I saw this on another thread and ordered one since it was $15.00 cheaper than anywhere else that I have seen. Newegg has a sale on all their Otterbox cases, with the Commuter being the only one for the Hero.

Seen several ebay resellers from NYC on ebay with them when I bought mine last week. The defender is awesome and love the beltclip/stand.

EDIT: Yeah Doesn't seem to be working anymore Damn that Heavy case looked nice as hell.
Tried code, didn't seem to work... and not prime eligible.
Just got my affinity case and it sucks if you have a leather back. It automatically pulls off the back cover when removing the phone out of the case. Other cases do the same if you have a leather cover but this one is so stiff - it will pull off the back cover 10/10 times
Got the heavy duty case. It looks ugly, but it does the job. Also, Qi doesn't work with that case.
