U can grab the rollback package from my signature, there is pdf file with instructions on how to use it. inside the zip file.
You have to use the same method for the mm firmware you like to rollback to.

I guess it is an incremental update - everything that is in B609 should also be in B615, so if you ask me, it's totally safe. In any case, if something goes wrong, you can still use a full update rom in dload and the three button flash method. (OR you can force downgrade to B609 AND flash this one.)

I've tried with above folder, with dload, uncompressed and zip inside. No luck with local update. Failes each time. Any suggestions how it should be installed?
You have to put the update.zip in "dload" folder at external SD; not in HwOUC folder!

To update to B805, do what the OP said. To downgrade to B609, use the dload folder method with the full B609 ROM (the official one, not the CWM flashable).
Has anyone tried it yet? Screenshots please.
I get the update too have someone try it??
Its good update thank you
Million dollar question: how do i downgrade from B615 to B609?
@Araca Any Screenshots would be appreciated ?? Currently Downloading Lollipop Update .....
I am getting these also OTA.
With the HwOUC folder
For me it was the original update process

And also, any ideas of, in case something goes wrong, how to downgrade from beta emui3.1 to 3.0?

Flashable L09C432B378

Does anyone know how to flash untouched stock L09C432B378 with TWRP ?
You do need to have an unlocked bootloader, then you can enter fastboot mode and flash TWRP.
You can flash the full OTA again in case something goes wrong and this does also restore the bootloader lock.
Or do you mean to flash the firmware in TWRP?

Here you can find any firmware for the EVA-L09 to download. You need to extract the content to a "dload"-folder on your sdcard and start the install by booting with Vol+ & Vol- pressed.

No this should work in any state your device is in regarding what's installed/flashed except when your battery is low.
But consider that it will also restore recovery/boot partitions and the bootloader in general.

Are you sure you have extracted the contents of the zip to a folder called dload on the root of your sdcard and your battery is not low? You can also check the guides to this method in this forum.
It also depends on what firmware you are using now but if you already are on b378 it should definitely work fine.

Since my phone is unlocked and has TWRP, maybe that the problem.
So I flash oeminfo-huawei-p9-eval09-c432.zip, then the process work but upon reboot a lot of stock app are missing, including camera, folder and backup. And there is no keyboard.
I am not entirely sure but I think these are located on the /vendor partition. But I always thought that they were part of the full OTA. Maybe you can try to find and flash the stock vendor partition?

You'll have to flash update_full_hw_eu.zip as well.
Extract it and put that update.app in the dload folder. Where did you download firmware from?
Seems you must flash hw in twrp. no other way.
EVA-L09C432B378 FullOTA-MF: http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G753/g104/v75049/f1/full/update.zip

I don't think Public is needed, it contains no update.app anyway and would need to be flashed in TWRP.

Do one thing if you wish to risk
1.Make a full Twrp backup of current phone.
2.Wipe all partitions.
3.create a dload folder in sd card root directory.
3a. And copy update.app of your previous working ROM into dload folder
4.switch off your phone
5.reboot it by pressing power, vol+&- buttons simultaneously.
6.update screen will be displayed
7.Most probably you will get working RIL connection.
8.If not however you will have your current TWRP backup so you can restore it.

Currently you have TWRP installed which is not stock recovery so dload method doesnt work.
Inorder to dload method work you need to have stock recovery.
Follow the procedure.
1. Take a nandroid back of the current system, boot, and other partitions, make sure the backup is not corrupt.
2.Now wipe all partitions through TWRP.
3.Now extract stock recovery.img from update.app of the version you like to downgrade using update extractor tool.
4.Now flash the the stock recovery.img using adb.
5.Now place the update.app in root dload folder of SD card and use there buttons to boot the system.
6.Wait the process to complete and you will have downgraded version.
Note the above method will work but proceed with caution.

Option III extracted recovery.img file
I flashed through the adb and then placed the update.app file in the dload folder on the memory card and using the three button method, I did not accidentally happen, and the phone will remain in the logos.
