HALP!!!! - Lenovo A7000 Questions & Answers

So, I did this:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-a7000/development/rom-lineageos-14-1-a7000-t3543620
I did a complete wipe.
After flashing it said that the zip file is corrupt
And now my phone is stuck at the boot screen for the past 30 minutes...
PLEASE HELP!!!!

download another random OS zip file and flash it through recovery. If its stuck in bootloop then remove battery and boot into recovery mode(twrp or cwm) by holding power button and both volume buttons. After flashing ROM file, Flash Kernel and Gapps. And firmware if needed(optional).
Have a good day

Reason For Loss of root when flashing new CM roms??

ok if someone doesnt have the latest radio the htc rom flashes it automaticly..(it just happend to me)
so when the radio flashes then could the recovery menu get flashed as well??
YES. YOU MUST go back into recovery mode (should do it automatically after flashing htc "recovery") but hold the home button after the package unloader image blinks off. Flash the cyanogen update immediately after. If you dont reboot into your custom recovery, it will boot adp1.6 and you lose your recovery image.

I am not sure about OTA yet, maybe for OTA it will overwrite recovery and must do the process again.
Well before the android one rom you could not boot into recovery by holding vol + and power.
Unfortunately during the bootloader unlock process you cannot use the volume button.

Firmware flashing .zip extension

http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-compact/development/list-pre-rooted-firmwares-6-oct-2015-t3218820
Above the link there is prerooted firmwares. I want to flash 6.0.1 firmware by using flashtool but when I choose flashmode, flashtool could not see the firmware. It is in zip format. I opened and extracted the fw but nothing changed. I changed the extension to .ftf but no change occured.
How can I install firmware by using the link above?
Can you help?
How to flash
Important: Make a backup before flashing!
Download and copy the pre-rooted firmware into the micro SDcard
Reboot your phone, boot into the recovery before the phone boot into Android OS (if you knew how to do it). If you using XZDualRecovery, press VOL DOWN to boot into TWRP or VOL UP to boot into CWM after your phone vibrate twice. I recommended TWRP!
Wipe /data, /dalvik-cache, and /cache (recommended)
Open "Install ZIP" and go to the location where you copied the firmware
Boot your phone. It will take 10 minutes to boot for the first time

I am searching how to install twrp. Sony devices are reAlly interesting. With My old Samsung device and with odin I can make everyhing. But in sony unlock bootloader, use twrp, Adb, flashtool, many many steps. I am trying to understand them.
Now I am trying to understand how to install twrp in unrooted device. Forum has many Threads but nothing is in order.
http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/10/02/unlocking-the-bootloader-on-sonys-xperia-z3-and-z3-compact-causes-poor-low-light-camera-performance-thanks-to-drm/

SM-N920C XFA Stock ROM Flashable ZIP

I'm having a bit of problem flashing my Note 5 using ODIN. Whenever I flash the stock ROM, ODIN finishes successfully but when the device boots up, it gets stuck on 'No command' and thereafter it is not possible to enter recovery mode or do anything further. I have now flashed TWRP and wiped the entire device and tried again and still, it gets stuck on 'No command'.
I am thinking that as a last resort, I may just get lucky by placing a flashable ZIP of the stock ROM onto the internal storage and install the ROM via TWRP/Recovery mode. I think I first need to get the SM-N920C stock recovery image and flash that first and thereafter flash the stock ROM from the stock recovery options.
Where can I find a stock ROM flashable zip and recovery image for my device? My device is the SM-N920C, build: N920CXXS5CRH2 XFA.
Finally, do you guys think that doing this is a waste of time since flashing with ODIN passed but resulted in the 'No command' error?

[D290] Flashable Stock Rom (Try this if DL Mode isn't working)

If the phone ever stops booting to DL Mode, but still enters TWRP or boots to the normal android OS.
Try flashing this zip. It might freeze TWRP after it ends flashing.
Then after the flash, flash a KDZ.
