I'm just curious. As far as i find out, substratum won't work on our p9. Or is there a way to make it work on a stock rooted rom?
Or, are there other tools for customising our p9? Ok, i have nova launcher but i wan't to go deeper under the hood than that.
Nevermind ?
i would never ask a question like this:victory:???

I will be accepting requests for themes to port to EC05(only).
If the theme is Touchwiz based(from another galaxy s phone), it'll be much easier.
You have to ways to request.
1.) Link me to the exact theme you want ported.
or
2.) Give me links to multiple themes that have different parts you want. EX: battery from one theme, wifi from another, etc.
First to come, first(and possibly only) to serve.
Again, TouchWiz based themes are muuuch easier to port.

I dont think I can. Like I said, its much easier to do touchwiz themes, because they all have the same basic framework layout. I don't know what every image is yet.

Yep. Although the apps are a bit frankenstein-looking. I have a Star Wars dialer, a green settings.apk, and some blacked out stuff.
What about superhero themes, I miss earthbound's Batman and Superman ROMS from DK28, and I myself TRIED to develop a Simpsons Theme....

Where? I see where he says "If you want to use my work, PM me" but I don't see "No porting", unless I'm blind as a bat. Of course, he'd have to ask before porting it(If he wants to and could). Can't hurt to ask.

Seems like the type to say "No" and outright saying "No" are two different things. I know the theme borrows from a lot of other themes, so there would be a better chance of being denied, but there's no harm in asking. If the answer is "No", we'll move on.
Of course, before anything, Zanderman has to say yes.
I'll look into it.
@keeper dang, and I used all your apps lol. Good thing its only a test
@ac16313 lol its ok. Just tell me when you have a pc again and I'll throw some work at you.
Has anyone here tried developing a UI similar to the First Else Intuition UI from Emblaze mobiles for android based phones?
I am looking for a thumb-centric UI / launcher / theme for my android phone.
Any suggestions/updates?
Cheers.
J
try tsf shell
how is TSF shell thumb-centric?
I've tried everywhere, but never found anything that even comes remotely close. The best I've found is Circle launcher https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.dbware.circlelauncher&hl=en
especially if you set up a semi circular interface. I'm really surprised noone took up such an awesome idea with tremendous potential.
Yes, I am surprised too that no one even trying the Else Intuition UI for Android. They have already done/tried it for Windows Mobile and IOS.
I wont be surprised if there is one for BB as well.
Dock4doid and Clutchpad are apps in the right direction, but much more can be done, I am optimistic.
Android deserves a try as well.
Waiting....
I love Else UI
IMHO its a lot better and smoother any all the cluttered UIs that are being released ...
Its so futuristic!!! Lol
But its a phenomenal UI

lying on android app development
guys, the existence of LMT pie launcher suggests that its possible to have an interface similar or even better than else intuition UI. Although I suspect that it would be difficult to top the else intuition UI. However, I would suggest everyone interested in a thumb-centric UI request the devs here to come up with something similar to else intuition UI.

Haha that was awhile ago!!!
In all seriousness an xda member sent me a link a few months ago about a team of devs .. ( non xda) who were working on bringing the else ui to android... I cannot find it now...
I love the thumb-centric ui I want it bad...
Swhy I tried my best to make it for winmo when I had it
Idk how many of you have the stock ICS or JB browser... but the quick menu that is built in works exactly like intuition Ui... as in you touch and drag towards a specific menu option and a bunch of different options displays off of that one......
I would love to tear apart the code and see how it works and build the effect in to a launcher!!!

Supperrrrrrrrrrrrrr :good:
Trying to theme the GEL launcher but so far anything that i've used hasn't worked, i'm not interested in downloadable launchers like Apex and Nova (both of which i've previously bought the premium versions of) I like the minimalistic look of the GEL launcher and i've also tried Xgels xposed module, which has a premium version to alter icons, but i'm a little reluctant to buy something which allows the use of free features! I mean theres nothing to stop the themer making you pay too, so you pay twice?
If anyone has any ideas how to theme the GEL launcher i'd be glad to hear it, many thanks.

Thats not the official launcher m8, i'd prefer to use the actual Google experience launcher, it's perfect and stable, all i want is an icon pack, seems that the themes that are available for the nexus 5 are for other lauchers like apex and nova, i've had enough of them and want to stick with GEL.
For icons u can use Unicons and Xposed
And if Ur on AOSP and Having Theme Engine then the themes will work properly with GEL

HTC SENSE 7 LAUNCHER FOR S6/S6 EDGE
Ok guys, so far this is just a base for a project, currently my device doesn't have root, therefore I'm doing what i can without. Therefore here is the sense 7 launcher working that can be installed on your Galaxy S6/Edge. Install both APK'S
Once/IF we get root i can definitely get things working better. However, in the meantime, when placing widgets you can jut tap them, and move them later.

Have you been able to get widgets added? That seems broken for me, but blinkfeed is infinitely superior to briefing so I may still keep it. Also theming and social integration are broken too, though I suspect those depend on other apps and frameworks specific to htc devices.

You can do a similar setup by setting up a folder of game icons in a launcher. I don't see this being all that ground-breaking, IMHO.
