Use the method here... https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108
Originally written for the mate 9, it's been updated for the p10.
It will debrand if you're not already on C432, and/or update to any C432 rom (I believe the latest is B133 which I'm on)
It will wipe your phone though, so backup anything you need to your external sd card.
I had tried this method but not working for me on W10 strange

Those are my phone details, can I partition my sd card and extend that partition to my phone memory? If yes, how do I do it on my stock rom, android version 2.3.6 ? Clockworkmod is good for my version of androit? If yes, What version of Clockworkmod is good for me?
flash clockworkmod 5 (search xda or google)
partition your sd card using clockworkmod or minitool partition
download link2sd or s2e (search xda for guide)
I managed to bootloop my phone after clockworkmod5 instalation, here are more details: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39595001#post39595001 , what should I do? Please help me.
EDITED:
I managed to fix the bootloop by installing stock recovery, now I will try again with the cwm5 and backup too

As you can see instead of the correct model number it shows the processor's number, the android and miui versions are not correct and many other thing...
The phone itself has android 7.0 and 4gb RAM with 64GB internal storage only the informations are not correct. As i said i flashed the firmware multiple times and it did not work. Can you provide please some useful solution for me? Thank you in advance
You need to reflash the firmware by yourself as i did, i had the same problem now its updated to oreo and showin the correct informations.
Check out the rebranding guide thread here in xda.
Hello guys,
After a flash, I chose to keep the data. But then there was this storage problem:

}
Do you know why this happened?
Every time I'm going to do something like this, will it happen?
I followed the procedure correctly through fastboot.
Thank you!
I had this when I was bootlooping. It has something to do with Android pie and how everything is encrypted.
That's why it's recommended to do clean flash.. Clear all data
I have the same issue after clean flash and after fastboot flash. I'm not able to download anything and PC (windows) can see storage but nothing happens when I try to transfer files from PC to phone

Same problem here.
Tried to update to Oreo using HuRUpdater on my PRA-LX1 because Huawei still haven't pushed out the update, but something went wrong and I can only boot to eRecovery or TWRP. The firmware I tried to install was PRA-LX1C432B369, which firmware finder said was ok to install. After the failed update, I tried to restore a TWRP backup of Nougat but I got an error that the boot partition couldn't be found. Looking at the Mount section in TWRP, the boot partition doesn't exist so I can't flash boot.img. Bootloader and FRP are unlocked so that's not an issue.
Is there any way I can restore from a backup of android 7 when the phone has the android 8 partition table? Or should I try to downgrade to the original PRA-LX1C432B191 firmware I was originally on?

Hi First of all I want to apologize for my english.
I have a problem installing official TWRP on Mi A2. I explane: I installed TWRP in the inactive slot, and it starts correctly, but after that it doesn't recognize internal storage very well. I see only "strange" names instead of the internal storage content, as you can see in the attached pic

I would like to point out that I'm not new to the world of modding: I have modded a lot with Nexus 5, N5x, Honor 9 ... But I'm losing myself with this Mi A2! I need the TWRP to flash custom roms. Please help me! :crying:
