Hi,
If I were to install LK as my bootloader on my lumia 535 and flash a custom rom ie. LineageOS 14.1. What are the possible chances of getting back windows 10 or 8.1??. Or If I accidently bricked my phone What should I do?. I'm trying to port the Android4Lumia project for lumia 535.
Config is based on Motorola Moto E codenamed otus. Any help would be appreciated.

when i tried to upgrade it to windows 10 , the update error 80188306 pop out
i have tried different methods like :
Windows Device Recovery Tool
windows phone image designer
WPinternals
and nothing work
any advice ?

Hi, I just got my new Moto X4, seems great but I got it from my operator in Poland - Play. Latest version of A. on this one is 7.1.1 and Play said that they don't know if and when they update to 8.1 (or even 8.0) My model is XT1900-7. I wanted to try and flash official 8.1 firmware but everywhere I see, there are only for XT 1900-1. I am afraid of bricking my phone as I didn't do any flashing since forever (since HTC Desire actually). Is there any official 8.1 or 8.0 for my phone, and if it is, what's the easiest, most idiot-proof of flashing it? Will the adb sideload do?

I have S10Plus , Snapdragon, Hongkong Variant, and I have unlocked the boot loader. I have 02 Questions :-
01: what tools can i use to pack/unpack the stock ROM in Ubuntu Linux? I used "simg2simg" but when i flashes the edited ROM with 0din, 0din crashes .
01 A) so if someone can suggest any other tool for packing/unpack ? or
01 B) Or if someone can please tell what the steps to flash the ROM in Ubuntu, rather than using 0din in windows.
02: Since I have HongKonk variant, which is unloackable, is there any possibility for TWRP recovery for this device? or any future rooting hope ?

Hello,
In order to unlock the bootloader and install a custom ROM, I need to downgrade from Android 10 beta to Android 9, since the latest beta doesn't work with the official ASUS unlock APK.
Problem is, when I try to flash the Android 9 image, I get the same error whether I try with adb or with the internal tool.
The message I get is 'This package is for "WW_Phone" devices. This is a "" '. Error status is 7.
My phone is neither unlocked nor rooted, so I don't get how it's not recognized.
Any help?

FYI, if you try to downgrade with the android P image found on the asus website, it won't work.
You have to download the image with file name starting with Q_P_UL...

You don't need to unlock the boooader for a simple downgrade. If it's still locked dowoad the image starting with Q_P... then put it in your phone's root folder.

I recently wanted to upgrade my Stock P9 Plus from Android 6.0 EMUI 4.1.1 to at least Android 8. I unlocked the Bootloader with DC-Unlocker, installed TWRP and tried Openkirin. It didn't work and now my Phone doesn't boot because there is no valid OS installed.
Im searching for a stock ROM for my VIE-L09 that returns my phone to the factory version.
I'd also be interested in installing a custom ROM, but i didn't find anything that works.
Please help me.
