I have an Asus Zenfone Go ZB452KG, it's an Android device with no custom ROMs at the moment. I have done a lot of research but no luck. I was wondering how could I build a ROM for my phone, looking for stock Lollipop or possibly Marshmallow here BTW.
I wanted to learn how to build any custom ROM for an unknown device like how do these Chinese Manufacturers create Nexus like stock ROMS?
There are also some terms in guides that you need the "Source ROM" to build a custom ROM, does that mean the stock Asus ROM that's on my phone?
I've been in PCs for sometime, I have experience in rooting and flashing ROMs, but that's for devices that have their ROM and recovery ready on the internet. This phone has nothing on the Internet. Anyone mind to share some help?
Do note this is a Snapdragon 200 device, I heard I could find ROMs by the CPU as well, mind the shed some light?

i rooted mine but sometimes it slows to boot. i wanna know if you have the same problem.

It doesn't matter that whether have a locked or unlock bootloader. You also don't need a pc

You can install it but from TWRP recovery

You can try it but I recommend to flash TWRP recovery on your device and then flash it from recovery

I don't have any version of TWRP recovery installed on my device yet, I am waiting for the bootloader permission to unlock it. So I don't have any idea about this, So you can google it.
If i flash this ROM Via TWRP ..so my bootloader will relock again..?

One more question brother ryt now m using AICP 12.1 (Android N-7.1.1) so i can flash this rom over this ROM or i have to Flash MIUI Rom frst...????
i updated my redmi note 3 via fastboot rom
then i unlock bootloader (Unofficially) and flash twrp recovery
device power up and all function works except Setting
when i Click on Setting it Crashed in a moment
tried everything
any solution please help

I've got TWRP installed and the phone rooted but after a real long serch I didn't find any compatible custom ROM for it ... I really want to get a stock Android build on it ZenUI sucks! and for the record I've found a port of lineage 13 on 4PDA but the wifi doesn't work.

Actually I have Asus ZB500KL (X00AD) with Android 6 installed (stock ROM).
Is there an Android 7/8 version available?
I found something...LineageOS and Cyanogenmod but the model ZB500KL is not listed in ROM description (there are similar models).

All developers are making ROMs for Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 but non of them made any ROM for Max M2. So Disappointed and Upset. ? Even Official Pixel Experience ROM is available for Max Pro M2.
