Espresso | Nexus | SuperD 1.10.3 Theme.
Hello everyone. I am a graphic artist (of sorts) and I thought it may be time to through my hat into the ring. I am consistently blown away by the work here, but I am always missing something...
This is work based upon others work! At its core is Community Espresso, Enoch, and my own personal stuff mixed in. I have done little things for years now and a friend suggested I start posting them for others to use.
First, install SuperD 1.10.3 (awesome music widget!)-I suggest Black Nexus
Boot and let ROM settle for 5 minutes
Install My update file
Enjoy
This will allow you to keep your Nexus launcher and give you the dark interface of the espresso themes. Also includes custom boot image. i am thinking of making some more... YOU WILL LOVE THIS THEME!!!
If you like it let me know...
If you have requests, post them...
If you have ideas put them here...
I will keep this updated if there is a response to do more.
I am reworking to fix and will re-posting.

You've posted a theme without screenshots? Even if it has similarities to another theme...you still need screen shots.......

Looks nice! Wish it would come as a metamorph though, as I really like some parts but some minor details I'm not fond of (grey provider name for example, unreadable).

That's what I expected as well But it turned out like this...
Resorted to a Nandroid as also a lot of framework was overwritten that I really liked. Which was a shame, as I really dig your powercontrol widget!

I really like the theme. Everything shows up great. Only thing is that a CUBE app showed up and keeps force closing. Is this something your theme added?

THe cube that was added was for the gesture search by google. I will remove it if it is causing issues for everyone. As for Eris Users, I will see what I can do. I would tend to think that it will work with you as well.

Hi, I had made this bootanimation and wanted to share it here. Its the classic android bootanimation revamped.
Rename to bootanimation.zip and push/copy to /data/local or /system/media

Looks pretty good. I just think the light effect could be a little more wide, it's kinda hard to see the Android text. But the effect is pretty good

but yes, it is a brilliant idea. looks very good too. im very sure as soon as the animation is fixed it would be a sure hit.
also it would be nice if the 'android' words could remain lit for the slightest of durations. otherwise its fantastic

Yes please!!!! A green version would be prefect. Something to go with my Android green setup:

This doesn't seem to work on the Atrix (qHD screen). I have gone through several different boot animations, so I know how to do it and I have double checked the permissions.
Edit: At 15 FPS and having the first "visual" be at about frame 60, it is possible that the phone is finishing booting before I can actually make out that there was anything there.

BTW HVGA Users test the attached version, i will add it to OP if this works.
Also Green version later.

Thanks for the quick reply. I might be mistaken here, but even though the resolution of what you have linked here isn't qHD, shouldn't it still work on a qHD display? The Boot Animations I've used in the past have never been qHD resolution, but have always worked - they just didn't take up the whole screen.

[Request] 'Pure' Nexus Wallpaper

Hi, I know there are many people out there good with graphics and photoshop, so I'd just like to throw this simple-to-make wallpaper request.
Through all my searches around the web,I've never found a 'nexus' wallpaper. Meaning a wallpaper that only features the 'Nexus' logo/symbol. What I am referring to is this:

logo. I've found a few modified ones (eg 'nexus or against us', one with a blue version of 'nexus') but no pure, unadultered nexus logo. And I think this is a very beautiful logo on its own. I hope someone can help to make a pure white as well as a pure black wallpaper featuring this Nexus logo, with minimal other adjustments/additions.
I'm so proud of this phone, just want to be able to strut the stuff on my wallpaper, ya know? Hope someone takes up the challenge

Here is how it looks on the phone...

These are HD 3840x3200. So they look incredible on the screen. The 2 bottom glows are exaggerated because I had to reduce the image so I didn't blow up the thread. They look much cleaner when downloaded.

I made them myself. I love me some photoshop. And I love tweaking to my liking.
This is my screen with my custom stock launcher. Someone in the themes and apps forum made the message app on the dock and I just made the color on the icons.
Here is a video I made back in the day with ADW EX. It was cool but a lot of work to change the wallpaper.

I didn't zoom in, but I just set it as the wallpaper and didn't zoom at all... does that make sense? If I scale the box as big as it will go, the Nexus S is smaller.

I lived in Lee's Summit for about 6 years...small world

Alright, I vectorized the Nexus logo and upscaled it massively. These should not pixelate at all

Boot Animation Request

Hi, I need someone with the skills who could help me with my boot animation request for my GT- P5110. I've searched for three whole days from apps and the web for various boot animations, and only a very few suited my taste but later regretted them either because of low quality or small resolution size. So I'm left with my last resort, to ask you, respectable people from xda, for help. I have no computer nor the tools to make a boot animation, nor do I have enough skills and knowledge in animating or editing pictures. I will post images/gif below as a referrence to what I'm looking for.
I would want to have a customized boot animation of the Cyanogenmod 10, the one with a circle and has a blue pattern with lines, swirling counter clockwise inside it. I would love to have that bootanimation in color "red" or "crimson" or the "coolest red color" as its default color, but without the Cyanogenmod logo and that logo should be replaced with a Saber Toothed Tiger design inside the circle that is facing at the left screen of my tablet. If you could also replace the swirling blue pattern inside the circle, with a red plasma swirling counter clockwise inside, that would really be AWESOME. The color of the Saber Toothed Tiger should also be in "black and red", or black and blue, or maybe in black and white, but I would prefer to have the "black and red" as the color for the Saber Toothed Tiger. The Saber Toothed Tiger should also not cover some parts of the customized Cyanogenmod 10 boot animation and its eyes should glow bright red then back to a dim red and back to glowing red and so for, just like the unicorn in the gif I posted below.

The Saber Toothed Tiger I searched through Google Image that I would want in the boot animation. The eye to be used in glowing red and dim red should be the eye that is large like the one in the unicorn.
And an example of a red color of a Cyanogenmod 10 boot animation in the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1858517 provided by Jleeblanch for Motorola Photon 4G (it can be downloaded on an Attached File below his post, the link below the example image of red Cyanogenmod 10 doesn't work)
I hope it could be in High Quality too and compatible to Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (P5110) screen.
Resolution of my tablet is 1280x800
It should loop the same with the normal Cyanogenmod 10 boot animation and its FPS is the same or like the one in the unicorn gif.
I would appreciate any kind help to someone who could fulfill my request, it would be an awesome addition to the other boot animations out there as well, and in hope to make our Android Devices look much much more awesome.
