Hello, i have one piece OnePlus A3010 which i think is chinese version since letters on box are in chinese...well the phone is stuck on logo and i need to flash it....can anyone share or direct me to flasher and firmware?
Thanks

here you go the link to official website:
http://downloads.oneplus.net/oneplus-3t/oneplus_3t_oxygenos_4.1.3/

Is my model OnePlus 3T? It doesn't say in the box

Model no. For both OnePlus and OnePlus 3t are same so you'll have to check somehow from your box only. Maybe you can if there is anything about front camera, battery or processor mentioned as these are the only differences in 3 and 3t.

In the box it says A3010, is that 3T? I need to be sure before I flash my device since I don't want to brick it.

Yes A3010 is the chinese version of Oneplus 3t

So I can flash with oneplus 3T files? I won't brick the device?

Yes you can flash stable or the open beta. Follow the guidelines as mentioned in the links and it should not brick your device.

Also need to ask you, I read this from the site link u gave me:
If you are not using the original Oxygen Recovery. View instructions for TWRP Recovery to flash OxygenOS Recovery .
Don't understand what this means....?

They basically want you to use their own official recovery and not twrp. If you don't want to root or customise the phone just use the instructions with official recovery. It should be fine.

/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.oneplus.ota/files/.OnePlusOta/
its hidden so make sure to switch on hidden files on your pc.

So the ROM file is already in the phone? All I need to do is flash it via Stock Recovery? what about the ROM I downloaded?
Also, check out this link, this is the procedure I will execute:

The ROM won't be there already. When you download an update it is stored in the directory and is removed upon successful installation. If you're stock I'd recommend using the official method. Just reset the phone once you install the ROM as you'll be switching from Chinese ROM to oxygen os.

I will use the official method, when I execute the following command:
For Windows: “adb sideload <filename>”
Where do I store the <file>?

It has to be in the same folder where and files are stored. You can also just drag and drop the file in command prompt.

You'll have to download adb and fastboot in your pc if you want to use the sideload method. If you're not aware of it several tutorials are available on XDA.

Install any OTA (incl *4.2.2*) with stock recovery - don't wait for Google!

Quick instructions if you are stock, unrooted without CWM. You MUST have unlocked your bootloader and have ADB (Android SDK installed) already for this to work.
You must be on 4.2.1 (JOP40D) to upgrade to 4.2.2 (JDQ39) using this method.
1. Download this to your computer -> http://android.clients.google.com/p...4.signed-occam-JDQ39-from-JOP40D.de8b8d10.zip
2. Turn off your phone
3. Hold down Volume - and Power to get into Fastboot
4. Scroll down to Recovery and enter.
5. On the No Command Android screen hold Power and Volume + to get to menu. Might take a few attempts to get timing right
6. On the menu select Update from ADB
7. Connect your phone to computer with USB
8. On computer type "adb sideload de8b8d101614.signed-occam-JDQ39-from-JOP40D.de8b8d10.zip"
9. You should then see this output: "sending: 'sideload' 100%"
10. Your phone screen will say System Update or something and it will install the OTA.
Once done just select reboot in recovery and you're done. You can use this method for ALL future OTAs - all you need is the update zip. This works on all Nexus including Nexus 7, assuming Nexus 10 and GNexus.
No longer need to wait for OTAs. Enjoy!
UPDATED FOR 4.2.2

Doubt it but you're welcome to try. All this does is flash the update.zip using stock recovery. I'm assuming if the zip you flash wipes system and installs an older version it might work but you couldn't just flash an OTA for an old version, that wouldn't work. If you're downgrading, best to flash CWM recovery and use that.
good .yes buhuishuo .ok
What folder does the update need to be in for the sideload to work.

Give it a go with locked one. It might not take adb cmds when locked, but if it does, then I don't see a problem since it's a signed ota. It's the question wherever "sideload" is accepted with locked bootloader. I'll give it a try now.

I'm at work without ADB so I would have to do it when I got home.
You wont need an unlocked bootloader and you wont be able to downgrade.
OTA updates are very specific, check the file name of this one, it's JOP40C > JOP40D
Worked fine for me without unlocking my bootloader.
Hmmm, every time i get to power and +vol i end up with battery icon.
btw, savo yourself hassle. enable usb debugging and type
Code:
adb reboot recovery
I can't get into menu..
Done.
I think step 5 can be more clearly worded like this:
5. When you see a red triangle on the android robot, press and hold power button AND quickly press Volume+.
damn. I can't get it to work. After entering cmd it just throws all the adb cmd's up.

Thanks for that idea. No, i haven't updated it ever. I never thought of it either. I'm omw to work, so I'll try that later. I see others in the USA posting they received ota already. Im wondering if its not available to me yet because i bought mine through Tmobile? Would this cause a small delay, do u think?

