What does not work properly?
-Mobile network signal doesn't displays correctly sometimes (displaying as No SIM card), but still working anyway for calls, text and mobile data. FIX: Reboot device and press power button twice.
-Navbar does not hide
-External sdcard write/acess issue on some devices - FIX: Go to settings > installed apps > enabled documents app or watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrWoICi-6wI
-Maybe MIUIAccount app force close with creating accounts, create your account in this website: https://account.xiaomi.com/pass/register

Hi, I'm a new user and tried your rom and is very good only and found a few errors
When trying to start the rom with the Spanish language the application of "my clound" is closed it solves putting the phone in English, apparently the rom does not recognize that the sim is connected in telcel although seems to work correctly (calls, messages, etc.).
The search bar of the notification curtain is not offering any function.
It's what I have been able to test so far, but still very good, sorry for the English because I do not speak it, I'm using google translator

Surprise, surprise ! Got 5+ Hrs SOT with 20% battery still left.
All I remember doing is, turning "Developer Options" -> "MIUI optimizations" to OFF, reboot mobile, then turning optimizations ON again followed by reboot. Not sure if this helped, but that's the only thing I remember. Will try to repeat those figures again.

To me no FCs or any issues after using ROM for more than 3 weeks. What stability issues you are referring to? And @abhijeetc9762, I do not see any copy paste issues with chrome browser. Icing on cake is, battery consumption. I always get 4-5 hours SOT. Pretty happy with ROM.

Yeah, it's a good ROM but there is FC sometimes when I copy and paste, there is not app mail , the lastest osprey build its compiled with uberc and supports VoLTE ,it's a little more stable , fixes the nav bar bug and some more little things that can be good add for our device build

After months trying to cross port an EMUI rom for our device, days and hours working on it, I present to you EMUI 3.1 !
What's different in this rom from my previous port from Y6 pro?
- First of all, this is a full EMUI 3.1; not a lite version.
- Stock Camera works here.
- Offline charging works too.
- This rom is more stable!
Features:
* The rom is pre-rooted and busyboxed.
* Added Xperia Keyboard by bejunk.
* Added MIUI theme by maximax2795
* Added extra notification sounds.
* Added Google Camera.
EMUI rom has a prefect sound and very cool UI, you gonna enjoy it
How to flash?
- If you don't have a custom recovery, download from here (works well, recommended), or TWRP 3.0.2-1 for Hot 2 Android one from Hovatek and flash it via SP flashtool.
- Reboot into recovery (Power off your phone, wait until it vibrates, hold power button + volume up button simultaneously)
- Wipe everything except SD card; wipe Cache, Dalvik /art Cache, Data, system. Internal memory is optional.
- Flash emui rom, and Xposed framework arm SDK22 (optional) then reboot.
- Alternatively you can try dual boot patcher to flash rom. (SD card doesn't work when using the app with MM roms)
- If you are flashing a newer version of the rom no need to wipe anything. (wipe only in this case if you faced problems).
Notices:
1- After first boot if you get a black screen issue, please wipe data / factory reset and after booting the rom, go to themes and re-apply default theme again.
2- Custom themes appear not to be working directly, you have to move them to system/themes using a root explorer and set the right permission and reboot.

Some Tips for EMUI rom:
1-To get Notification on lockscreen, go to settings/notification center, and enable lockscreen per app
Then apply Default (magazine) theme.
2- You can add covers manually in magazine lockscreen; slide up in magazine lockscreen and choose covers then add them manually.
3- You can prevent apps from accessing data traffic or wifi from settings/networked apps
4- Battery drains so quickly on this rom, so it is better to remove all protected apps from settings/protected apps

I don't have this issue here, and your screenshot looks okay...
Anyway you can use flat style bar xposed module to change it.

Finally the problem in build.prop

Btw do you have 1 GB or 2 GB of ram? because my device has 1 GB of ram and I do not have this issue.
Also, would you check data traffic management, is it still has glitches?

Unfortunately themes store has stopped
I formatted my phone again..Still having the same issue..it doesn't apply themes..If it mistakenly apply.. The whole screen turns full..I won't be seeing both the status bar and the navbar..I have to format it again..Please help,I love the ROM:crying:

Usb mtp not working and usb tethering not working.
Is that bug? I have usually usb tethering everyday. So it's important for me

Did you read the thread very well? Because most people does not read!!!
I mentioned a workaround for this issue;
1- Wipe data / factory reset
2- boot the rom
3- re-apply the default (magazine) theme.

Hmm, im downloading it right now
Bug founded:
- Rom doesnt recieve SMS !
- Links for G+ and Rom github in settings are FC Settings.apk, Also System app removers are FC too.
- Root addons from 7.1.1 doesnt work. - you cant use root
- Basic google setup is crashing after rom boot. You have to flash Gapps after first boot - it is beacuse opengapps are for 7.1.1, not for 7.1.2
- When i conect phone to pc, it is just only charging, storage isnt detected.
( fixed: you must enable ADB debuging, then storage works )
+ I rly like launcher inside this rom, it is pixel without Google widget what rly annoyed me. So this is perfect launcher for me
+ Rom is pretty fast, on LOS and RR i had some lags, until now, i dont have them.

Thank you. Seems without official houdini library, x86 devices can never run ARM apps. So the phone is only considered as a pure x86 decive:crying::crying:

Dirty flash works perfectly but it is recommended to do clean install when upgrading from lower to higher Android version.

There isnt any root inside, and Su addons will not works.

