Help stuck on bootload screen - OnePlus 3T Questions & Answers

I just received my op3t and turn it on and then it said to update to latest firmware. Which I did. I updated it then it said failed. The device restarted and it is now stuck in bootload page. Anyone know a fix?
Also I cannot get into recovery mode. I can only get into fastboot mode. Not sure why it won't go into recovery.
Thanks!

Download full ROM of Oxygen OS here.
Download the stock Oxygen OS recovery image file from the same page (bottom of page under red "download" button).
Make sure your computer has fastboot installed, if not use something like minimal adb and fastboot.
Make sure your PC has the proper drivers installed for the OP3T.
Rename the stock recovery image file into something like stockrecovery.img
Boot phone into fastboot mode, connect to the PC and make sure the PC can detect the phone by inputting:
fastboot devices
If a serial number shows up, then enter the following two lines:
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot flash recovery stockrecovery.img
Reboot into recovery and use it to flash the full OOS 4.0.3 zip from a USB flash drive.
If the above doesn't work, the failed update may have damaged the firmware, in which case you will have to use the unbrick guide.

Nexus One recovery won't start, stuck on bootloader

Hello,
ok so the problem is I tired to update to Jelly beam, i read about it here and i follow the steps. I make it to recovery and when i wanted to install files from zip it gave me error - Installation Aborted. I read somewhere that i have to update my Clockwork recovery so i tried and since then i can't do anything. When i press the power button i go to bootloader, from there if i chose Recovery the phone reboots and stucks on the colored X. When i type "adb devices" in cmd so i can try to apply some method list of devices is empty. I think it can be fixed if i make it to recovery but i can't. I looked a lot and maybe its because im mad or something but i can't find a solution, so if anyone can help me i will be very happy. I don't bother if im back to stock.

Recovery doesn't work

Hi, this is my first post on this forum.
At the beginning I'm sorry for bad English, I am using the translator.
I have a lenovo k3 note and everything worked as it should have, until it returned from China (I sent it there, then I received a reply that the screen is damaged, do I decided to fix it here, in Poland).
Currently, I cannot install CWM or TWRP. I tried to do it in many different ways. When the phone turned off, I hold volume buttons and power, but then it showed me a message at the bottom of the screen: fastboot mode.
I tried to install twrp or CWM using adb commands. I was just trying to run recovery using commands. I also tried different versions of recovery using flashtool and the result was the same. Three buttons and a message about fastboot mode.
I can install new rom using only flashtoola and I did it. I currently have K50a40_S427_160518_ROW, android 6.0.
I read somewhere that I can have a locked bootloader. I tried the command fastboot oem unlock by adb but it did not work.
Please give me a hint or tell me what to do step by step, and I will still try to properly install twrp.
Thank you in advance.
Flashing recovery
You Can flash Recovery using SP flash tool if you have MT6752(check in device information) using this method or (if You Have other model please update the scatter file and recovery with yours)
Install all the drivers.
[*]Enable USB debugging and ALLOW OEM UNLOCK in settings.
Now download & extract SP flash tool from here
Now Download and extract TWRP recovery from here
Now, Go to Options>Download and check the two checkboxes
(Make sure Download only is selected)Load the Scatter file and click download button.
Connect your device Powered OFF
Check if recovery is Installed (if you Have Problems Rooting follow this Guide)
Ok, I get down to work. What is the decryption key to mega.nz to the link you provided?

176C Stuck on UEFI, Need some help

Hello everyone,
So, one day my tablet decided to get stuck on Fastboot 123 etc.
I followed a method that used the fastboot flash osloader efilinux.efi and fastboot boot droidboot.img and then sideloading the official firmware, that fixed it. Worked fine for awhile.
Now, I haven't been using the tablet much, so after like a month I try and see if it still works, turn it on, and it boots straight into UEFI where I can't do anything.
So, I went into DNX mode by holding down all the buttons, do the commands above again, and it boots into droidboot where I can select recovery, the problem is after I hit "OK" on recovery, when the device reboots it goes straight back into UEFI mode.
I've been reading for hours now and some people fixed it doing the above, but they can actually reach recovery, I can't.
Where do I go from here? What can I try?
Everything is stock btw, never rooted or unlocked bootloader.
Thanks
What exactly is "UEFI mode"? Do you mean the UEFI setup page? If you can get into Fastboot/Droidboot I'd suggest that you load a temporary TWRP recovery session using https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/intel-android-devices-root-temp-cwm-t2975096 and then install the full system backup from http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/EeePAD/ME176C/UL-K013-WW-12.10.1.36-user.zip

Yes, the UEFI setup page where you can't do anything, looks like a windows bios.
Will try that, thank you.

