[MOD] [ZENFONE] [HIGHEST VOLUME] ZenFone Highest Volume Mod - Zenfone 5 Android Development

HELLO ZENFONE USERS,
Zenfone users, If you want to make your speaker volume more loud then download the ZenFone Volume Mod for Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 6.
Pre-Requesting :
• Rooted Zenfone
• ES file Explorer (Download from Play Store)
• Volume Mod file (Download from the below)
PROCEDURE (Step-by-Step) :
• Step 1 - Download Volume Mod file from below and unzip the file then copy files in your internal storage.
• Step 2 - Now, Install ES Explorer from Play Store.
• Step 3. Once Installed, Open ES Explorer then tap on upper left corner button and select Tools then Enable Root Explorer and it will prompt to Grant Super SU (Root Permission). Now Hit on Grant Button.
• Step 4 - Now Go To Device/System/etc/parameter-framework/setting/Audio/ directory and Rename all the three files as shown below.
1. First, Rename AudioConfigurableDomains_a500cg.xml to AudioConfigurableDomains_a500cg.xml.bak
2. And then rename AudioConfigurableDomains_a502cg.xml to AudioConfigurableDomains_a502cg.xml.bak
3. And then rename AudioConfigurableDomains_a600cg.xml to AudioConfigurableDomains_a600cg.xml.bak.
((REMEMBER - Do this for all three files))
• Step 5 - Now Go to the location where you have downloaded these new files and then copy all the three files (AudioConfigurableDomains_a500cg.xml, AudioConfigurableDomains_a502cg.xml, AudioConfigurableDomains_a600cg.xml) and Paste into Device/System/etc/parameter-framework/setting/Audio/ and paste here.
• Step 6 - Now grant the permission to all the files which you have just pasted. (Set Permission to -rw-r-r)
• Step 7 - Now Reboot Your Device. Now you will get Highest sound on your Asus Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 6.
Enjoy your Zenfone in it's highest volume.

It's not because of this mod. This mod is only for increasing sound.
Actually, You are using Google app as system app right (to use 'ok google' from any screen). So don't use Google app as system app. Whenever you will make Google app as system app you will face this issue.
So first uninstall the Google app. After that download it again from play store as user app. It will solve your issue.

Hello there files you posted are helpful in increasing volume . But the problem is the audio is barely audible from VoIP calls . I tested on whatsapp call and jio4gvoice , the audio is too low to hear . But Phone dialer is like boom ! Very loud .
Any fix for that .Is this the mod of satysatz b ?

I never tested this mod on WhatsApp call and jio4gvoice. I have to test it then only I can tell you why this is happening.

Hey can you find the below line in build prop and change it .
persist.audio.fluence.voicecall=true
to false
Or a line like
bt.hfp.WideBandSpeechEnabled=true
Again change it to false or vice versa .
Share your result .As i currently don't have acess to my zenfone 5 .

Been running for a few hours on faux's 1.3GHz 24 r2 kernel and VM Heap set to 256m. It's running great for me.
So nice to have a new GB build, rather than a non working 4.2 build (for me).

Thank you, I've just installed the rom and aparently I don't have any problem, but, in fact I've just found one or two:
1. You tube isn't working, when I play some video I get the notice that it can't be played, push to try again and never.
2. In music player the sound is not working, I haven't selected a tone but I've listened several to assign one and all are played and listened, but the music in my sdcard simply plays but not even in the max volume can hear a thing, do you have any ideas?
I'd like to try this rom, but this are little problems that are disturbing me, any way thanks for the work.

youtube does not work, I remove and install an older version and works

Confirmed, YouTube errors out. Music is working fine for me also.
So far, I'm at 75% battery after 10 hours, with light usage, but with BT and WiFi enabled and WiFi connected to a fair signal. Its about the best I've seen from the Atrix, and I'm running the faux 1.3GHz kernel.

Just had to share this,as I nearly got 47 hours out of one charge. It was light use with about 2 hours of podcast listening, wifi always on, a few short calls and Facebook running.
Its the longest my Atrix has ever lasted on one charge.

Hello , first time cm7..whishnu. Anyone knows how to avoid panning when moving the mouse with lapdock -hdmi. Is there a way to change the resolution ok wishnu. That would prevent panning.

i am coming from another sound mod and after flashing your mod it seems like there was no difference for me at all. Even changing the equalizer doesn't do a thing to the audio.
Any idea on how to make your mod work?

This will not be compatible with any other sound mods.. if you had any installed before flashing this then I would not expect it to work..
You are best off flashing this on a clean stock install.

I have installed it this afternoon and all seems to work great, no errors have occurred.
Call sound is a lot better
Speaker volume is louder and fuller.
The headphones sound "more filtered" and very different than before, I'm playing around with equaliser settings but I find it hard to get a clear and balanced sound.
Could you please explain more about the boomsound integration ?
I don't see any settings or other trace of what it does?

