Hi,I don't whether is the reply or question threat. I'm using honor 4X che L04. I can't use 4g sim in my mobile I'm not talking about only jio can't use any other 4g sim. Sometimes it works for few minutes after in wipe format my mobile and when I tried to call through 4g network went off. It all start happened when I updated my OS.
Does this happen to anyone else?
Is this a mobile network problem or firmware problem?
Could it be repair by flashing the mobile?
Or is there any solution?
If flashing is solution could someone tell me how to flash it please?

There is no volte support currently . so u cannot make calls while u are on 4g

I was having the same problem with stock ROM so I flashed cm13 and then I was able to use 4g SIM (Jio in my case).
there are custom roms, flash them and see

I have been trying different ROMs like SimKat and CM since 4.4.4 however since a month ago, I have not been able to connect to the mobile network here in Korea. The phone does connect for about an hour after flashing the ROM but then will not connect after an hour until I flash the ROM on the phone again (any ROM via FlashTools).
Only recently, I have noticed that in my secret menu *#*#4636#*#*, I have noticed all my options have disappeared for selecting the GSM/UMTS bands. I used to have USA, EURO, Japan, Korea and 1 other. Now I only have USA which I assume is what is stopping me from getting on the network. How do I get all my regional band options again? I really don't want to buy another phone.

Sure you havent managed to wipe your TA partition? Restore your backed up TA or download and install stock ROM from Sony.

i recently installed Chinese rom of Android 5.1.1 on my nubia z9 mini indian device.
Most of the things work fine so far only issue I have is one with mobile data.
I'm not able to get mobile data working.
Network gets selected fine but internet does not work.
I have read multiple threads and looks like this is known issue. Someone did mention that he found solution but I did not find link to his ROM.
I want to know how to fix this issue.
APN is correctly set.

I faced the same problem in Indian Version but after coming back to indian version, I placed only that sim card in which net plan is active. Then after that i place the second sim now both r working and with data connection. Try this. Let me know if it success.

nope... i had flashed that gsm patch and after that data was working.
now im on cm 6.0 and since flashing that gsm patch data issur never came up...

I'm new to Note.. today i bought phone... (local dude - phone is from Taiwan) and on first sim slot only works 2D !?!?!?
If i' select 2G/3G i just can make a call.. ony when is switched to 2G.
Doe anybody have any clue how to get at least 3G working?
Is there way to somehow change band, ROM, downgrade etc...???

Today i tested with another sim card.... SIM1 is only working as 2G, SIM2 gives options for 2G/3G/4G but only works on 2G =(
Also if i set one of the SIMs to 2G/3G other one stooping to work. Only solution is both sims in 2G?!??! =(

SOLVED: Phone send back.
I installed custom ROM on my Honor 4x now having 4g network issue, my jio is detecting but there is no network and service but 2g & 3g is working fine. I tried with different ROMs lineageOS, cyanogenmod & MIUI now i am using mokee but still getting same issue can someone help me to solve this issue
use jio sim in 2nd slot and set network settings in LTE only it works from , i to faced same problem (works in lineage os)

Try sim 1 and set it to LTE only .

Like jio sim supports only 4g network, when i insert jio sim it shows emergency call only and when i insert airtel 4g sim, it works only on 3g doesn't show 4g icon on notification bar. I tried with all basic required ideas to check LTE network if working or not. Its not working

There are 5 smartphones at my home as all are using jio so network coverage is fine. I have also tried with 2, 3 different jio sim in my phone same issue. I am sure there is fault of LTE driver or else software fault

I don't own a 4X. If it is indeed a hardware problem, service center is your best bet.

I am using Airtel 4G sim card that works fine on other mobiles but not on my phone. I tried using other sim cards , but no network at all. The phone becomes quite warm when there is no signal. I was on stock ROM before and now I am using a custom ROM( Resurrection) to see if I can get my problem solved.
I tried all possible fixes and solutions that I found over the internet, but yet no result.
Please!!! can someone help me resolve this issue because I have a phone that cannot perform this basic task.
If there are issues with the hardware, how do I check that?
Or is there any patch or build prop edits for this issue?? Please share....

Its very simple..
First I installed custom recovery(TWRP 3.0) using sp flash tool. Then i downloaded ressurection rom and copied to my storage.
Using TWRP I took a backup of my current system(android 6.0) and wiped cache/data/system. Then i flashed the RR Rom zip file from TWRP.
