Actually you may have a hard time finding it as most of ddoubt's download links for Serenity seem to have died. I believe there is a link on the last page of the thread, or you can just use this one here: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?14s0f44iqn9d3s8

Just noticed when I downloaded a rom I didn't get the latest one that was mentioned in the post about it. Does one need to make a donation to a developer to be able to download the latest roms?

Not as far as I know, any ROM in particular? Some of them, now ASK you to FOLLOW their thread to get "early access". If it's anything like ARHD 31.0 you're looking for then you might want to check this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=46824752&postcount=56922
The last 100 pages or so in ARHD were just filled with people "where's the link "

No, you just need to follow the thead. There's a "Follow Project" link at the top-right of the thread, click on it to subscribe. Then, you will find the Announcement bar right underneath the "Unfollow Project" bar to download the latest ROM as being advertised. Just click on the small arrow at the end of the announcement to go to the download post.

Thanks for the replies. I did find that just after I posted and I tried to delete my post but didn't get that figured out.
Please can someone with tab pro 8 or 10.1 upload their stock keyboard .apk and libjni_latinime.so here. Really appreciate it if someone can. Thanks in advance.

Man I swear I already click that thank button in your post here and the other thread using my phone 5 times,for some reason they didn't update. Now I use pc to click it again use all my 8 thanks click today just for you mate. Hope thats enough
P.s. I successfully ported the keyboard on my note 2012( just tested on english language for now).Made alot of adjustment in dimensions.So far its working prefectly.

Which one do you need mate? I don't have Tab pro 10.1 keyboard but I have tab pro 8. , TabS and note pro 12.1 keyboards if your interested.

I'm on cyanogenmod and its keyboard is horrendous for tablet (same goes for swiftkey)
Samsung default keyboard is pretty good but can't find it anywhere :/

You have to move the app in priv-app and give all permissions or just 644, than you reboot and you're done.
If this doesn't work then try moving it into app folder instead of priv-app and do all the other steps listed above.

Than you can't do this, this is not odd because i never did this succesfull on CM like you fail now.
Touchwizz system apps can't be installed on AOSP ( from my experience only ).
The methods i offering/suggesting you are just major/general methods that are usually working, go to the XDA search function and look for an universal ported Samsung keyboard.
Anyway the stock keyboard sucks for me, just go for the Xperia Z3 keyboard that's also available for AOSP KK roms like CM, look here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-xperia-z2-keyboard-6-4-0-6-emoji-t2869644
