[Q] Sound over MHL

Hello,
I have found an MHL to HDMI adapter and I was able to connect the Xperia T to my TV (Strange enough my Bravia TV from 2009 does not support HDCP so I connected to an old LG with 720p - Why this connection needs HDCP? Only Sony knows). The issue that I have with this LG TV is that sound is still played by the phone speaker. Can I set the sound to go via HDMI in the TV?

Sound over HDMI works for me. I have the official Sony TV dock.

[Q] MHL and screen mirroring

Hi, We all know that Xperia SP has screen mirroring feature and we can connect using MHL. It works fine on SONY Bravia TVs. My home has a full HD ONIDA LCD TV. It has 2 HDMI ports. If I connect, my phone to this TV using MHL to HDMI adapter, can I see phone screen on the TV? Give some more points about screen mirroring and MHL features of SONY phones with TVs other than SONY.

I have used MHL "TV Out" with MHL to HDMI adapter with Sharp and Samsung TV.
MHL it's not Screen Mirroring. Its two others features. First use MHL Adapter to send signal to TV. Second one. Use NO CABLE (wifi?) connection to display screen on other SONY devices (which support it).
No progblem with MHL at all, but....
First - My MHL adapter needs a little more power than standard SPs charger. With standard charger from SP my phone disconnects sometimes. Recconections after about 10 sec. With another charger (1A/5,1V) works perfect. Airplane mode on and I can play GTA:SA for hours
Second - phone charge veeeeery slow when connected to TV. About 5%/h :S

[Q] MHL not working?

Hi guys. I bought a MHL adapter to connect the phone to my TV but doesn't work. When I connect the cable to phone and TV it changes to landscape mode and a MHL icon appears on a notification, also TV mode start automatically. The problem is that there is no image on my TV(tested on all 6 tv's on my house).
Rooted, Locked Bootloader, JB Nut .136 Rom
All help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
I'd like to use an USB adapter to connect my Xperia V to my LAN. I've already bought an adapter with AX88178 chipset which works perfectly in combination with a Xperia Z1 Compact and a Nexus 10 tablet, but when I connect it to the XV, the LED of the adapter flashes for the fraction of a second and then it turns off completely. The phone shows no reaction.
Firmwares I have tried: Stock 9.2.A.1.210 (4.3) and 9.1.A.1.141 (4.1), CM 10.2 and CM 11.
Has anyone successfully connected an Ethernet adapter to his phone? I could return my adapter and buy another one if any other would work.

Does the usb ethernet adapeter work on stock rom without rootin on xperia z1 compact ?

Yes, the adapter works out of the box without rooting the device.

Xperia Z1 - Samsung Smart TV won't connect

Hi people, i tried to connect xperia z1 to samsung TV via USB cable that i got with phone, but TV does not recognize the phone. On my phone it says that phone is connected but nothing happens on TV.

any help?

Use compatible MHL cable which connect your phone micro usb to your tv:s hdmi.
