Hello
Just installed b386 full and performed a factory reset.
Notifications are not turning the screen on when locked even tho all my settings are correct.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks

Hello guys.
Yesterday I updated to 4.3 and since then the vibration stopped working. On "diagnostics" the vibration does not work as well.
Did this happen with any of you guys?
Hardware problem?
Thanks

I reseted the phone already (settings - backup and restore). Erased everything, even music and photos, however it still does not vibrate.

Hello guys,
I've noticed that my phone hasn't pushed anything (except sms or mail) since I've upgraded my phone to B126.
I've checked everywhere and everything's ok (authorised apps, protected etc).
Has anyone else have the same kind of issues?
I don't know what to do to get push notifications back. If I can't get them, I'll have to send back the phone to Amazon. It's a shame, because everything's been okay except for this.
Thanks.
Everything is working. This problem I had in the first release of the firmware.
Try to make a reset of the phone or full force update.
And check following options under settings:
Protected Apps
Notification Manager
Startup Manager

Yes, on some firmware is it there. If I'm remember correctly.
Threema Messenger and tapatalk isn't working. I don't get notifications.
Whatsapp is ok.
If I switch the power manager from smart to the fastest mode it seems to be working.
Hey, after updated my Huawei P7 to B609 (i rooted it immediately after updating) i have huge problem with reciving SMS. First I used Handcent SMS, I thought that maybe this app is a problem, but I changed it for Textra and problem is still. I dont recive almost 10% of all messages. What can be problem? What can I do?

Reset
I had the same problem with b609. It seemed as if i did not send a sms every 30 minutes or so, anything people sent me was just lost. I tried with and without root access, resets and so on. The only solution i found was to roll back to b133 with the dload method. As soon as the phone booted i started receiving lost messages from the entire day. I like the b133 update anyway so i dont think i am ever going to upgrade again. Good luck finding a solution that suits you.
Anyone having this problem on B613 or B615?
I installed fresh B613 and still the same. I don't get sms Someone maybe have any ideas why?

I said 3BTN factory is nothing..
Also nothing
I'm facing the same problem as well.
At first, I thought it was app related, disabled my initial text message app, then changed it to some others, but it seems that the issue insisted.
All this after updating to B609 a month or so ago. Before the update there wasn't any problems.
I'm not rooted and haven't tweaked anything other at all.

I have the HTC one m7,stock/unrooted. Im not sure if this problem is because of a bug or a setting that needs to be changed. When the screen is off I'm somehow able to turn the screen back on by pressing either volume button. This becomes annoying when I have it in my front pocket when I'm working and I take out my phone to check a message and see that the screen was on the whole time. Then when I double tap the home button to see my recent apps, I notice that random apps are open including the camera and sometimes it would call/text random people. If you are wandering how it is sitting while in my pocket, the power button is @ the top,so the only keys being pressed is the volume rocker. Before lollipop I never had this issue. I have already tried a factory reset (not a app issue) and clearing system cache to no avail. Another thing I've noticed I'd when I'm on the home screen with the phone unlocked I'm able to use it in landscape mode. If anyone can give me a permanent solution to this problem I'd greatly appreciate it.
This is very odd since the problems you're telling is actually a feature of some custom roms. I'd suggest you to backup your internal storage and RUU.

Yes but not the one you make on the phone. You download the RUU tool to factory reset the phone, it should fix your problem.

Where can I get the Ruu tool and what the difference between it and a factory reset on the phone itself?

RUU will wipe entire OS and reflash it. Phone factory reset wont work if some of your system files are corrupt or missing. You can find them on android developement section prior to your variant
