I did not received it by ota, i install it whit firmware finder, security level is febrary so.....still old
I had B110 out of the box but Firmware Finder says B120 is available since March. It's very mixed up. Just going to stick with B110 and wait for an OTA
In my experience with the 2015 version (I doubt the story is different) I never received updates from the phone. I did them manually. This page has all versions of the official firmware for your device. If you want one, you can get it and install.
I contacted Huawei during the week about an EMUI 5.1 update, however they have no information yet

Then why are we still on B110? I hope we will receive B164 soon then..
They said there is no update in between b110 and b164.
I know the Huawei p8 lite 2017 from Vodafone receive the b140 but apparently the unlock version don't received.

Just got it, i had to insert my local (Croatian) SIM card to get update, as i'm currently in Ireland. I expected EMUI 5.1 with this one but it's still 5.0.
I think this is one is to prepare for 5.1 update as someone said earlier

Thanks for the tip. I also had the b110 version so after your post I tried my another SIM card (which actually doesn't even allow access to network anymore!) and right away I got notification that b164 is ready for me to download and install.

Yes because i bought phone there, just inserted it to get update. For some reason Huawei devices need regional SIM inserted to receive update.

- work on update 5.1.1 is stopped because they have already started preparing update to android 6.0
- Marshmallow for P8lite will be released in this quarter of the year. (my assumption is the end of the march)

Most probably - yes. However you will have to wait few more weeks after no-brand version is released.
That's because brands make their own additions to the roms and after they do so, package with rom has to be certified which also takes some time.
This step depends on your brand only.
I got my P8Lite from polish Orange brand but I see no operator extras so maybe I will get update the same day eu version is released.

I have contacted via facebook Huawei Mobile Sweden and Italy. Both said that the Marshmallow will come to P8 Lite, though they didn't specify any time. I've also read that Huawei Austria replied to someone via twitter confirming the update as well.

B170 Dual SIM Europe update include Vendor package for unbranding. I have updated my T-Mobile branded phone to unbranded.
I just fired off an email to Huawei Australia to see about when the ALE-L02 variant from Telstra could see the update, seeing as Telstra are the worst when it comes to releasing updates on time rather than 6 months later like with their branded Samsung phones. Hopefully it's sooner rather than later

I tried Nougat Beta for L09 on my EVA-AL10 and bricked my phone. I used a factory rom and lost important partitions.
I'd advice against it. Maybe you should wait for them to official launch Nougat for AL10.
But you should just keep a full backup of all the partitions. TWRP backup isn't enough.

yep, I got an update to 198 also when I first checked for an update yesterday. Looks like it was basically a security patch.

Did you check HiCare, as it was mentioned previously? Look at Service Menu / Update.

In open setting there isn't the App twin option.

Guys, I need some help. I need to flash the stock kernel in order to update OTA, but I can't find it anywhere... I tried to flash the one in the b381 update but I had problems unlocking the phone since the code was not recognised, and had to remove it with adb. Could anyone give me a link to the b371 stock boot.img and recovery.img? My internet connection sucks and I can't dowload tho whole firmware to extract the images

All we know, Huawei have number of models which doesn't get OTA Regular due to region or different countries polices.
I tired number of things but don't get proper information
Anyone know how to get proper firmware sequence of Huawei P9 like C185, C432, C363 because they released number of firmware B180/B385/B390 and every people have different firmware number in Same Region
If anyone know please Share detail so people can get latest Update without Visit Service Center
for c432 its b136 then b182 then the nougat update is b383 and one more update which is b386
(this is based on my phone update sequence but im pretty sure its the same for all c432 phones)

No...Because i have C185 and my colleague have also same model but both have different Numbers.
if you got L09 - L19 got same just litle bit later .. Ps. downlod firmware finder , there you can see all versions your phone got! and change different models too!

Plus further OTAs: b391, b393 and b394.
E.g, I've received b394 OTA notification few days ago (finally installed it yesterday)
And the same sequence for L09 c432 was confirmed on this and other (German, Spanish) forums by many users
Also, better omit ancient v136. If you e.g. do Rollback to MM, you can install b182 directly, there is no more use of b136 (unfortunately, old guides list b136 and many people still waste time by installing b136)
Somehow I got C675, update sequence is kinda like this B140 , B150, B301, B160, B310, B320 latest ?
yes...almost all region have same sequence except Middle East (C185) , here same model but different sequences
Official oreo update for pakistan region is available through system update.
No need of FF.
Check for updates and go for it.
Before download and install take a backup. Then download and install.
Once done then factory reset for smooth experience.
Once done restore your backup.

Not at all. my battery time is doubled. Just after updating make a factory reset. All will be ok.

Release is being pushed region wise. I think yesterday Egypt also got release and some other countries as per users reports.

I'm from Europe with the RNE-L21 model and i still didn't get the update...
I'm also from europe and no sing of oreo, just received update b135... according firmware finder it's all ready couple months old update. Just have to be patient and wait, first i thought to update to beta version but because bootloader unlock site is down i'm just going to wait.
