Hi,
Is there any list of must have apps or which apps should I install before anything?
Thanks.

Nope. The phone works fine out of the box.
SysApp Pusher is recommended app to update or install missing OEM system apps
File hub is one of the most recommended app to manage all file extension in wp8
It just show "computing" after I open it.
I have installed it into /system.

Why in the world would you do that. It is not made to be a system app. And with the new security settings you cant just drop an app in system.
I added WhatsApp inside the Secure Folder but I can't seem to set any permissions for it.
When I try to change it, it says Unable To Perform Action - you do not have permission to perform this action. Please contact your organizations IT admin.

When I goto App Info, the permissions are disabled and the text says Disabled By Admin
Not sure if I am using it in guest mode. How to check it?
Hi this exact same thing happened to me with the WhatsApp in my Samsung S9+ secure folder. I couldn't even change my profile picture because of its disabled by admin. After trying everything this was my last and only option.
You will have to delete the 'profile' it is set to which means all your gallery, files, everything saved in your secure folder will be deleted. Mine was set to Work profile. Make sure to save your important files to a memory card and remove the memory card before proceeding.
Login in to secure folder > pressed down and go to app info > permissions > next to the 'disabled by admin' is the little icon that looks like 'i' > it'll tell you what profile it is set to > click learn more > and itll ask you if you want to cancel or delete profile > select' delete profile ( this will now delete the profile your secure folder is working from which means everything saved in this folder is wiped out).
You can start up the Secure folder afresh through your phone settings - Security - Secure folder - it'll take you through the signing up process and you've got to re-add all your apps again and now your permissions should be available to set.
I also have this problem. Is there any way to fix this other than deleting the work profile, which I've read will cause all kinds of issues and only be fixable by a rectory reset?

It's not working.
Could you please tell me in which directory of System this apk is stored?
I'll manually put the apk there and edit it’s permission to 0644.
You can check it by an App called App Inspector (Available at Play Store)

I know very well for ApkInspector - screenshot attached.
This is system app, still not sure would it work.
But guys, if you think you don't like a particular 'bloatware' app, just disable by ADB. What's the point of deleting 3 MB from Internal memory and later having such troubles
Suggesting to flash stock Ramdisk and Recovery and to take Install latest by eRecovery. You will not loose Network patch

I have just uninstalled the App, not deleted from System. It seems the app is still in it’s own directory. I have tried to install it by tapping install. But its not installed.
Is there any adb command to re-install an uninstalled APK?
Does flashing stock ramdisk and Recovery trigger a Factory reset?
My ramdisk modified by magisk and have stock recovery installed.

Ok, then you needed to say in the first place what did you really do. If you uninstalled (for default user) by ADB, then the application remains on the system (for users 'other' than default) and can be reinstalled by ADB again (although not possible on old ADB servers like in EMUI 4). For the commands see (check examples by the end of the script there)
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=80526831&postcount=3
You can't click on the apk uninstalled by ADB to 'install' back.
For that reason disabling by ADB is more practical, app can ba re-enabled without ADB, simply through Settings, Apps
PS: eRecovery Install latest does not trigger Factory reset, unless you don't take Factory reset option by mistake from eRecovery
Flashing stock Recovery or Ramdisk does not trigger Factory reset (if correct file is flashed to the correct partition)

Why do you try to install good lock app directly (manually via file explorer)?
Try to install it via Galaxy store.
And if it does not work, check in settings - biometric data and security - install unknown apps, that your files explorer is listed there to be allowed to install apk files directly.
