Hello,
I am currently android 6 MRA58K. I received a notification for a OTA update. (update MRA58R or MRA58N ?).
My 6 nexus is rooted. How to update ? (fastboot ?)
I don't want to lose root and TWRP recovery.
Thanks !

You can always just flash the system.img from the Factory Image of MRA58R
(https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images#shamu)
You 'll need also to flash superSU again (version >= 2.52)

Nexus update !
Device: Xiaomi Mi Pad 2
Rom: miui.it - developer 7.3.16
Android Version: 5.1
Supersu flashed via TWRP: v 2.46 Official link for download
Supersu apk version: 2.79
My tablet is correctly rooted, but Supersu app told me the supersu binaries need to be updated.
I choose to update via 'normal' method (because twrp is known to brick Xiaomi devices).
but update fails.
I have flashed Paranoid Android ROM 7.1.2. I want to root my phone. I tried to flash the latest version of SuperSU via TWRP, but when I reboot it keeps looping into TWRP no matter what I do. Then I have to flash the ROM's boot image again to get into the OS. The phone does not root. Am I doing something wrong here?
Dear supporters,
I have a Huawei P8 (GRA-L09) build number: GRA-L09C423B520, EMUI 4.0.3.
My device have official Android Marshmallow installed with latest OTA updates.
Recently I'm getting notifications from some APPs I need to keep using that I'm running Android v. 6.0 and have to upgrade to Android v. 7.0 at least to continue using them .. and as I have no money to purchase a new devioce, I was trying to get Android ROM 7.0 on my device, this procedure needed to firstly ROOT my device;
I've tried many of your forum guides to ROOT my device, no success! Mayby because my device has a higher build number that what described in your guides! I don't know ...
Steps I managed to successfully finish:
- Installed most recent USB driver on my Windows 10 desktop
- Installed adb/fastboot on my desktop
- Unloacked my device (Huawei p8) bootloader
- Installed twrp-3.1.1-0-grace image on my device
- Not succeeded to install superSU 2.82 via TWRP on my device;
So I'm stuck now! I can't go further installing Android 7.0 Nougat custom ROM ...
Can anyone help me please?
Thanks ...

I'm a new to these stuff
Can you please send me some more details ?
Thanks
Well you can download magisk manager from here: magiskmanager dot com then drag the zip file to your phone and startup twrp then install then select magisk manger.zip and flash it away
I can't get root. I have a locked bootloader so i need root to unlock it.
If you have root, what software did you use @MidEasterner?
Magisk dropped support for Huawei @TimMeerveld
