Oneplus 3t A3003 international camera module - OnePlus 3T Questions & Answers

I have a Oneplus 3t A3003 international model and the camera has always been a little bit flaky... But only barely.. I could live with it... I bought it on ebay as a no warranty unit.
Anyway suddenly the camera has turned to s**t, I mean the phone is LITERALLY vibrating, the camera module is trying so hard to focus.
I'm having a really hard time finding out information about which module I need..
I've got the phone open.
However I see one place stating a camera module for the 3T only, and then I see ebay places selling a camera module for the Oneplus 3 / 3T like they use the same module.
I've spoken to some ebayers that actually advertise it like that and then they admit they don't know.
So can anybody that's already gone though this help me out.
Are the camera modules for the 3 and the 3T backwards /forwards compatible.
If not, do I need a Camera module specifically for the A3003 international version or can I use the same Camera module from the Oneplus 3T A3000 and the Oneplus 3T A3010 models.
And finally, can somebody point me in the right direction to buy the module from someone that actually knows what they are talking about.
I'd really appreciate some help.

Can't claim any specific experience with replacing the module. But everything I've seen, states that OP used the same camera module (3t vs. 3) for the back camera, and only the front "selfie" camera was changed.

Except that the description at the very top of this page states that *improved EIS for the rear-facing camera*.... So is that done in hardware or software.... If it's hardware then they must be different.
Just adds to my confusion.... *sigh*...
I'm back using a Sony XZ on Nougat... And I'll tell you right now... The Oneplus 3T running Resurrection Remix is much much faster graphically game wise than the Sony XZ even though they both have the same Adreno chip in them.
I'm really keen to get my 3T back up and running... Just lacking some info.
I don't care if it cost me $50 DHL or FEDEX to get it in 13 days instead of 13 weeks... I just don't know what to order or from whom.

EIS is accomplished in software and is just a new word for "Digital Image Stabilization". You should be fine with any model for the 3 or 3T, as they use the same camera on the rear.

Found this video from Witrigs on youtube:

Thanks very much for that video, that puts my mind at ease that I really can't order the wrong part.
Just have to find a reliable source.

I would simply order it from Ali, freshly made directly from the factory ?

For those thinking about switching to the Axon 7..... DON'T

I just got my Axon 7 on Monday, and have played around with it for a couple days. Wanted to share my experience with it so far. I was drawn to the phone because on paper, the specs were mostly superior to the OnePlus 3. However, the ZTE software KILLS IT. It is irritating to use and without any developer support at the moment, there's not much to look forward to. In my experience, the OnePlus 3 has a faster fingerprint scanner, better camera, software, and developer support. And the high end audio on the Axon 7? Honestly the speakers are not THAT great. I find the OnePlus 3 speakers are comparable. Listening through headphones, my OnePlus 3 with Viper4Android and Dolby Atmos actually sound better than the audio from the Axon 7. The capacitive keys are not backlit, making using your phone in the dark a trial-and-error affair when you try tapping your thumb in the area you THINK the buttons are. Add in the fact that ZTE is not even honoring their fancy warranty right now (in the USA at least) due to lack of replacement devices. It's a joke.....
I was originally planning for the Axon 7 to replace my OnePlus 3, but it appears I will hang on to the OP3 instead.
I think speakers and Display are the only things better in Axon 7. Also, it won't be seeing Nougat till 2017 Just guessing

I had a similar experience with Zte Axon Elite. There was not support, there were nor updates neither software development, there are not communities yet. In fact, after one year in the market, it is still working with lollipop. To be honest, in spite of the Axon 7 specs are apparently better than OP3, I swore to myself not to buy a ZTE phone never again. In this sense, your experience gives me the reason. I was not wrong. OP3 is simply much better.

I have a Dolby Atmos that I ported from both Axon 7 and LeTv LeMax 2. The LeMax version is the one that works with our phones.
This should even the playing field for you.

I am using V4A. Can you please let me know whether Dolby Atoms is useful? If yes, please me to the thread so I can install.

If you are running TWRP recovery, just install FreedomOS. It's basically the stock OOS ROM, but in the Aroma options during installation you can select to install Viper4Android and Dolby Atmos together.
That sh*t throttles when charging lol
Hmm, I was looking to switch over.
The whole go to the forums to unlock the bootloader was a big deal for me, but some devs have found a way around that I believe. I also saw someone running TWRP, so Custom ROMs can't be that far right?
But all that will happen when they finally release the damn phone here.

