Stuck On Google Logo and didnt Check Unlock OEM

Hi All,
So I have been searching the interwebs for the last four hours with no luck.
I have a Nexus 6 and I was trying to update the OTA developer preview from google that I signed up to test.
Problem is that I ended up on a bootloop. I am able to get into Fastboot but I am unable to make any commands work since the device is locked. All commands end with a Failed (command write failed error).
I am able to go into recovery to access ADB but that is also not very useful because it seems i am unable to push anything to the phone. The only thing which seems to want to work is when I try and load an OTA image.
This loads until 100% and I get an error which says the image I have is to new and it requires a specic image.
I am currently on 6.0.1/MMB29V/2554798.
I have tried factory reset but no help there.
Also when I try select update from SD Card it says it Couldnt mount/sdcard.... Unknow volume for path
Any help?

Tried it and it seems I have no other option but to return.
Problem is that i am in South Africa and have no idea how to go about.
Bought off Amazon

your n6 is bricked and you could try all the options from XDA.
There is a thread about the Nexus Root Toolkit of Wugfresh. This kit runs on a Windows PC and has a menu with option for bricked phones.
When you can start in recovery mode (long press start button + volume down) you could give it a try. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2947452
When there is no result, you could send it to Amazon for repair. But check the costs.
The total costs of mail, assurance and repair are probably more than $ 100,=.
I have seen some posts that the of a new N6 is every month lower.

How to do "sdfuse" method with twrp

I have twrp installed on this phone. My question? Is there a command prompt that i can type to make this happen? Just looking for some Assistance on this because holding down buttons during the boot process with twrp installed kills the process.

Thanks, I was able to figure it out, but now I have a new problem... When I try to update using the sdfuse "SD method" I get
ERROR: product is Z2 Pro? Why is it stating that? What is the fix? Thanks again

Maybe you have changed your model in build.prop, try to check it or maybe flash any other ROM via TWRP and after that try to use the sdfuse method. Let's know.

You have to remove check version lines in update package.
then twrp will install it

I've been given a friends phone that does the same, link above is dead so was a bit stuck..
He was told that it is impossible for him to get the error he was getting so I've got the phone now, I was getting the same error...
However, if I left the phone on the error, and then tried the QFIL way of doing thing, it worked, weird as QFIL on its own originally was giving an error as well..

Bricked device, please help!

I was installing EliteRom v4 but data partition was damaged and i could not change its filesystem to f2fs and I rebooted then and got the eRecovery telling data partition is damaged so i pressed "fix". it rebooted and now i cant access twrp or , just huawei software update and eRecovery, eRecovery pops up when booting without any key combinations, just power button. Any help? EDIT: FASTBOOT IS ACCESIBLE

I was way too fast in editing that post didnt solve my problem as i cant turn usb debuggin on (was off at the moment i was installing) and the command line gives an error "remote:command not allowed" when attempting to unbrick by flashing system, boot, cust and recovery img (sorry for his terrible writing im on my tablet that is antique lags like hell even tho i have cm13)

Yes. But I experienced tech guys before who were new to a certain problem. They were not able to fix it then.

Back in 2011 when I was a kid, it took 2 weeks to "repair" my bricked tab. The tab travelled over 400 kilometres!

Thats cool. I got mine extended for 6 months when i relocked bootloader and no one could identify lol.

how to flash moto g5s plus with perfect tool

so guys you are having issue with flash stock rom ,either your device is saying erase and bootloop dont worry iam here
1= downlod tool from below
2=make your phone into fastboot mode
3=start moto tool and put id as maximran and password as laskar786
4=exctract your firmware and goto moto tab in your tool and select xml file browse and select flashfile under your firmware
5=start flash and wait for 5min
6=voillaaaa your done

Locking bootloader is very tuff

Maxim, i can see where users are having trouble... i had but i managed to do it.
in your guide you say that if appears unregistered pc you must go to a link and unregister.
this link doesnt work for me.
but i tried only *** Mod Edit: prohibited link removed *** and it worked... i logged in, and unregister...
many users might be having this trouble...
btw, i didn't do it because it says it'll erase all user data... and i wasn't prepared for that.
can u confirm this for me pls? thx in advance.

Thanks for your concern and yes it will erase all user data so backup ur everything from internel storage and if you flashing stock rom then everything should be erase as new device comes up

New RedMagic3S wont boot!

So i have a day old red magic 3s that i tried to update, and now it just reboots to the blue screen with the recovery option. I try selecting recovery, but it never boots into recovery. Any ideas? I just got the phone, and now this?

I used the update package from Red Magic website. It failed at 40%, rebooted, and now I only get to the blue screen that has serial #, and reboot to recovery, reboot to emergency recovery, and edr. I tried recovery, but it reboots to same screen. I tried edr, the screen turns off. I think I have a major issue. Any idea what happened?

You could try flashing with fastboot and see if that helps. There's guides on how to do it. The update zip will have the files. If that doesn't work I would just RMA it since you have a warranty.
If those don't work the only real option is to flash from a EDL programmer.
I have flashed all those files from the site to a phone and had no issues. So if it failed at 40% you could have an issue that might be hardware related.
Could try QFIL.

Be careful with QFIL tho.

I tried the fastboot flashing. I still only get to the bootloader screen. I contacted Red Magic, they wont accept a RMA, because i unlocked bootloader. They said warranty is void. I dont have any idea what QFIL is. I see there is some tool for the red magic 3. Would that work?

Enjoy your new paperweight OP! LMFAO. This phone is unrepairable without the nubia unbrick tool.
