Ordered on the European launch day and replying to this thread with my shiny new OnePlus 3T 128gb. Sorry, I know it won't make you feel any better but I have a story to share.
I stayed up till midnight to order my OnePlus 3T. Soon after midnight, I got hold of 128gb version and it showed in stock with immediate delivery. Once my order was placed, I checked the order page and it showed delivery for 28 Dec instead. That was sad. I went back to the store page and checked the delivery time and it now showed 5 weeks. I thought I was out of luck and missed the opportunity to get the phone early. I contacted the support over chat and asked them the reason for this. They explained that the availability and shipping dates are updated directly from the manufacturing and we can only trust what's mentioned on the website.
I closed the chat and went back to the store and this time it showed me 128gb version again in stock available for immediate delivery. I added it back to the cart and checked out as quickly as I could. This 2nd phone that I had bought showed the shipping date of 29th Nov, whereas my first phone was still showing 28th Dec. I found it very strange but at the same time happy that I managed to find one that is available for early delivery. I went ahead and cancelled my first order.
I received my phone today. This just exposed some serious issues with OnePlus ordering and delivery system. I cannot complain but I can really understand what went wrong with your order.
Hope OnePlus will be able to identify the issue and send you your phone quicker.

2 days passed until it's finally shipped.
Today I checked the DHL website, it seems the phone is actually dispatched from Berlin. On the exact same day when OnePlus mailed me it's been shipped off.
DHL says it's gonna be delivered TODAY before 1 pm.
I think this proves that phones already arrived in Germany before its release.
Whoever orders it early, gets the units from OnePlus's EU ware house. Whoever did that later, gets the units from China.
Does it make sense?
I plan on ordering a 128GB very soon, and these lengths are a bit ridiculous. Maybe those dates are just the latest on when you'll get your phone, but you'll likely get them sooner as soon as they are in stock again?
I was emailed on the morning of 28th that it was at my local O2 drive one and a half hours to get it to find that it wasn't there while people where buying them in front of me :crying: but getting delivered by Thursday morning :laugh:

Yeah, I asked OnePlus support folks and they said it's coming straight from the warehouse. I couldn't careless about where it's coming from as long as it reaches me quickly ?
Loving the device so far! It's a little too stock for my taste but I'll find the apps for my usage.

Whats up with it?
I ordered late on Wednesday night. On Thursday for most of the day the status on the Amazon Website was "shipping soon". Late on Thursday I received a despatch/tracking email. I find it quite interesting to note the wording of the status recorded on the amazon.de website....

It looks like it has shipped from Amazon's UK distribution centre at Milton Keynes.
Anyway, Amazon says delivery for Monday but City Link says delivery today by 17:30. However, there is no sign that it is out for delivery - yet.

Did your City Link tracking page ever update between initial collection from Amazon and delivery to your address? I've been staring at a page all day which shows a planned delivery by 17:30 today but the status is still stuck on "scanned at collection depot" from yesterday. I would have expected to see some sign of "out for delivery" by now if they were to hit their target. Perhaps they just don't bother with intermediate status updates.

Citylink initially said delivery for the 3rd but it never changed from what yours says. Today however it changed to..

From past City Link deliveries they say 'Loaded into a van for delivery' etc.
Give em a call, you might be able to collect it from your local depot or something. City Link are pretty good like that
im getting the exact same as tdodd except mine is 3rd november. Would assume then I'd expect these updated for delivery so could arrive tomorrow now . presuming they update early in the mornings.

Indeed amazon and citylink both said the 3rd for delivery. When it didn't turn up I called citylink who said amazon have it. So I emailed amazon and they said citylink had it. I expressed my concern it was a high value item and no one was admitting to having it. Amazon said if it hasn't turned up by the 9th to call them back. Today however (4th) it changed to loading onto van so I knew it was coming. There was 0 activity on the citylink tracking page at all on the 3rd. It only changed today
5 p per minute, more from mobile amazon citi link calls, maybe if i had ordered from aamazon.de a day later I could have spent the £50 id save on calling them asking where it is

I don't know why but I have 2 nexus 7 tablets showing on my order page. One of them is showing the delivery date and the other is showing the same thing as your picture. I have only been charged once though. I ordered on the 29th

I have 3 orders showing and to be honest I have no idea how their system works. 1 showing 'delivery soon as stock etc..' and the other two states '3-5 working days 19/07'. I called them a day after I found out. Chap on the phone said it should only show 1, asked him to cancel the two dormant ones. He said he did, but they were still there. However I was assured only one payment was taken.
The whole thing just seems like a shambles, we shall see.

Well amazon was letting you order them the whole time. I bet the ones placed last week ship much sooner thant the ones placed today. Also I wouldn't be surprised if they're overstating it to look good when they do ship. However maybe I shouldn't get his hopes up...

I had placed a order for one when it has JUST become soldout on amazon since I was the idiot forgetting how google stuff sells like wildfire. My friend had made his order that night around midnight. I got a notice on the 30th from amazon that mine had shipped and thanks to my prime shipping it may show up today(saturday) if not monday the latest. His on the other hand had not shipped yet as of Friday.
I ordered mine on July 25th, just received an email with the expected delivery date of August 21st... Crap.

I guess orders dropped significantly when people saw they had to wait 2-3 months, so they removed it. I think the time window they stated is still accurate.