Did not get any errors yet.
But i am not really pleased with the audio quality. Before I used the eq by shuffle player (which sounds really natural and balanced). Now I cannot use it anymore because there's a lot of crisps. Can't add really bass to it.
With the Sony-eq it sounds a bit better bit still really crispy.

does anyone know which values from the mixer_paths.xml deals with the external volume speakers (when playing music, ringtone, speaker phone, etc) because I want to lower those values manually. the reason is that I have one defective speaker and it makes strange noises when I take the volume over ~60%ish.
I already tried to lower some values, but apparently I can't see any differences.

Try the attached zip below, this will set the volumes to default for you

@pricey2009 I don't want to set them to defaults, I want to lower those values even more

Added some new bits including extra in-call clarity
Have cleaned up the mod overall and I have tried to eliminate any problems with storage showing low, skippy videos etc that people were having

Bro.. Fully working recovery is only for unlocked bootloader. There is no working recovery for Locked bootloader

@Rajeev bro, I think you forgot to mention that we have to set permission to RW_R_R for the apks in folders.

Opps sorry didn't quite get the instructions haha.
But I think you can skip step 2 and 3, just set the permission after moving into system/apps/FOLDER. Some inexperienced user that got used to just flashing zip file might misunderstand it.

Very nice work.. I installed it yesterday.. It had too many performance bugs for me. Sometimes the phone freezes 2 seconds.. Flyme system design is very nice. Just wish you could make status bar icons use logo of the actual apps. Also.. Google play games keep crashing when trying to play games.. Sms app stops working when trying to go to settings from sms.. Etc.

Hi.. I mean icons of app.. Like chrome notification you see the chrome logo.. Outlook notification you see the blue icon of outlook. Instead all the logos in status bar are generic. Can't know if I got email or sms.. Icons are the same. By the way.. I was using micro gapps.

Works good! Is there any way to disable on screen navigation bar? Bluetooth keeps saying has stopped working when turning it on. Any idea about this?

Magisk 15.3 works fine for me.

Hey normal call is also not working on my secondary airtel sim..after installing jio4g voice jio call is working but airtel is not..

Try removing sim tray, then report me.

No it's still not working.. I eject sim n again enter..n also change gapps to stock..but still call on second sim not showing..n caller tune is ringing on dialling..but on phone it's neither showing nor ringing.. I think this is problem of call reception..

Found a Video flyme 6 for Samsung s7. Looks really smooth and fast. Want Test it on Out Mi max 2 but one Question: is it multilanguage? Found only flyme 6 with Chinese language.

This guide will help you to enable most of the Google Pixel 3 Featurs on your Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1.
This Guide is only tested on Pie Roms with Aroma Gapps Package and Similar Packages and does not know that it will works with Oreo Roms or not
Most of the these Featurs depends on Pixel 3 GCam , so make sure you install it before ( Except Playground it works with Pixel 2 Gcam Also )
1. Download the Daydream Enabler Magisk Module by [email protected]from Magisk Manager App and install it.
- It will enable you to download ArCore and ArStickers from Playstore download it.
- It will also enable Topshot,ScreenCall,Enhanced Portraits, Playground compatibility support.
2. Enable ScreenCall
- Download Mixplorer and Any other RootExplorer , Grant it root Permission and go to :
/data/data/com.google.android.dialer/shared_prefs and open the file dialer_phenotype_flags.xml
Find these lines and change there value from False to True.

Now Force Stop The Dialer
Note:
Remember It requires WIFI to download CallScreens data , so if you are using Mobile Hotspot set it to Unmetered before Launching Dialer
3. Enable Smart Compose in Gmail
Open Mixplorer and navigate to
/data/data/com.google.android.gm/shared_prefs/
Open FlagPrefs.xml
And change the line value from " False " to " True "

Force Stop the Gmail app and the feature will now should be enabled
4. Enable Flip to Shhh....
For this you need to download Tasker from Play Store (Paid) or download lastest version unofficially
Note : It will not work if you don't has Tasker installed
Go to this Link :

And tap on Import button after installing Tasker , it will automatically import all the settings and Profile required to enable Flip to Shhh.
Now Enable the profile from Tasker and it will work
5. Enable Playground
Directly download Arcore and Playground from Playstore and it will works , it will even works with Pixel 2 Mod.

The can use Arnova8G2 Playground Port.

6. Features like Topshot , NightSight ,Enhanced Portraits , Photobooth, etc depends on GCam ( Pixel 3 ) Installed . All this features will works with GCam And others features will work too.
Note: If Topshot dont work with this ,then uninstall the stock Photos app and install Google Photos Daydream Version from Apkmirror , it will work.

It is Fully tested on my Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 and everything will work fine but CallScreen seems broken as the voice of assistant cannot be hear by the caller [B/]

Bro , go to settings of phones and you will find the call screen there.

I think you are using Oreo ROM , try with pie ROM and must flash daydream enabler zip before doing this , compatibility issues.

Thanks I found it actually that Time " phone " is not my system app so thats why it didn't show up ...

What camera App are you using can you provide link?

I am using Liquid Remix Rom. Latest version of google phone app downloaded from playstore. I have also converted the app to system app... Still the screencall feature doesn't work. Doesn't show in the settings. What am I doing wrong?

Bro ! Currently I am using havoc Os , and for Topshot go to photos app and swipe up or go to about/info of any photo and Topshot only works with Motion Photos.
