: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...7_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=YQS809H8XFZKGRNQBJ24
PLESON: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...7_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=YQS809H8XFZKGRNQBJ24
Thoughts? Could save a couple bucks but I'm not familiar with who is good. I am still rockin' Zagg invisishield HD on my N6.
OP3 is on the way. Damn it takes forever for them to ship...
I've had both Pleson, Yootech and random full screen ones from Aliexpress. They're all mostly the same but the Aliexpress ones were the worst.
Pleson and Yootech had some rainbowy effect but I could live with that. Unfortunately the adhesive has given out on the right side after a month and a half so dust started getting under there, but Yootech sends out another one as soon as they hear about it. Still wish it didn't happen though
Anyone knows where can I find Orzly v2 for Germany?
Are Orzly V2 and Nillkin CP+/H+ compatible with the Spigen cases (particularly Neo Hybrid)? How do these TGSPs compare?

I bought the OnePlus's with the phone, still using the pre-installed one.
I had a Nillkin screen protector on my LG 3 for 14 months before I replaced it, because of small scratches. And I'm not overly concerned with my phone
Just a tip! Don't buy cheap (under 4-5 pounds) nonbrand off eBay, they are rubbish!
Apparently Best Skins come highly rated. Therefore this maybe an option:

Stay away from the Pleson TGSP, didn't stay adhered to the screen for me, at least not with my Spigen Neo Hybrid case.
Anyone using a white screen protector with a grey op3?
I think the Nillkin CP+ is the best choice right now.
I also have a Nexus 6, which also has a curved edge. Most TGSPs have the same issue as on the OP3. By far the best screen protector I've had was the intelliGLASSPRO https://www.intelliarmor.com/shop-b...ss-pro-motorola-nexus-6-screen-protector.html
The don't have a PRO version of their TGSP yet, I have asked if they're going to make one. The do have this one: https://www.intelliarmor.com/intelliglass-hd-oneplus-3-screen-protector.html And an installation tip I've got from them is to put a few ChipClips around the edges and leave it overnight to get rid of the halos.
@jzuijlek, Is it compatible with Neo Hybrid? Is adhesive all over or just the sides? What is the difference between the regular and pro versions for Nexus?
I have Nillkin CP+ and it has been great. No rainbow effect at all and no issues with screen sensitivity.
I use it with Nillkin Qin series wallet case and Orzly flexicase without any problems.
Orzly Fusion case and Spigen Rugged Armor not compatible with Nillkin CP+.Big issues with screen sensitivity.Removed second day.
I have the Orzly V2 with the Poetic Revolution case. I removed the screen protector that came with the case and I'm extremely happy with both.

Hi
I know there have been a few posts already but I'm still struggling to find a protector and case that works together. I've tried the Oxilar tempered glass protector but the edge to edge protectors seem to foul on the lip of the spigen case.
Has anyone had similar problems and have they found a protector that works with this or similar case.
Regards
Neil

Works well with the Speigen case I have.
Hi thanks for that, I should have mentioned I live in the UK and I don't think that's available over here
Did you manage to find anything?
