so since ive had a gs6 gs6 active note 5 and a old ass lumia all with wireless charging
i ordered a charging sticker for my g4 .
now i know that wireless charging is one magnet making the other magnet basicly vibrate and generates a electric voltage from said magnetic vibrations. it just seems like my g4 gets so hot on the wireless charger.
and i had to record a timelapse video.
but the curved back of the g4 causes the phone to slowly rotate on my charging pad throught the night
im not crazy and im not stoned i set my phone a certain way everynight and i noticed it facing wrong in the morning so i recorded it and sure as crap it moves from said magnetic vibrations
so my ? is what are everyone elses expieriences with the aftermarket stickers vs factory like in samsungs now

Hello,
I have bought this Battery for my HD2. If i charge my hd2 with it when windows mobile is running the charging light flashes between green and red and the Battery status goes from 55% on 100%. but if i shutdown the phone and charge it, it is normal. have anybody got an idea why this happens and how to fix it?
Thanks

I have the same problem with a china battery and waiting for a replacement. My other hd2 with the htc battery works fine.
my stock battery done that at the weekend when i was charging it from the car, whilst runnin tomtom.
my guess is its a warning its pumping out more juice than its recieveing! like when you charge it from your cmputer.... it takes longer.
nothing to worry about id say
No!!! Thats a whole nother issue. Your car charger is crap, just like mine was before i got a rocketfish charger. I had the SAME issue with my tilt2 while running the sense music player while using my old crap car charger. The charger later died and have not had the problem since getting the new rocketfish charger and i used the tilt2 in the car the same way MANY times after that
mine was doing the same when was using more power than pumping ftom the wall charger. phone was very hot at this time
I found a solution - That Happens to me only on hot sunny summer days.....

That Happens to me only on hot sunny summer days... when my HD2 is mounted on my car dash board and becomes hot due to the sun.
I learnd from the local HTC distributer that "flashing green/red" means that: The HD became hot, due to the hot environment / sun, and therefore activated its internal protection and disconected the charging facility in order to defend the battery.
After cooling the HD2 that phenomenon stops and charging is as usual.
My solution is:
In order to cool the HD2 while driving and avoid that problem, I operate my car air condition unit and direct its cool air flow only to the front glass. Not to the passengers as usual. That is in the same way you direct the air flow in order remove steam from the front car glass during winter days.
The cool air from the air condition, heats the glass and goes back towards the passengers. On its way it cools the black HD2 which stands in the sun on my dash board.
I know it is not the best solution but its the cheapest working one.
I wish u all good luck
Check the middle battery connector prong in the phone hasnt bent in such away it isnt actually making contact with the terminal on the battery as this is exactly what happened to me and gave the same symptoms.
A little corrective adjustment with a pair of tweezers and problem solved.
It seems to be OK

Thanks for the advise.
However it seems to be ok and with no deviation.
correct power input
it flashes if u get the wrong input with car chargers.it happened to me plus it dosent charge even after charging with phpne off.so i bought the correct power input charger.problem solved.
I sometimes get this also while using TomTom in the car on a hot day.
I repositioned the holder in front of the centre air vent, and let fresh air flow over the device.
Hasn't happened since.
It basically means "I'm not charging because there's a problem" either because the phone is too hot, or because there's a problem with the battery.
Last week I bought the extra large battery with kickstand for use while on holiday next week, same problem with charging from the 1A wall charger (original HTC battery charges fine) straight away so the flashing doesn't just mean "overheat"
Sent the battery back and should get a replacement in the next few days.
I use a 650mA charger in the car (I have a 1A charger but the contact needs resoldering) and while using movie player, tomtom and browsing, it popped up with a message that the device drain was greater than the charger could provide so it disabled charing, amber light went out rather than flashing green/amber.
ok, in total i have 4 normal batteries and 2x mugen 2600. (i have 2x HD2)
yes there are batteries that flash red/green.
from what i observed. with screen on, 0%-95% the batttery usually accepts around +700mah to +850mah.
once 96% it trickles down to less than +500mah
for those flashing, the battery still charges. it's just that the curcuitry is warning that the battery doesnt want to accept the normal charging amp.
so when it flashes it's doing around 300-500 when it's below 96%.
i have 2 batteries that shows the same problem on both HD2. but they still charge, it just takes longer to hit 100% charge that's all.
if it's flashing red/green, the battery is not capable of high charge, only normal charge of around 100-3xx mah.
feel free to correct me.
oh, the circuit allows max of 950mah input, i know cuz i have a 4Ah USB charger.