I was about to say the same... Oneplus users can't make fun of other manufacturers for not updating when it takes the so long to port
Yup. Bought the A7 from best buy a few weeks ago and really really wanted to like it.
A7 Pros:
+ The A7 speakers truly are superior to the OP3 speakers...I'll give it that. But I do agree that audio from the headphone jack is NOT what I thought it would be, especially considering the "dual independent Hi-Fi processors" or whatever.
+Battery life on the A7 was also noticeably better. Not a HUGE difference, but I could easily get well over 5 hours SOT with the A7, while I get around 4 with the OP3.
+Screen was great and has a better auto-brightness function. Auto-brightness on the OP3 is terrible.
+Having QC3.0 was nice since I could use a standard 2M USB cable while charging. I'm using the 1M Sabrent extension with my OP3 for dash charging and it works fine, but it makes the cable a bit heavier and clunkier. Boy does that A7 get HOT when charging though.
That's about it as far as positives went for me. Negatives:
- I didn't mind the lack of backlit buttons (I don't use the backlights on my OP3 buttons). However, their response area is too small and they are TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. Their positioning is not natural and I could not get used to them after a week and a half of use. This was hugely annoying for me.
- MiFavor is miserable. Period. And no, changing the launcher does NOT remedy it. Anyone that says otherwise is silly.
- Camera low-lighting performance was terrible, muted, and grainy.
- Did I mention the phone gets hot as hell when charging??
- While I did find the fingerprint sensor to be very fast (maybe faster than OP3), I did not prefer the location. It is unnatural for me, probably due to my large hands. It also doesn't have vibrate feedback when a successful scan occurs. It only vibrates when you are unsuccessful. That took a lot of getting used to.
- The gestures are whack. Especially DT2W. It is soooo delayed. Probably a full 1-2 seconds before the phone vibrates and turns the screen on. OP3's is at least twice as fast. I just missed OP3's gestures in general (especially track seek with the screen off).
- What is the deal with the stupid A7 lockscreen??? You have to tap the stupid bell to show notifications. This also exacerbated my frustration with the lack of track seek gestures. To skip a track, I'd have to wake the phone, find and press the bell icon, and find and press the track seek button. This is very distracting while driving.
- Oh, and yeah, a complicated, gimmicky, and warranty-voiding bootloader unlocking procedure. No way there's going to be enough development support to correct all the issues that are present with this phone's user experience.
I bought the phone because I wanted a sweet screen and awesome speakers...I just gave up waaaaaay too much in order to get those things. Returned to best buy while still within the return period. Couldn't be happier to be back on the OP3.

That is exactly my experience! Thanks for the post.
I have to add that no option for on screen nav bar really sucked because, as stated above, the capacitive were too close and not backlit. And what about no option for ambient display, that stupid bell? The op3 is like a moto x with wave to wake and killer ambient display which works immediately upon pulling from pocket. Nice job op3!

Trust me, if only OnePlus added another speaker on top and the sd card/dual sim combo tray, op3 will crush this A-crap 7 and all those flagships easily.

luckily zte axon is not available in india and even if it was available i'd not buy since there is hardly any devs interested in that phone, where as oneplus and nexus are dev's favourites. we had custom roms for oneplus the next day it was released.

The OP3 is such a good phone and OOS is such a good UI that I haven't even unlocked or rooted yet. And honestly I currently have no plans to.
On the A7, it would be mandatory though!

Even i havent rooted my phone yet but i'll probably do it when 7 based roms come out though i'll revert back to stock as soon as official oos is released. It seems they've learned from their past mistakes and have been releasing updates and bug fixes pretty quickly.

I am still using my Axon 7 as my daily driver since the place I bought it from has a 30-day return period. I rooted it so I can debloat, install Adblock, Greenify, and change the DPI (so icons and text are not huge). Also using Nova Launcher. This has made the phone MUCH more tolerable, as I still REALLY REALLY want to like this phone. The only main gripes that remain are low-light camera performance, non-backlit capcitive keys, and the lockscreen bell. Many say that all these remaining issues can be eliminated through software updates (better camera post-processing, enabling on-screen buttons, and removing that bell). Unfortunately, that is a BIG IF.
On screen buttons are not a fix because then you are wasting screen real estate. But yeah everything else can be solved with solid AOSP ROMs and better camera processing. But yeah, dev support is just not looking like it's going to happen.

