Instructions:
1. Connect the phone to the PC with a USB cable. ADB drivers must be installed
2. Run the program
3. Wait until the parameters of your phone are determined (model, s / n, IMEI, firmware mask)
4. Press the RUN button
It is also possible:
* Do not connect your phone to a PC
* Select any model from the list
* Enter S/N (any alphanumeric character set can be used)
* Enter IMEI (you can use any set of 15 digits)
* Select Android version
* Generate firmware mask timestamp
* Select update channel
* Set the Root flag, which will mean getting only Full-firmware or OTA
Features:
Generation of timestamps works only for obtaining Full-versions of firmware. To get the OTA-version of the firmware, you need the correct timestamp (not generated). That is, the timestamp of the previous firmware version.
[version 0.4.2]
* Added new versions of Adnroid: 7.1.2 | 8.0 | 8.0.0
* Added new devices (for searching thanks [email protected])
[version 0.4]
* Added support for presets
A few words about presets...
When you click the "Save" button, the current device with the selected parameters is saved. The required parameter, which must be selected when saving, is the value of "Device type". The rest are optional.
The parameters are stored in the MyDevice.lst file in the form:
Meizu M5 (A) | Meizu M5 (A) | ABCDEF0123456 | 862000000000000 | 5.1 | 1507058543 | daily | 1
You can edit the settings manually in the file. The first occurrence before the delimiter "|" can be changed to any word or combination of words. It will be displayed in the "Device type" drop-down list.
[version 0.3.0.1]
* Added file Channel.lst. In it all known channels of updates
* In the Channel.lst and DeviceType.lst files at the beginning of each line, you can now put a grid character (#) to hide the display of this line in the elements of the program interface
* When the time-stamp generation window is opened, the date is automatically generated, the time-stamp of which was entered
* Other minor edits in the code

UPDATE: there is an alternative app that let you change the color mode, but you need root.
If you're interested, this is the xda thread, and the dev is @emandt. This is the only way I've found of having a not saturated color mode if you don't have a touchwiz rom, like Cyanogenmod.
works for me on G920f rom Touchwiz

Manual download - Version 1.1.6
Download link: http://www.emandt.net/Android/ColorModeChanger/Testing/ColorModeChanger_1106.apk
Version 1.1.6:
- Fixed Interface issues on Tablets
- Fixed FC on UI opening on Tablets
Limitations ONLY during BETA period:
1) Each time you launch the App it checks for License. If internet connection is not available, the App will not run.
2) For cause n.1 the option "Start at boot" will not work because internet connection is not ready during boot (but it will work when released outside the Beta period)
3) Only MANUAL update available
4) If you have more than one Google Account registered on your device, please contact me because I have to manually add the others to the Licensed list.
- Install on External SDCard is not supported
- Only English Language available
Instructions and development choises:
To avoid creating a permanent running Background Service/Process AND a separated Interface (for changing Settings) I preferred to use an "all-in-one" App which requires this steps:
- first launch the App doesn't show anything (it just set the default/last_saved configuration)
- if launched AGAIN within 30 seconds it will open Settings Interface
- next launches follow the same behaviour as before
This behaviour is intended to work with "Start at boot" options to avoid Interface launching after a Boot is completed.
PS: Open the Interface (the second launch within 30 secs from the first one) may take few seconds while reading informations of your screen.
Instructions for download and activate it:
1) Visit this link and accept to be a Beta Tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.emandt.colormodechanger (this link will allows your Google Account to get a valid License)
2) PLEASE DON'T DOWNLOAD the App from Play Store because a payment is required even if in Beta (Google is crazy charging Testers for this), but manually download it with the link above
Please report bugs providing Device Name and Android Version or I cannot help you so much.

Multi- window in Android 6 Marshmallow lets you view multiple apps together in split view . However , this feature is reportedly only available for Android tablets , and smartphones. If you have already installed the latest Marshmallow on your device and have also rooted your device , there is no reason why you can ’ t enjoy this super useful feature on your smartphone too.
How to enable multi-window in Android 6 Marshmallow :
There is a workaround to get split view mode on your smartphones , if you have rooted your device . To activate multi-windows in your devices , here are the steps you need to follow :
1. Android smartphone running Marshmallow
2. Root root access
3. Download Amaze file manager app
*Open the installed Amaze file manager app and grant it root permission.
*Go to / system / directory and open build. prop file.
*Inside the file , edit it and change the value of build type from user to userdebug
*Save the build.prop file.
*Reboot your device.
*Once back , enable Developer Options: go to Settings > About Phone > tap on Build Number seven times.
*Go back to Settings > Developer Options > go to the bottom of the Drawing category and enable Multi-window from the options.
Congrats!
Yep , it was that easy to get multi- window on Android 6 on your rooted Android smartphones. For the tablets , all you need to do is enable developer options , and then toggle multi-window on . Enjoy using multiple apps in the split view mode .

Hey Guys
Frija is a new tool (successor of now depreciated tool SamFirm) which allows users to download latest firmware for their device which can be flashed with Odin.
Frija can download Firmware for any Samsung Devices at High Speed.
Auto mode detects any Samsung Phone Model and CSC and finds all the required information directly from Samsung Server.
Frija downloads firmware directly from Samsung FUS (Firmware Update Server) without any third party websites being involved. It can pause/resume firmware downloads, even after network interruption, or app restart (if download was interrupted).
Frija comes with built in Support form, through which you can reach out to developer about any issues or bugs. Frija has built in App Updater, whenever new release of Frija is available users will be able to update to latest version of the app.
Frija does not have any Background or Startup services, which some users might be concerned about.
It also comes with Night theme, for those who prefer Night Mode on the app

Fun fact about Frija: Frija is named after wife of Odin who can see future (In Norse Mythology) can download latest firmwares which can be flashed using Odin which uses Heimdall (A protocol that connects to a mobile device over USB) and Loke (low-level software running on the device). It kinda added a missing piece to the naming convention Samsung has.
This tool was created by wssyncmldm with contribution from CrazyApe and eragon5779. Devs receive all the support message directly and they are actively working on the app to fix any bugs or issue.
