HOW TO INSTALL
1.Download the Rom zip file
2.put it on your sd card.
3.Switch of your phone and reboot into cwm recovery.
4.Wipe data and cache.
5.Install the rom zip file through cwm.
6.Wipe data and cache again.
7.Reboot the system and you are good to go.
You may have to wait a bit for the rom to boot.Just wait.

the rom os version in the thread should state 2.3.6
the title of the thread should also state 2.3.6 themed
also status bar expanded/toggles lock screen and dialer are not kitkat so I dont see how you can claim it totally looks like kitkat
The only kitkat things are transparent status bar wallpaper icons and a platlogo just by looking at the screen shots
Iv no problems with the rom itself its just I dont like people who make claims that something is kitkat when it isnt

its a custom rom and kitkat themed rom. this device is not updated. so its a different thing for the users.

looks very good,i hope it runs like it look because i need a new rom for everyday,one question,is it multilanguage?

I dont think it is a new Rom. there is one another rom available herehttp://galaxyyduosgeeks.blogspot.in/ with same features and look. . only soame apks are removed ( like call recorder, blacklist etc )

U have forgotten to include Job Manager.apk. So whenever Task Manager is clicked, phone gets rebooted.
Rest are good.

I m using this device only 4 development Didn't inserted sim card check
Same as like stock if not there install 2g 3g switcher app from playstore

awsum ROM...!!
working perfectly..
only camera is showing 8MP..
sure u will fix that soon...

Even i faced the same problem..
Try closing it like we close normal expanded notifications( dragging down and then dragging up)..from the clock area(left corner).

why do i see the dial pad so small and condensed. in screenshot it show normal. but in actual the dial pad looks weird and small.

1. when u flash pico Gapps u will get keyboard.
2.default file explorer is already there.check again in "Tools"
3.MIUI is RAM hungry,but still im getting free RAM around 800MB.
and FREE RAM is not why u brought phone to keep RAM FREE......

it lasts all days with full continues WIFI and Download ON with normal brightness(manual) when charge 98%.no xposed installed.

does your battery shows 3100mAh?

hello bro thnx for latest build i tried it .. but after flash this miui 8 i not having sound through headphone ... like it was case in xolo play 8x-1100 white variant stock rom...
i hope you can help me in this regard ...everything is fine after flashing but just audio not play in headphone and also when i unlock or lock the device sound notification lag a bit around 1 or 2 seconds.. can you pls provide audio fix patch also like provided in miui stable 7

Requirement
-Instaled Android 6 (Bootloader and Modem)

Instructions
1) Put the zip file in your SD Card
2) Reboot in Recovery Mode (use Twrp or Philz Recovery)
3) Wipe Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache and format /System (If running Philz Recovery use the "Clean before install a new rom" option)
4) Install the ROM
5) Reboot.
Note: First boot may take a while, that's normal. Once it booted setup your device and reboot again to ensure the full performance of the rom.
Bugs
-Not fully Stable, some time has lag
-On first boot Lag, after some time lag reduced
-Dualsim not work, but Dualsim IMEI detected
-AOD is not working, removed
-BlueLightFilter is not working better to disable it !!
-Edge Feeds and Edge light (disable it at first boot can make phone laggy!!)
-Don't use the resolution changer in settings or smart manager or you need to reflash clean because resolution changes!
-Camera on Potrait icon shifted slightly, note 7 camera features yet disappear in selection mode

because dev does not exist, I am trying to port rom ..
and let my device to test :angel:

On my friends phone , too much battery drain , still very laggy even after few reboots , and no incall ui

Installation steps:
Download the ROM
Make sure OEM unlock is unlocked
Ensure you have up-to-date TWRP Or Ofox (TWRP is recommended).
Copy the files you downloaded to SDcard or OTG or whatever
Reboot your phone to recovery
Wipe data, dalvik, and cache (Dirty flash on stock Pie is possible but not recommended)
Flash the ROM
Reboot
Setup your ROM and Enjoy Quack!!
After booting Setup your ROM and reboot reboot again
Flash deodex path reboot and enjoy
For smoth exprience and good RAM management
Flash this module using magisk (Just trough magisk else it won't have any effect ): Tweaks
Bugs:
Biometric won't work with Pie boot loader else

Good idea to read this F.A.Q While the rom is installing...
Q : How to Root ?
A : This ROM is already rooted , just install magisk app if it's not present.
Q : Hey, Why I don't get blur when taking live focus capture ?
A : Disable dual Capture (last Icon in right)
Q : I want to have 4x4 toggle in Quick settings what to do ?
A : Go to settings > Developer Options > Minim width and change it to 435 Or 440
Q : Stuck at boot animation, halp
A : You have to reboot atleast once manually
Q : Can I dirty flash it one android pie OneUI ?
A : Yes, but some features won't appear by the way also it myb laggy

I tried this Rom, from evolution to Radical, but I encounter problems in installation.
When I just hit next next next. The progress gonna stucked at 40% then reboot to recovery (cant make it 100%)
I tried to uncheck everything in installables (Chrome, Facebook and moree ) I make it to 100% but still after reboot, I get stucked to logo and reboot every 9 to 12 seconds interval I think?
Guys helpp me hahahaha, I want to try this rom! BTW Nice work broo, the features really make me into it but help me to try itt Thanks in Advance brooo!

I also tried, at 40% crashes and restarts, with both TWRP and Orangefox, I couldn't.

Ive done it.
It doesnt stucked at 40%
And not booted my phone to download mode,
But like my earlier feedback
Itreboot until th final drop of the baterryy :crying:

I already did it and it didn't work either.

I think the issue happen because we install this rom on pie, try to install official 10 then install this rom (untested)!

Maybe.. but he said it's for J610X He doesn't specify variant so it's universal for all J6+ variants.