Now I'm doubly-glad I didn't take a risk and go with the Axon 7! Just like the OP said, the Axon had a bit better specs in some respects (ex. expandable storage), less in others (RAM), but the developer community strength for the OP3 pulled me in that direction. I'm sure if I was more of a casual user it wouldn't be an issue....but the casual user doesn't end up on XDA, at least not for long

OP3T or S7E

Hey guys, I'm just here for some recommendations. I'm a power user. I'm the type of guy to be playing a heavy game and to switch to snapchat or any other social media app and switch back into the game and continue where I was. I'm the type of guy to root and install xPosed modules on every single android phone I own since I love having limitless customization. While I love customization and multitasking and all, I still would greatly appreciate a great camera (front and back) and a premium looking and feeling phone. Which phone would you recommend for me? Also on a side note, How is snapchat on the OP3T? (since I'm a heavy snapper)
Camera is awful. Everything else is great. Don't waste your time or you will be extremely disappointed in this camera in every possible way. I got lucky I don't care about the camera.

Is it really that bad??
If your into camera/pics then s7edge and its really not worth the discussion.
Everything else, the 3T is the better option, especially software, battery life, speed/fluidity.
The s7edge screen is a tad better impression though.

no, but it is much worse than on S7 Edge or iP7+
If you can live with 1080p screen less vibrant screen, pretty standard below par camera and limited storage then OnePlus 3t otherwise it's S7E.
I've got both and I prefer S7E.
Apart from the cam, it's very easy for "you kind"...
If you unlock and root any sammy device your warranty is void. Oneplus has quite an other warranty policy:
https://oneplus.net/support/answer/will-rooting-or-unlocking-the-bootloader-void-my-warranty
If you want to develop/build roms the deccission becomes even easier: oneplus and qcom do support the open source community much better then samsung does. The latter even try to sabotate open source development, by puplishing broken and not working code.
For me (and "guys like me" ) these are the two main reasons to go for oneplus and never ever buy a samsung device again - but along with your personal usecase your milage may vary.
If u can afford S7 edge then BUY IT!!!! Seriously, OP3T is good but S7E is much much better. I know a lot of people will say it lacks performance but in every other factor its the king(other than pixel and iPhone 7/plus).
i returned S7E and got OP3T and it is far better, even in handling in 1 hand for me. Camera is awful on OP3T for sure, and much worse than s7e unfortunatelly, but i do not care much about this
My 2 cents - My choice for new phone (after my N6P died) was OP3T, SGS7 or Pixel.
A little reading showed Dev after Dev stating that Samsung fails to support the community by withholding what should be quick release of open source files.
Oneplus is the opposite so far. They are very supportive of aftermarket modification and I can say my initial impression of build quality is very good.
I'm not a good person to judge the cameras as I only use my cell phones for quick snapshots.
The only deficit I saw was the absence of a memory card slot on the OP3T. However, they only charged about $40 Canadian more for the 128 GB model.

If camera is the most important thing to you, then go for Samsung. If root, speed/power, and multitasking is more important to you, then go for the OP3T. I take many pictures on my 3T and I'm impressed with the quality. It's very good, but it can't compare at all to the S7E. It's really good, but not nearly as good as Samsung's cameras. Everything else on the 3T is better than the S7E to me. The screen isn't as high of quality, but that also allows for longer battery life and better performance. I think the build quality is fairly comparable on both devices. They're just different. The OP3T is probably a little more durable than the S7E simply because it has less glass in its build. So in short, whatever is not as good on the OP3T is still rather good... Just not AS good as the S7E.
I don't have an S7 edge, but I do have an S7 and honestly I'm quite disappointed with it myself. Based on my experience with my S7 and from what I have read from other users here is what I can conclude.
S7 - Pro's
Camera
physical size is a little smaller so it's easier to hold
Display resolution might b a little better
OnePlus 3T - Pros
Performance - speed
multitasking
opening apps
bootloader can easily be unlocked
this phone is user friendly in terms of modding/customizing it (especially in comparison to the S7)
It's VERY reasonable in price compared to many other phones. Especially for the hardware it has packed in it.
Conclusion...
You have to ask yourself if you use your phone more for pictures and video versus anything else.
For me personally, I enjoy taking pics, but the S7 is sooo laggy! Touchwiz is HORRIBLE compared to OxygenOS.
Also a HUGE turn off on the S7 for me was all the bloatware that's installed on the phone. I have about 330 apps on there, and you can disable them but you will need to be rooted to uninstall them.
OnePlus 3t from what I'm reading doesn't come with many unwanted apps, and if you want you can easily disable uninstall them.
Side note, I have heard users say that the older version of OxygenOS was a little laggy as well, but this has been fixed in the newest update 4.0+
When it comes down to it, for regular use of a phone, I would go with the OnePlus 3t. I am currently considering in getting one for myself because I have run into so many issues with the S7.

