officially recognized at least.
it's updated by a recognized MIUI China porter, not an official Xiaomi porter.

Im not trying to be funny but it looks exactly like MIUI, what are the differences ?

Need testers for ROM

Hello there,
I'm building a ROM for Nexus 5. I need few testers to test this ROM.
This ROM would be based on 5.1.1 and would support layers and will have some cool feature... Interested? Post a comment below

Send it to me I don't mind testing.

Installed the Aug 27 build, running flawlessly for the past 12hrs, great rom, nice features, batt life is pretty decent too

I've tested your build and must say it works really good and I can't find any issue till now.
I hope you're going to make an official release, because I guess there will be a lot of people who will definitely like this ROM!

Thanks a lot for your feedback. But the team (who has created this ROM) has a policy: The person who is building the ROM should own that device (and rightly so). I do not own a hammerhead; So I'll not make any future builds for hammerhead.
I own mako and I'm making builds for it.

They never promised camera blobs, they just say if they deliver something will be camera blobs

If I recall correctly, they never promised the camera blobs, but they did say they're looking for a way on how to release parts of camera code that don't contain proprietary data.

Hello, currently my mi 8 has no operating system, the bootloader is locked, and stock recovery says
"this MIUI version is incompatible with your device"
, fastboot is working.

it was the latest version of MIUI 10 global, and mi flash tool says error:FAILED (remote: Erase is not allowed in Lock State) for the fastboot roms i tried
and ADB says theres no android-info.txt when i try to flash the stock through there

Also i cant unlock the bootloader i dont think, becuase mi unlock tool says the device isnt associated with the account and i need to do that in settings, and i cant without an os on the device...

no, they mean twrp_cepheus.img from https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=38137 and previously published on https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/tuto-mi-9-install-xiaomi-eu-magisk.49757/ but no longer, as this file is the same chinese TWRP published on the forum and it isn't a good fit.
