The two drives show up in My Computer but when I click both it tells me to insert a disk into the drive. I've tried turning usb debugging on and off and the phone is set to mass storage so I'm not sure where to go from here.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm running windows vista 32 bit and 99% sure I have the drivers installed but I will reinstall once more to make sure.
After you connect to your computer as mass storage do you then click to connect USB on your phone?

Hi,
I've got my Xperia T, set to mass storage mode and also have PC Companion installed, Can't seem to figure out how to access the internal storage.
Any Ideas?
Cheers
We need MTP driver for this phone, yesterday i searching over the web but i can't find
I've managed to fix this, I had the phone set to MSC mode. I changed it to MTP and now all is working.
I initially had MTP driver problems as above, but installing PC Companion resolved this.
Is there any way to access SD Card from PC to copy files over not by using HTC Sync and similar software.
I just want to access to SD Card like to flash drive by connecting to PC via USB cable
Is it possible?
When I connect htc i can see only some kind of 16mb drive called HTC SYNC MANAGER with drivers on it (see attached image)
The device connected as MTP device but not like Mass Storage.
Fix
I went to Windows Explorer and find out that SD card is available from there(see attached image)
Until then I was using Total Commander but it is not supported MTP devices by default.
In order to fix that I downloaded MTP plugin from here http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=267753
Hope it will help for there who experienced same problem
Hi.
I installed in my tablet SAmsung Tab S2 t-815 the recovery TWRP and I have done ROOT. I have also backed up my original ROM and the entire system inside the internal memory by not having SD card.
The issue is that now since I installed the recovery when I connect the tablet to Windows 7 I do not recognize the mass storage or internal memory. What I can do? Is there any way for windows to still recognize usb mass storage after having the TWRP? For me it is very important to exchange files between the tablet and windows almost daily and now I can not.
Thank you very much!!!!!!!

Not TWRP related. Your issue is likely drivers. Check you have the Samsung USB drivers installed and MTP enabled on your device. Also check the driver the driver being used in Device manager when the device is connected. It should be MTP not ADB.
Hi.
I have a problem with enabling mass storage in my HTC One mini 2
I Used UMS Enabler but it didn't work at all.
Is there anyway to Enable it??
I believe you are talking about enabling mass storage for PC to transfer between devices, correct me if wrong.
Once the HTC drivers are installed, and phone connected to PC it should automatically enable mass storage.