I just noticed that the OnePlus 3t also comes with a pre-applied screen protector. That's pretty cool too! Usually this is a additional accessory on phones. Can anyone that already owns the phone tell if the screen protector is good? How does it compare to invisi-shield or similar?

Hmm, mine was delivered without additional screen protector. But what comes to my mind: when I got my opo 2 1/2 years ago, it was delivered without sp, too. But when a friend of mine ordered a one just a few days after two was announced, it comes with pre-appliwd sp. Back then we thought it was a refurbished device, since the production of one was stoped, when the two was introduced. After reading your post, I doubt the assumption we made back then - but I wonder, why some oneplus devices are sp equiped, while others are not...!?!? Really strange.
BTW: my model is A3003.

You are right. And I was overmotivated: Mine was delivered with(!) screen protector, but it was really loose around the home-button/fp-sensor, that I thought it was just the normal transport protection and removed it... *lol* Just tried to reapply it, but it has no hold in the lower area, in deed the two small parts at each side of the home button are flapping loosly (like it was at the beginning making me think it's only for transport). Anyway - I don't care about pre-applied screen protection, and your and my finding gave me a good laugh!
That's funny!
I'll be sure I don't make the same mistake when I get my phone.
My choise was S7e, more confident in samsung devices, but this is only my opinion

Want to buy the 3T, have some questions before I do.

Hey guys, i am thinking about buying the OnePlus 3T from amazon.in and have some questions that i'm hoping i can get answered (I asked these in OnePlus 3T India thread but didn't get any reply as making new thread).
1) Most important question - Are the accidental damage protection offers any good ? The ones on the Amazon site r from third parties and neither one has gr8 reviews, but this one seems to be the better one - http://www.amazon.in/dp/B01N4DH82G/ref=psd_bb_lm_B01FM8M0XE_B01N4DH82G . Still i dont know if its any good or not. What do they cover and do they try to scam their customers when they actually have to provide service/replacement ?
2) What is the situation with the phone sale on Amazon.in, this morning it showed Gunmetal was out of stock, then later it was showing its in stock (It went out of stock again later), i thought they were only selling the phone through flash sales. I'm worried they might send the wrong colour or something.
2)I'm thinking of buying the 64gb version, how much usable space does it have?
3)R both the Sim slots 4g ? Many phones only come with one 4g sim slot, other only being 3g compatible.
4)Generally every new phone released has some or the other small or big hardware flaws, and these get fixed silently in newer batches that r produced, Does the 3T have any i should know about ?
5) Whats the situation with Nougat update? I read that it got an OTA update but it has a lot of problems, what r these problems ?
6)Whats the situation with unlocking bootloader, rooting and and installing custom ROMs, i read that its kind of a complicated situation and a mess, didnt read in detail ? I've rooted every single phone/tablet i've owned in the past half decade, was thinking to use the stock software that comes with the OnePlus 3T as its supposed to be really clean and vanilla and comes with most customizations u get in a custom ROM anyway. But still I wanna know I can do that without much problem if I wanted to.

2) 51-52GB
3) Both are LTE-A compatible
4) Unstable CPU at full clocks, touchscreen latency
5) No issues if you do a full wipe
6) It is fine, not as easy as on Nexus phones because OP is not releasing factory images but it is fine.
Not a hardware issue per se, but the images taken are very noisy when compared to the oneplus 3... Check some camera samples in gsm arena before you buy.
Ya. Definitely camera blows, and I'm coming from a 7+ and take a lot of photos. With that said I've learned to take better photos, not just point and shoot. Although it's a pain in the rear, I think the battery life and software updates we get are worth it, at least for now. I'm hoping they can fix the camera with software, we will see...

Huh... Weird, cause literally every review I have read of the phone says that the phone has a gr8 camera for the price, not as sophisticated as Pixel, S7 and iPhone 7 but still pretty darn good. In any case, I don't use camera much, I think it'll be fine.
Also, I ordered it already last night, I just got a dispatch mail 2 mins ago!

