Lol, I was just starting to think if getting K4 Note would be worthful, because custom rom would be something mandatory in a phone for me, mostly when I prefer AOSPish Roms over any skin, now I see that things are going to worth =)

It's good to see that finally someone is willing to DEVELOP a ROM for our beloved K4 ..
Btw I had done some search.
Found out that Jiayu S3+ has the same specifications as K4 NOTE.
And plenty of rom are available for Jiayu S3+, so it would be great if you could port a ROM.

I guess better way to start is with a pure CM Rom, btw, what one you're going to build? CM13 or CM12.1 (please be CM13)

Jiayu S3 Plus has same hardware (MT6753)
Vernee Thor too, but the build on github is a Nougat Aosp one, based in 3.18.19 kernel, same as K4 MM Based Kernel.

That ROM is based on CM13. And it is not an open source ROM!
It's a modified ROM! Only available for MTK Devices!

Lineage OS 14.1 for my ASUS Zenfone ZE550KL. It's not flawless but it's clean and it's the best one for me.
Just a quick question, the downloads for Resurrection remix what are all of these, I know some of them are for different phones but for example is the latest one plus 3 download the same as the unified one plus 3/3t released on the 6th? All these different names I'm just not sure what they all mean! I'm talking about the downlink link on the RR website that takes you to source forge. Cheers sorry bit of a noob! Thankyouuu!

RR Oreo is very recent, I better wait a few days for it to be more stable; But if you want to create your own RR Oreo ROM, your Github is for you to use.
Mokee rom Is the most stable ROM out there. A lot of Xiaomi phone support it. But mi 8 doesn't. Anyone can start develop a nightly builds?

The Mokee ROM is not really good & over-rated by you guys.
why is not good? since its based on LOS the touch latency is low, battery and stability and fluidity is better... i think depend from devices

hope some dev working on official mokee rom 8.1... xiaomi devices are popular on mokee support
its close to android stock and smooth like butter thanks to base of los and patches of mokee