Edit. Yup, out of date adb was at fault. Worked

KTU84P (4.4.4) Updater

Your bootloader must be unlocked to use this. If your bootloader is not already unlocked, unlocking it will wipe your data and this method is not recommended.
This is a modified factory image that will not erase your user data or custom recovery. This can be used even if you’re rooted and with modified system files, xposed framework, or custom recovery. Once installed you will lose root, just flash supersu in your custom recovery. Xposed should still be on your device so just go into the app and re-install it. For any modified system files, you will have to re-modify those.
This is intended for those on the stock rom, rooted, and with a custom recovery. It’ll work if you have a custom rom but will put the stock system on.
I am not responsible for anything you do to your device so flash at your own risk. Always backup before doing any significant changes to your device. I would recommend off your device in case something happens
.
To use, download the modified factory image here http://d-h.st/mYI Use 7-zip or winrar to extract the files.
Supersu by chainfire can be found here, CWM / TWRP / MobileODIN installable ZIP: http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu
Boot into the bootloader. From a cmd window opened where the flash-all file is just type flash-all. You can use shift, right click on the occam-ktu85l-Modified folder to open a command window in the correct folder. ADB/FASTBOOT must be intalled on your PC.
You can also just double click on the flash-all.bat
This is tested on a windows machine; however it should work on a Mac too, flash the flash-all.sh.
work like a charm on Mac
Man, you guys are fast! :good:
Could someone please tell me if this can be flashed through Wug toolkit?

Awesome! Will try now and report back ( on 4.4.3, xposed, cwm, root)
EDIT
working flawlesly. also no problems with hellscore karnel
ty alot for this OP

I have Custom Rom (Slimkat 4.4.3) with root and twrp. Can I flash this file? Do I lost my datas (download, photos, etc) ?
¿Do I have to put the 4.4.4 baseband ?.
Thank you very much and sorry by my poor english.
You have to wait for slimkat, this is the stock image
Worked perfectly on a rooted Nexus 4 with 4.4.2. All data was kept

Thanks, that was one suggestion I've found. Unfortunately nothing has worked for me. It apparently is a bigger issue than I knew. There's already a ticket for it here: https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=62516 Hopefully they fix it soon, because with 4.4 and 4.4.2 I got a lot of random reboots, and with 4.4.3/.4 I can't enable the wifi hotspot.

This flashes all the images contained in the factory image except for userdata and recovery. It's just the factory image with some modifications made to it. You could flash all those same images in fastboot if you wanted to

In that case, the proper reply to my question is : "I don't know".
Anyway, I will try with Wug and report later with results.

So, after trying myself with Wug toolkit, I can confirm that after a few clicks at my pc and flashing only boot, bootloader and system img files, I managed to upgrade from 4.4.3 to 4.4.4 with no problems.

Worked flawlessly. Of course you can manually fastboot flash system, boot, and radio and not the data from the occam zip package so as not to lose your data

Nothing you can do without a pc.
Hopefully you'll be able to use adb when you can connect, then you could add a launcher back on.
If not you'll have to restore the whole fireos 5.1.1 ROM

OnePlus 3T dead.

Had my OnePlus 3T working fine with Stock ROM, wanted to try Nougat on OP3T. Adb Sideloaded the file "OnePlus3Oxygen_16_OTA_018_all_1612281257_d8107904d7734248.zip" (Open Beta 10 for OnePlus 3) on to my OnePlus 3T via OnePlus Recovery. The installation completed successfully via Stock Recovery, but on selecting reboot, the phone is completely dead. No response to power cycle or even dash charging.
Is it a hard brick, and is there any way to come out of this?

Heya, I've ran into the same issue. Any idea how you flashed the OP3T firmware without getting the CheckHwId failed error?

h811 bricked..

I was trying to reinstall the firmware and the phone told me it was completed then i proceeded to reboot to system and then i was greeted with a black screen and now the device will not charge, power on, go to recovery, nothing... windows detects it as Qualcomm hs-usb Qdloader 9008.... Help please..
(Device completely died now, didn't get much help which lead to the board dying or something.. windows won't detect it at all now and its like a fish out of water basically.)

This is so unbelievable useless post.
Did you flashed the SAME firmware on the sdcard? The ARB MUST be the same! It will not work otherwise.
Do you used a 32gb or bigger card? Smaller ones will NOT work.
What did you flashed and how? Any issues on flashing?
What didn't work? The flashing of the gpt goes fine? Have reconnecting the sdcard and had the disk labels? Issues after that?
Give more information on what you have done and you have to try to boot into download mode

Yes qfil but you have to use good qfil files. There are some out there which CONVERTING your device into a ls991 and they are named h811,h815 so you can't see if those converting or not.
Then you can also use a box or find someone who has one.

one question : how do you have extracted? With salt or with another tool? If you have NOT used salt this is very likely your issue because the windows tool out there is bull**** and will not work for this .