You might be surprised, it's extremely noisy in anything but great lighting conditions and the aperture is super slow. Any movement in a photo causes blur. And I've tried all 3rd party cameras apps with manual settings. Not sure if it's a software or hardware issue

Is the OnePlus 3T still a great phone one year later?

Hello again! I've been looking at the OnePlus 3T for a while now, but I didn't want to jump the gun yet.
It was a steady $500 CAD here in Canada for a 64GB and I found a 128GB OnePlus 3T that comes with 2 cases,
for $480 CAD, now, the phone has been out for almost exactly one year now and it's only now $120 off, so this
leads me to my questions, should I go ahead and purchase it? Is it still a great choice, one year later?
As long as you don't need the fake bokeh effect that a dual camera setup gives, you won't regret buying this phone.
I've had mine since April and still love it. Even though that new Pixel XL 2 is tempting, I essentially will do the same thing on both phone and can't justify the money when my 3t is still running excellent

Yes it is. I bought mine in December and it is one of the best purchases that I have made.
To elaborate, I have been mostly stock except for magisk root, and never faced any issues with this device. I use it for work and play, and it never disappoints. I would not change this phone except maybe for the iPhone X (but a $1000+ phone? screw that)
I came in late to the OP3/3T game and got mine in June of this year and haven't looked back since. Sure I 'want' a Pixel 2 XL but damn that price... The 3T has been amazing to me. I've got mine unlocked, using FreedomOS CE with Magisk, AdAway, Substratum (Ozone & Swift Dark), Nova Launcher with Prime & Google Companion, Google Pixel Dialer/Contacts, Google Pixel 2 Live Wallpaper and a slew of other minor things here and there. OnePlus gives you serious freedom and the devs are already pushing hard on custom O ROMs. If you're here on XDA you most likely enjoy tinkering and this phone will let you go above and beyond simply because of the great folks in the various forums and communities let alone the ease to do so because of OnePlus keeping it open.
Side note: You can get the fake bokeh effect easily by using Google Camera with a Magisk Module to fix the crash bug. Neat stuff but I just use the included OnePlus Camera myself.
How much more is the 5? I love my 3t and couldn't be happier with it.

3T is still a great phone whose specs are being duplicated by major manufacturers.

No it's not, it's a fake bokeh effect. It's not all that great, but it's all we have if using Google Camera.

You're probably going to get a lot of us fan-boy-ing about it. Do you have any questions about it in particular? As far as I'm concerned, it's the best phone I've ever had & may betray my normal cycle of purchasing phones (every 2-2.5 years) and just hold onto it.
You're super free with the software. People say it's "unbrickable" (though I just had the scariest experience of my entire custom-flashing-life of the last 7ish years, but it was resolved either way). No removable battery & expandable storage sucks dongers but that's the trend regardless. The specs are far beyond what's needed for a telephone if you ask me. The price for what you get in hardware + software freedom is craziness (in a good way).
The ONLY THING is if you really need amazing camera HARDWARE, then you should be looking at Samsung, Apple, or the new Pixels. That being said, there are many camera mods enabling you to use (on custom ROMs) the OnePlus camera, the Pixel camera with HDR+, the Snapdragon camera, and if you aren't already aware, learning how to use Manual mode can do wonders...

I am just looking for a speedier phone than I have right now, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, which I am sure is a definite night and day difference in performance, the OnePlus 3T caught my eye back in February, and the price seemed quite good for such a stunning phone. I do have a few questions, how do you rate the fingerprint sensor? Is it fast or super fast, compared to maybe a iPhone 6S or 7, but that might be stretching it. How does the camera do at night? In a poorly lit room? Thanks for the reply!

Sorry for the late reply! The OnePlus 5 is going for $720 Canadian Dollars for the 64GB, whilst the used OnePlus 3T 128GB is going for $480 Canadian Dollars.

I'm the wrong dude for both of those questions probably. I only messed with fingerprint a littttttle bit on my s5. Compared to that, OP3T is blazing fast.
For the camera, have barely used it honestly! lol Good luck!