It won't help much in this case, but FYI it is possible to navigate in the UEFI setup page but only if you have a powered USB OTG hub and attach an USB keyboard. You just can't navigate using touch controls.
no need for otg, its unnecessary.
Turn off the tablet, then press all the buttons at same time, it should boot to DnX mode.
Do fastboot flash osloader efilinux.efi (the .efi file should be inside the esp.zip that is present in .36 update
then do fastboot boot droidboot.img (found in .36 update)
then simply load temporary recovery session and flash stock rom.

Question Phone stuck in boot loop, unable to get to FastBoot

Hi,
Sequence of steps:
1. Extracted the boot.img from payload.bin and flashed it to the phone. At this point I was able to get into Fastboot
2. While in Fastboot I went into advanced and wiped the "System Settings", and that's when the trouble started - now the phone is stuck into a boot loop forever, I do however get the options to "Power Off" and "Restart"
3. But none of the options above in Step 2 is able to bring me back to Fastboot (and hence into fastbootd either)
Question: How can I get the phone into Fastboot Mode - have tried MSM Tool v4 as well, but that doesn't even recognize the phone
Edit - This seems to have been resolved now, think I had to press Vol Down + Power instead of Vol Up + Power
Was able to enter into Fastbootd as well, will try to proceed with unbricking the phone with a fresh mind tomorrow
FYI for others reading I was able to install magisk by booting the patched file (dump the payload using the python script mentioned above). Running the command Fastboot boot filename boots into the operating system and then magisk can be installed using the direct method.
I assume running this command the phone doesn't actually flash the boot image but could be wrong

Thats right, "fastboot boot <file_name>" loads temporarily your custom recovery of choice. After rebooting your phone, the custome recovery is gone.
Otherwise, the command "fastboot flash <file_name> recovery" flashs permamently your custom recovery of choice to your device.
Hi I have a oneplus 8t and I tried flashing a payload.bin file using fastboot enhanced. after the operation completed I tried to reboot but the phone only shows the logo and then the bootloader unlocked warning message and then turns off briefly, then it does it again and the screen goes black. When connected to the PC, the PC recognizes the devices as android adb recovery devices but i can't do anything from there. Tried the volume up+power combo and it just does the same thing. tried the volume down+power combo and absolutely nothing happens. If i could at least get to the bootloader I could unbrick it but I just can't get there. Any advice

I have exactly the same issue, on a nord 2
How about vol+/vol-&power all together? When stuck that gives me some screen that allows start, recovery (the one where you can enter advanced settings I expect from your description) and bootloader booting.

How to solve custom recovery not installed after flash on all smartphones[Tutorial]

Hello . A few minutes ago, I had a problem with the TWRP flashing on my huawei p8 gra-ul00 phone .the adb has command's the twrp is complety flashed on my phone , but it did not come up on my phone(after pressing vol+ and power button's the phone will automatiocally go to huawei erecovery). But I took a little initiative and came up with a solution to this problem. I'm share this.
NOTICE : IF YOU HAVEN'T A USB DATA CABLE , PLEASE BUY IT , OTHERWISE CONTINUING THE STEPS WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM .
Before completing all the steps, connect the phone to the computer using data usb cable, then try to enter the recovery mode (for Huawei phones, hold the power button simultaneously with the volume down button for at least one minute.) If the phone Entered custom recovery, no need to do other steps.
1_First Of All , Unlock the bootloader , then reboot the phone
2_Download the custom recovery . IF YOU HAVE ISN'T A CUSTOM RECOVERY FOR YOUR PHONE , PLEASE SEND A COMMENT AND ENTER YOU PHONE MODEL AND A NAME OF THE CUSTOM RECOVERY YOU WANT TO USE TO IT. IM WILL SEND A REGUESTED CUSTOM RECOVERY FOR YOU IN LESS THAN A HOUR .
3_connect the phone to computer and Enable USB Debugging from Developer Options(go to settings>about phone , then 7 times tap on build number , then go back to settings and select developer options , search for "USB Debugging" Option and enable it.)
4_, install the adb and fastboot drivers(such as minimal adb and fastboot) then install the phone drivers . after installing drivers , reboot the computer , then open cmd and enter the command : adb reboot recovery
5_if a window showed on phone(such as allow usb debugging) , click on yes and retry the level 4 again
If you have any questions or problems , commend here.
Hy Bysoft!
I'm new in XDA but i alredy flash some devices with TWRP, it seems that something went wrong with the installation of twrp. Did you try to boot into bootloader (adb reboot bootloader) and then flash the TWRP image with fastboot (fastboot flash recovery twrp.img) and then type fastboot reboot?
I find that list of command: adb reboot etc.. in your device page of TWRP (https://twrp.me/huawei/huaweip8.html). In this site you find the TWRP image for your device, you have to use this image when you flash with fastboot (fastboot flash recovery twrp.img where twrp.img is the image that you downloaded in TWRP site).
