Hello to the whole community, i have a problem with my P7. recently the phone keeps restarting and /or turning off randomly, I have done everything to try to fix it. i downgrade to stock b609. then upgraded fron b621=b621 Cuts and then b852. nothing. factory resets. nothing.
it happens randomly im using the phone normally and then the Turn off pop up goes crazy and keep showing up untill the phone just restarts or turn off by itself. i even open the phone cleaned it and clean the battery connection and still nothing. so do you know what could it be???

Im going to try that solution! thanks for taking the time to reply!
It may also be a problem with the hardware button in my opinion
Hi, my P7 opens every app it can whilst I'm say typing an email for instance. It will even start dialling out whilst putting the torch on or opening a game. Oh my hat, I feel I could just throw it against the wall. Did you ever find out the issue u were having with yours? Any help would be great. Thanks, Barbara

Hello everyone.
I just got my xperia x8 from my brother because he didn't know how to fix it.
The phone seems like it has not even a scratch.
The issue is that everytime i turn it on it is just turning on and off and on and off again and again.
I don't even have time to input my pin.
The battery always seems to be drained although i charge it occasionally.
I have updated it's os with pc companion, but it keeps doing the same thing.
Is there anything that i can do to fix it?

try to flash stock frimware through flash tools(this wipes the data & reinstalls the system partition)
Normally flashing fixes all software fault but if your hardware is damaged so you shouldnt be hopeful.
I think its a sw problem but even an empty battery can cause exactly the same react.(put another battery then try flashtools)
Hope i could help you

that's our little greek secret... no modifications to the software but he kinda had troubles with this mobile for the whole period of time he owned it.he didn't receive messages in the particular device as far as i can remember. the battery doesn't seem to have anything wrong though.it is just sliiiightly puffed but nothing that alerting.i mean i havent charged it for a long time and it can still power the mobile's "neverending loop". if there was a problem wouldnt it not turn on at all or something? i don't have an extra battery and i'm thinking of getting through with the flash stock romafter i charge it a bit.. should i? and if yes, how? i've never done that (a guide would be great )

Hi all,
Since i've updated to Kitkat 4.4.2, everytime i make a phone call, the speakerphone automatically turns on? I've restarted the phone, checked my settings etc but can't see anything that would auto switch it on?
Please help, rather annoying
Thanks,
Same here. Please help before this phone has an untimely death.
Also here.
Anyone tried resetting phone? I remember I had some issues past time I updated and was told to reset it and then the issues were sorted.
When you say reset do you mean restart? I have restarted my phone and completely powered it off and back on with no luck.

I mean factory reset, the person on the phone last time told me that something might not have installed properly when I updated.
I will give it a try today.
Same, will do it when I get home, see if that works.

Have also had this issue, tried wiping/restarting and a whole host of things, nothing has worked. Also having a similar issue where my phone keep activating my cars bluetooth for no obvious reason, which may be related.
Today I have made a factory reset and after them I have installed my Rom again and the turning on off the speaker it's gone for me now. I hope it will gone also in the future.

Fix for Random ON Speakerphone
I think I've found a solution to this problem.
After getting repeatedly (and what seemed to be randomly) assaulted by my speakerphone I noticed something when quickly glancing at the screen when the issue occurred. It seemed to be happening when my phone discovered wi-fi, via Network Notification. I went into Settings, Wi-Fi Advanced Settings, and unchecked "Network notification" and "scanning always available". I have not had the speakerphone problem since.
That's it. My Z3c reboots over and over again, until the batery is dead. No idea what can I do. The whole problem started because was not conecting. I have tried installing new firmwares but dind't help.
This very much seem like an hardware issue with your phone if installing a new firmware didn't resolve your problem.
What were you doing with the phone when the issue started to happen, and have you ever submerged the phone in water?

Hey guys, I've had my note 5 for about 3 weeks now, and noticed some problems.
Details: Black Sapphire 64gb SM-920I, non rooted.
I have package disabler pro and have used it to disable Facebook and some junk Samsung apps.
My problems currently are:
1. Phone occasionally gets No Sim card detected, restart device. (has happened about 3 times so far, once a week.)
2. One time when turning on Bluetooth, unable to pair to my earphones(sol Republic shadow). Turning off and on Bluetooth resulted in phone restarting. (unable to reproduce so far)
3. Turned on screen with power button, tried unlocking with fingerprint, phone became unresponsive and only managed to unlock it a minute later.
(also unable to reproduce, only happened once so far.
4. Dev mode - enabled screen on while charging. Works fine for wired charging, but screen still turns itself off when wirelessly charging.
I'm rather concerned, because this is only my 3rd smartphone but none of my previous phones have had any sort of issues like this( HTC one x, Sony Xperia z2).
Does anyone know of or have any similar problems?
Try factory reset bro may be help but your all data deleted..so take backup..

Must be in warranty. So why not go and get it replaced?
Or try what liyonking said.

I forgot to mention I already factory reset it after the first week, but I'll give that a shot again. If it happens another time I'll see if theyre willing to honor the warranty.
I have this annoying problem with my 2 month old p9!
The bluetooth keeps turning off by its self! I got my LG G Watch R a month ago, and sometimes it happened that it lost its connection, but it came back by its self...
But lately the bluetooth icon in the notification bar just turns off! Randomly....
EMUI 4.1.1. EVA-L09
The only solution google keeps finding is reset your phone... but i don't want to! Its a pain to reinstall everything to my needs...
Is this perhaps a power saving thing that i can turn off?
try to wipe cache partition by turning on the device while holding power and volume up button together, from there choose wipe cache partition,it will solve most of the problems
I tried it, unfortunately it didn't help
Any other ideas?
Another problem with the Bluetooth.
I bought a gamesir g3s gamepad.
After I connected it, I tried a few games.
I noticed a 1sec delay when I pressed the XYAB buttons. The direction pad or the analog sticks worked with no problem, no delay. At first I thought I had a defective gamepad, but after connecting it to my gf note 4, it worked flawlessly.
I paired it again with my p9, and it worked normally.... For a few minutes... Then the delay came back... If I reset the developers option to defaults (I didn't change anything, I just reset it) the delay disappears for a minute, but it comes back...
My question is, is the Bluetooth so bad in this phone or did I get a faulty device?
try update to nougat,if still u have problem after updating so i think u have faulty device.i don't have any problem using Bluetooth in nougat ,before in MM i had some problem but fix by doing wipe cache partition, but still on nougat more stable
OK, but I still didn't receive the update.
I guess I will have to wait a bit...
It is annoying though...

Yea... I just figured it out Downloading the update atm
So after the update everything works ok now. Second day without a disconnect ?
I'm happy
Hi there i am having the same problem how did you manually update your system?
You should be able to basically reinstall your system software using the OTA software update app already installed on your phone. Basically it'll reinstall the same OS again on itself without wiping data.

I fund the solution here on this forum. In hicare you need to go under service, and select os early adopters...
Look out up ☺
True, I am on EMUI 5 and Android 7 and no issues.
I have the same issue and I'm on Nougat. Sometimes I find the Bluetooh turned off with no explanation. Wipe of cache partition and data didn't help. Someone else with this problem?
When updated to 7, did you factory rest the phone? If not, you should. It will almost 100% fix the problem.
I am complainig about heating protection showing everi time reach temprature 104fht on my devise p9