I am using stock OOS and the fingerprint is blazing fast.
Regarding the night camera, installing the Google modded apk is the way to go. It offers fantastic night shots.
Unleashed by ONEPLUS 3T rooted
Absolutely! I love it like a child. It's my baby.
I have often said to OnePlus that their customer's service should favorably compare to the phones they produce. Their customers service, in a word, is awful. It is somewhat heartening that it is getting better.
They produce a wonderful product. Their support leaves a little more time, I hope. I have never come across a situation quite like this. The quality of their products far exceeds their support. I think. in time that situation will change. They will improve or fail and that would be a shame.
XDA could learn a lesson from what I said about OnePlus. Their product is truth. Their support also leaves something to be considered.

Portrait mode (with dual camera) is fake bokeh also. Just not as fake. It's true, the Google lens blur often results in "fuzzy" edges on the subject, or obviously fake/cheesy looking Photo-chopped effect.

Yeah, it's as good as we can get with the single-lens and OP / OP3T setup. I don't use it even though it's neat for up-close 'macro' like shots, but the fakeness of it does show through most of the time. I'm saving now to get another DSLR and do love my OP3T for quick on-the-go snaps. It is good for that, the picture quality is leaps above most phones out there, and for it's price point, not really anything to compare to it.

Not literally, no. But "portrait mode" is just an Apple baloney marketing name for "fake bokeh effect". Now every phone manufacturer feels like they need dual camera and "portrait mode" (which I'm sure Apple is suing them for using that name). Even dual camera is just software trickery (in conjunction with dual camera) to fake a bokeh effect that will never be possible with the focal length of a smartphone camera.
Obviously, you won't get the exact same effect as a phone that has dual camera (OP5, iPhone plus, etc.).

Back to the original question: I would say YES it's still a great phone.
I was unimpressed with the OP5, with its mostly incremental improvements, and the "jelly effect". We've actually seen a number of folks on this forum, looking to get a new phone, and opting for the 3T instead of the 5.
Of course there are other, impressive options (Pixel 2, Galaxy S8) with their own pros and cons. But of course they are quite expensive, and don't measure up to the shear value of the 3T; with its combination of build quality, value, and dev community here on XDA.
I don't find myself yearning for the "latest and greatest" phone yet. Maybe next year. The 3T is holding it's own quite well, and still a very solid and capable device.

Buy Used Oneplus 3T, Any Hardware issue?

Hello,
So i have plan purchase used 3T. Coming from Samsung S5 G900F with CrDroid Rom.
1. What famous hardware issue on 3T? (Shadow LCD? Bleading LCD? or etc)
2. What CODE to check all 3T feature? (Wifi, BT, Sound, etc)
3. How to check battery condition on 3T?
(i have experience on Oneplus One device that has faulty battery)
Regards
RR
For me the main issue of this device is that it has no issues.
My only issue with this device is the battery that had severely decreased capacity within a year.
But a new battery was around 20€ from a local online store, and the install of said battery was very easy.
Other than that I am still very happy with the OP3T and I hope to have it last at least another 1,5 - 2 years.

Can you send me a link to store?
I'm not aware of any prevalent or common hardware issues on this device. I've had the phone since Feb 2017, not a single issue; and still love using this device daily. That said, hardware failures are going to be more probable as the device gets older. But that is probably obvious.
Some folks haven't been too happy with the camera. But it's less of an "issue" (such as a malfunction or defect) as it is just a limitation of the camera module which OnePlus selected. Which is a function of the cost of that module, and therefore the resulting price of the phone. Folks who complain, are usually comparing it to a device from the same time frame, that costs twice as much (Galaxy S, iPhone, etc.). The camera works just fine for most of my normal usage. A little blurry in lower light, but you can get better lower light pics by installing Google camera mod.
Overall, for performance for the price, the 3T was hard to beat in its heyday. And that statement is still largely true today.
The only issue I have with the 3T is that my focus sensor on the camera isn't working as it should, most of the time the image is very blurry.
Beside that I'm more than happy with the device by every term ( battery, speed, the camera when it used to work, and charging speed).
buy the phone and buy a camera module doesn't cost too much
because there is a camera focus problem with many 3t or 3 device
the phone is great
if you play pubg you will face a lag because it isn't optmized by dev for us at this moment

So there are no major issue on this device... awesome....
what code when we want check Hardware Test on stock firmware?
@Rvl7 i don't think there is a code that you want on oneplus but you can download phone test app from playstore there are many
The only hardware issue I've had is failing bluetooth. It fails to turn on, after a reboot it comes back for about about 24hrs then needs another reboot to keep it on. Phone always been up to date with stable Oxygen, and factory reset doesn't help.
Once the 6T is out I'll upgrade and send the 3T back for warranty repair and sell on.