Dont be rude please, this is good rom, for me better then tanks´s RR, but sms and calling is principle of mobilephone and this thing isnt in bug list, so i reported it, Nothing less or more.

Hello if you want use cypher os .... Which i believe is stable then use the build by danilo38 .... I had used it for like a whole month and was quite satisfied by that rom .... Then when this one is fixed you can switch over to this rom ..
Note: the build i am talking about is old build and this is new build so there is change in features /several commits and other rom related stuff ... Thank you .
Note 2: @nguyenhung9x i have used used several roms developed by you and that are all awesome don't feel that i am not appreciating your work .And as i recall i was the one who requested you support cypher os when danilo38 would abondon the project ..Thank you .

If you want then you use CypherOS of danilo38 . And you do not see the beta 7.1.2 ? . Because it beta so there will be an error .

Installation Instructions:
1.) Download HyperActive ROM v1.1 and vendor.img from 2nd Post and also delete fingerprints form emui rom,,,
2.) Do Titanium Backup,,, its a cool app...
3.) You Must have TWRP installed.... (Available in 2nd Post too)
4.) Reboot to TWRP and Backup Everything including Boot, Data, System, Product, Vendor, Version (Most important)
5.) Wipe vendor, system, cache, dalvic cache and data only,,, dont wipe Product or Cust, thats important,,,
6.) Now if you are coming from Stock ROM, then follow this step, otherwise skip it,,, Change FileSystem of DATA Partition only to f2fs & FORMAT Data otherwise phone wont boot,,, then reboot twrp and follow next steps if it dont mount data while installing rom, format it again and check filesystem from change fs option,if its f2fs, dont change it again,,,,,
7.) Now install the vendor image using install image option and then Flash the HyperActive ROM zip in TWRP.
8.) Reboot with Pray
GAPPS are not included in this ROM, go to OpenGapps (choose 7.1 arm64) and download your favourite one

Just a quick update to you all... If you experience error 255 with installing GAPPS (BTW, this ROM is Android 7.1 and arm64 phone), just reboot TWRP and it should work just perfectly

Btw, my phone is booting up like 15 minutes already, why it wont boot up? I did everything and data is set to f2fs, cuz I had elite rom before...

The installation is quite sensitive... It may also fail to install some magisk modules for some users...i already know it...but i really dont know why it install some sometimes...anyways... U should flash it again... Wipe all and flash... It should boot like in 5-10mins

the corrected link to magisk 14 is to the manager 5.3 app
is it plain magisk 14 from xda thread or is it patched specifik to this rom?

I installed this ROM for 4 times, 2 times with GAPPS, 2 times without GAPPS, no luch, there is something wrong with my phone or ROM

I installed the rom and I have problems with the camera, any app works. The music app doesn't work too. The rest seems ok.

I just followed the instructions. In 3 minutes the phone boots up.

I have too problem with camera

Reinstall the ROM guys.
Follow the instruction and everything should work

Ive tried it only as the standalone app....and it worked for me.
I am back on Elite v4 Rom, cant say do the cam will work in other apps...sry :/

How to Install

Good iam looking forward to hear you feedback , and focus on the camera , if it gives random FC sometimes.
and for the SMS limitation i think eleo already gavea solution on his NxTeam thread for that , and you can also use another 3rd party SMS app.

Great job man! Your rom are amazing! keep up! I own the gt-i9506 version and I will test it! One off topic question . I m using stock 4.4.2 can i flash it over 4.4.2 or should i install at least 5.0.1? ( In case i want to go back to my back up rom stock 4.4.2 with some mods can i return from this rom back for example to my previous back up rom by using the restor zip from twrp which i have already made?) sorry for my really bad English ;P

I start using this rom, and it is smooth and stable. But i have one big problem. Call don't work. I start calling, and dialler show up, and nothing happens.
Also with comming call it the same problem.
How can i solve it ?
I am using i9506

Unfortunately before you could be able to use this ROM you have to flash the Latest Stock ROM via Odin first ( to get the latest Modem and Bootloader)
and for your question the answer is YES , if you make a FULL backup using TWRP ( it should contain everything including the boot and the Modem ) then yes you can restore it.

im glad the Patch works for this ROM too , so on the i9506 there is no issue at all ?

For now everything is ok.
Sometimes i have problem with camera, (camera stop working). Several time.
But generally camera works well

appearently you flashed the OLD zip of the Rom , i fixed the Camera Fc in another Zip wich is uploaded now and replaced the old link.
if the Camera FC will bother you , you will have to clean flash the Rom again using the new link.

No game launcher..?

Is there a way to enable blue light filter?

I just flashed the rom twice and the apps in the debloat list on aroma didn't install at all including camera app. Developper options are not working too and cause settings to force close..

This is a Highly Debloated ROM not a normal use ROM.
this ROM is made for people who stick to the minimum of minimum.
@X-Ninety you are the first one complaining about the camera. idk if you did a full wipe or not before u install it. so give details about what you did , and yes the developer options cause Setting to FC , due to the high debloat of other APK that may interfere with it.
What you wanted from there anyway ( just curious )

I was on LOS 13 with the latest modem/bootloader and used TWRP 2.8.7.0 to wipe everything, after rom installation, patch and reboot nothing is installed except phone/clock/messages/calendar. Camera app and other apps on debloat list aren't there even if I unchecked them..

I need game launchet please...

Try with the twrp-3.2.1-0 , do a TOTAL full wipe , then flash the ROM , boot it (without the patch ) then after booting it flash the patch.

(did you face X-Ninety problem with not finding the Camera app ? ( and which ZIP you flashed the one with the namef FIXED or not ? )