I'm sure the 21st is the latest it's going to arrive, and they probably gave the date to everyone who ordered it regardless of when they ordered it, and the August 21st date is only for the people towards the end of the queue. Either that, or that's when their second batch of Chromecasts are arriving. Lets hope it's the former.

I've been waiting for something like this for a very long time, since the Nexus 7 has no HDMI out, and I've had a few Google Play movies that I would like to watch on the big screen. I've been using AirParrot with my 2008-vintage MacBook and Apple TV, and the video playback for Hulu and other websites is pretty poor. I'm really interested to see how Chromecast does.

Mine was ordered on the night from Wednessday to Thursday. So basically ordered Thursday, got shipped today (Friday) and will be delivered by Monday.
Mine from tomtop ordered 19-10 got it on 23-10 no taxes.

The phone has received many OTA updates and now is a lot more stable & has gone super speed. There is one tiny bug with the App Drawer. If scrolling realy fast sometimes it's stuck with the large letters A-Z and does not shrink back to regular size until you scroll again.
In the States you can get many decent smartphones at relatively low prices but in Europe prices tend to be a lot higher. This is probably one of the exceptions. I'm delighted to pay only £222 for such a great smartphone.

I ordered at zuk-store.com (because of the two years warranty and european service center)
It was a mistake. They hadn't the grey version in stock, but I bought it anyway (22nd of october) - the devices are announced to arrive at their store on the 30th of october, but no word got out if they have been distributed to the customers.
I should have bought them elsewhere
(I have to add, I'm really not patient when it comes to buying eletronic stuff... )

Robpollard, I am beginning to think that I made a mistake too. I've ordered via zuk-store.com for the very same reason as you (warranty and european service centre). I ordered on the 26th but at that time, it showed that the stock will come on the 28th but then date changed to 30th next day.
They haven't replied to any of my messages as of yet about when will it get dispatched. Clearly you've been waiting longer than me, and what made matters worse for me is that fact that TomTop on eBay is happy to ship me the phone from its Madrid warehouse to my address in Estonia for €290 delivered.
I am hoping to hear from zuk-store tomorrow. But surely if the stock was to be replenished on Friday, 30th. They should have sent the delivered out the same day, or probably it will be tomorrow, Monday 2nd of November which is annoying because we would be waiting 3-5 days on top of it.
Could you please keep me posted with the progress of your order and I'll do vice versa?

I noticed it this morning too. I am torn here now, where are you thinking ordering from? And where is it that you're getting it delivered?
This is the lowest price I've been able to find, TomTop is one of the official sellers but what happens to warranty related matters?

ZUK says that they will be updating the service centre details later. Does that reassure us that at least for any warranty related matters we won't have to ship the device back to HK or China Mainland given that's how most China based resellers would try to honour warranty?
But then again, if you buy it from ZUK-Store then if ZUK will have service centre in EU that it should mean that we should be able to get them serviced as long as they were purchased from an authorised reseller.
Or am I just being too pedantic, and I shouldn't have high hopes for a budget priced phone? And consider it a pretty much without warranty?
I was on the fence too, but decided to demand a refund (which they will grant, their chat-support works rather well). I think I'll wait one or two days and either re-order again or order it elsewhere. Too bad, I'd love to have it in my hands by now.

I can send a link to you unfortunately. The user "ahappydeal" has offered the mobile phone 300 € with price proposal. He immediately accepted my price proposal of 265 €. You can search times. If you do not find him meld again!
Any word on when the 128GB model will be in stock and ready for purchase? OnePlus is having inventory issues and trouble meeting with the demand, and when it will be in stock I'm afraid it will be in such a limited quantity that I won't even be able to get my hands on one as it will sell out quick. I just want it so bad, should I settle for the 64GB?
If 64gb is sufficient for you then yes, if not then no. Pretty simple.

64GB is definitely sufficient enough for me, but the thought and picture of having a 128GB phone is enticing. Lots of storage, and more opportunities.

Oh for sure. I was able to make 64gb work on my previous phones but I got the 128gb and not having to ever worry about storage is a real nice luxury. I had to wait close to a month to get mine after ordering.

Yep. OP said three weeks but it got stuck in customs for over a week because of Christmas.

It came in stock today in Belgium's site for about 4 hours. Managed to get mine and filed a request for return of my 64GB version which suffers from random reboots.
its in stock now!
Got on the OP site today and the 128 was listed as being available....................ordered and got confirmation + said it would ship today..........see how long it take to get to me un the USA.
Just ordered mine also! 128gb ive been waiting and checking one plus website for 3 days. Till this mornin i was suprised! They said it ships immediately! Maybe it already has.

Canceled my 64gb version, and picked up the 128gb here in the US today as well.
Very happy camper, ordered 128 GB on 1/13, got a text message from DHL about delivery on 1/17......but they never showed. Got another text message from DHL about delivery on 1/18 and it was delivered(while our city was flooding). That was delivery in 4 working days from China..............Kool!

Same experience here on the 13th. I happened to check order website even though I didn't get an email that they were available and it happened to be available. Got immediate confirmation although my account on their website never showed an order. Super fast shipping through DHL from China. Awesome.

yeah i ordered mine sunday night, it processed monday and shipped out through chinese customs monday night and yesterday it left hong kong, supposed to be delivered today but we'll see