I noticed that when I use the wireless charging of my Nokia 920, that my watch (Oceanus -- Casio actually) does not sync with the USA Atomic clock ...
I have to move the watch from the night stand where the wireless charger is to another location about 8 feet away to get it to sync. Has anyone else noticed this? I have not played with the distance needed, but it did not seem to make a difference if it was within 3 inches or 8 inches away ... but 8' works ...
I thought that the charger "shuts off" when the charging is done and then the watch should have synced later on in the night -- it tries several times a night, and the last on (at 4AM) should have been after the phone was charged and the wireless system stopped -- but I guess that it could be restarting to keep the phone charged through the night ...
Anyway, does anybody have any thoughts (or also experienced it) on the Qi charging and interference with the Atomic watch finding the time?
I vote that you write a strongly worded letter to the Atomic clock facility in Boulder, CO and tell them to fix their damn system.
Didn't try it out but the charger does not turn off - only the phone stops charging. It is still running on the power supplied from the charger instead of starting to run of the internal battery (which would start running down the battery again so the charger would have to recharge the battery which would add charging cycles that are still somewhat detremental to battery performance). It should work if you remove the phone from the charging plate though.
As to why it jams the signal from the atomic clock I can't tell you that for sure but as I always had problems to get any clocks to sync properly inside several flats it seems those signals quite often are rather weak and therefore are jammed rather easily. I guess there is no cause for concern from that.
Havnt tried this stuff lately.

You can check this out.
Known Interference issues
Speaking to several engineers on the topic, there are known automotive system interference issues.
Personally I can verify that my two Nokia Qi DT-900 chargers cause severe interference with outbound on-phone (non bluetooth) audio on both a Nokia Lumia 920 and an iPhone 4, just being near a non-charging but connected pad. The range of interference is several feet. Of course the iPhone is a non Qi device.
I assume muddtt is being sarcastic in the comment above.
Anyone have issues on a different pad?
A wireless charger emits a powerful magnetic field. Keep anything sensitive well out of the way.

My Oceanus OCW-T400 sync flawlessly on my wrist during the night where my Nokia Qi charging pad is beside the night stand next to my bed.
Depends on the location where you place the watch to sync, sometime the propagation of radio signal vary during the day and the best should be at night. Try sync it manually in different location inside your home to find the best location.
Do you guys think it would work with our Note, it looks really nice and clean, I might have to get it.
Like the one seen here

Well considering that it'll need the battery cover then I would have to say no it wont work. Maybe you can email them and ask if they can make a battery cover for the Note 2.
I actually agree with the comments stated on the video.
It's just another cool gimmick that is just nice to have.
It doesn't charge faster and it is harder to use your phone.
I recently set up wireless charging on my wife's Galaxy S3 and she hates it for the following reasons:
charges slower than the USB cord
Difficult to use the phone while charging. With the USB cable, you can plug it in and continue to use the phone in your hands.
The Qi charging plate (a Nokia unit) has a LED light to indicate when the phone is being charge. That light is kinda distracting when you're trying to sleep at night.
Since the phone has to be charged face-up, the phone's LED notification light is another distraction at night.
Makes me rethink pursuing wireless charging for my Note2.

I guess i wont be wasting money on this. Thanks man. You saved my wallet.
My Note 4 (T-Mobile version, obviously) is making a very faint rhythmic beeping sound that almost sounds like Morse Code when I place it on my wireless charging pad. The phone charges just fine and doesn't get hot or anything, but the beeping is very annoying when I try to sleep at night. The beeping stops when I take my phone off the charging pad, but starts again as soon as I put it back on the pad. It still beeps even if I turn the phone off. I am using the official Samsung wireless charging back cover and official Samsung charging pad. Is my phone just transmitting my personal info to the NSA through Morse Code while I sleep?
Thanks,
Jeff
Meth.. Not even once.
My nokia wireless charging pad's wall wart makes beeping/squeeking noises that I thought was the phone at first... might give that a listen if your pad has a wall adapter...
^^ what he said.. I've seen that with quite a few wall adapters so it's not a stretch to imagine it could happen with a charging pad, but put your ear to the wall adapter & see if it's that. In my experience it's old/cheaply made adapters but it could just be a manufacturing fluke with your particular unit
It's definitely coming from the phone or plate (hard to tell which one is making the noise). The wall adapter/cable I'm using are the genuine Samsung ones that came with the charging plate, so they shouldn't be cheap junk.
I'm pretty sure my Note 3 beeped too, so maybe it's just a characteristic of this plate?
It's not your phone, it's your charger.
I have two Tylt Vu chargers and they BOTH make very faint beeping/whining noises when charging my phone, plus the wall adapter makes a constant whining noise, too. It's just ****ty parts used in the chargers, nothing you can do about it.
So I have this weird issue where the the screen becomes partially unresponsive while wireless charging, like I'll have to tap an icon 3 or 4 time before it registers along with scrolling being really unpredictable. I have a case for it and it's this one. If I take the case off then the issue goes away. I am using the official pixel stand and also some wireless charging car mount I got on amazon. I found this out because I was using the car mount to charge my P5 wirelessly and was trying to use navigation but the screen was really unresponsive, after I noticed it I tried it on my pixel stand and it does the same thing. There was one other guy on the google forums who posted about this issue but no one has presented a solution yet. I just don't understand what wireless charging has to do with the screen being unresponsive and only when I use my case. On top of that the case I have is not very thick at all. My best guess is that the case I have has a thickness that is at the threshold of thickness for wireless charging to work properly so the phone constantly switches from "charging" to "not charging" over and over again and that is somehow lagging the entire phone making it seem like the screen is unresponsive. If anyone else has this issue or if others could test this out with their own P5 (with whatever case and wireless charger you have obviously) and report back that would be great.
