yes it is possible...download rom anf gapps and place them in pendrive and use it in otg...
and flash them via twrp...
if you dont have otg then use adb and use command push to sdcard to move your gapps and roms from pc to mobile internal storage...

It wouldn't sideload or anything... But all is well now.

Without OTG Cable
Boot TWRP, then select “Mount”, then select only “Data” and connect your HTC One to your computer.
Considering you have adb.exe (Windows, part of fastboot.zip) or on Linux:
cd Downloads\ROM.zip
adb push ROM.zip /sdcard/
Replace ROM.zip with the ROM filename you copied earlier to Downloads (or any other) folder, then install the ROM.
It should be nearly same running CWM recovery. Hope that helps.

It is fat32 I can see all of the files with root explorer when the phone is booted. I initially had the zip in a folder on the drive than I moved it to the root of the drive. in twrp it still shows the drive just no files.

You can use USB-OTG from TWRP but u need the cable for that. If you do, just add the backup to a flash drive, plug it into your usb-otg cable and plug to phone. Once all that done, you can mount it from TWRP

Can you see where i can find the nandroidbackup or rum (but i'm S-ON...) of the latest SFR France rom? It was the latest on my phone
Then that means ADB is not in the location you are trying to run it from. It maybe named ADB-*** something. verify that..

you should really give some more details, at least which recovery you're using.
Anyway,
1- are you mounting it in recovery?
2- for best chance with OTG, use FAT32 formatted stick
or just use adb push or adb sideload.

do you mean 2.6.3.3 for M7_U/UL (and you have an HTC One M7_U or UL model right)?
then in TWRP, use either:
adb push <name of rom>.zip /data/media/0/
or
start sideload in TWRP, and adb sideload <name of rom>.zip

well if OTG is giving you a hard time, for whatever reason (though I used it just recently on TWRP 2.6.3.3 no problems), then yes -> go for a sideload, why waste your time.
and make sure you have the right recovery for your phone!

(2 weeks) not really, could be any number of reasons, usual solutions include:
* clearing cache/data on google stuff
* removing account(s) and re-adding
* DNS issues
* reflashing (with WIPE)
* etc.
thanks for your suggestions but i have cured it now ,for some reason the rom on the otg was not being seen by phone so i tried a diferent rom and the phone saw it and now Google play is working again cheers

Maybe you formatted your sd card on accident? Also about your google account issue, does it happen everytime you try to install new sense 4.4 kitkat rom? Because I had been having that issue and I just gave up on running Sense.
Hello , I made a huge mistake and I'm looking for help, I accidentally wiped my internal on my HTC One and I'm looking to push a new rom on it. I've looked for tutorials but It's giving me outdated tutorials on Anddroid studio. could someone please kindly help me? I'm still rooted and have TWRP just can't figure out the Android studio bit.
Thank you 1
Made this mistake, too. Frustrating as I lost all my files and backups then.
You need a flash card with a ROM (*.zip) of your choice.
Connect the flash card to your phone over an OTG cable, reboot to recovery, go to advance/mount and mount USB OTG.
You will then see the content of your flash card, install your zip from there, or copy the zip to internal memory and install normally.

Flash TWRP 2.8.5.0. It supports MTP in recovery so you can access your internal storage.
Or use adb in recovery to push a Rom to the phone. Put your Rom in your fastboot folder and rename it rom.zip. Then while in recovery
Code:
adb push rom.zip /sdcard
The command window will appear unresponsive until the push completes. Then install the Rom with recovery :good:
Yesterday, I tried to clean flash global rom again to reinstall eu rom cause some magisk reasons. However, after I finished to boot into twrp (already clean flash), my PC did not recognize Mi 8 in File Manager. I still saw the phone appear in Device & Printer tab but I can't access to the internal storage. Can someone help me with my situation ?
[PS] already re-flash global rom and reinstall windows but it still did not work. Sorry cuz my English is not good like u guys ((

Wow thx so much )) it works with adb xD
Which twrp version do you have ?
Use either twrp 3.2.3-1208 en or 3.2.3-0401 en by wzsx150 and forget everything else.
Especially the official releases
Open Mount menu on TWRP and choose "Enable MTP"
