Huawei Y360 u31 bootloop - Device Repair

Hello! i've got bootloop on my phone i've tried the vol up + power button then clear cache partition, and factory reset this didn't work.
If this didn't work everywhere i've read that i should flash the phone but my pc can't recognize/find the phone so i don't know how to to that either.
Oh if you need any more information just ask and i'll try to provide it ! Thanks

My phone is not staying on I tried the power and volume up , reset, and clear partition cache and nothing works. It's stuck on boot loop. My phone is a Huawei. I can't remember the version of the phone

[Q] DOFT or Semi Bricked phone, Download mode possible.

Hey folks, yesterday i accidentally flashed a theme that didnt go well with my rom and now I am stuck on the bootscreen "Samsung Galaxy S" Logo....
anyways, my laptop recognizes the phone and I can also get into the download mode,
what are my options from here?
I need some kind of program like odin right?
- Also semi-flashing-noob here -
any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!
dont panic its no problem.
many of us get boot loops when flashing themes. do you have recovery mode ??
if so, try to flash the theme again, but before rebooting, wipe cache / dalvik cache and see if it boots then.
if not just do a factory reset. that should clear it up.
ODIN should be a last resort, sometimes it is not necessary to use.
thanks for the quick reply,
how do i get into recovery mode? the 3 button combo was volume up + home + power right?
cause i tried various combinations and could only get into the "Download mode"
yes volume up is recovery, volume down is download mode.
if recovery dont work, then you will need to use odin.
you will lose all your data so i hope you made a backup
there is a reset button under the back cover, in the middle of the camera and the speaker. this may fix your problem, but i have never tried it.

Solutions are all posted multiple times SEARCH .
Read the basic faqs and guides first .
Suggest format then boot to download mode and flash a stock rom via Odin .
Fails then its a paid for repair .

Try to boot into recovery (turn off your phone, and then press the power button + volume down for like 3 seconds), then wipe cache and dalvik cache.

Nope didnt work, also tried wiping data.
So, you did a factory reset and still didn't work?

Note 8 (unrooted) stuck in boot loop, can't boot into safe mode

Lol, solved it by wiping cache and doing a factory reset/restore. Well, at least it seems to be working.
Didn't realize I deleted the entire original post.
Was stuck in a boot loop and it would say no command pressing power + vol up + bixby, and then go into recovery.
Fixed by wiping cache and doing factory reset as a last resort. I'm not rooted.
Good lad
Glad you fixed it.
