What version stock r u running?

My bad. I was using Digitally Imported app and I am so used to musicfx working with Spotify I made the assumption musicfx worked for all streaming services. It doesn't.

I came across this and wanted to share. It works great. I didn't make this, just found and wanted to share.
Make sure to backup your current system Ui. Apk.

I'm getting offset carrier ID on the lockscreen with a different DPI

I have stock DPI and have the same issue. Probably has something to do with the fact the mod is for the N5 which has the DPI set to something else

Me too. Not a big deal. Maybe someone who knows more how this works could fix this for us. I'm still gonna rock it though.

For you guys who tried this, did you backup your original sysyem. Ui. I didn't and think it might of gotten rid of ambient display. If so can I have a copy.

Flashed the restore zip. Clock moves back and the carrier name placement goes back to normal as well. However no ambient display[emoji45]

I'll post the original system ui in the OP. Please note it's not a flashable zip. I just pulled the folder from system priv app.

I modded the nexus 6's systemui apk to center the clock, and make it gray. So far its working well enough. It looks a little weird on the lockscreen though, as it is not quite aligned with the other icons. Feel free to flash it and let me know how it goes. Backup your system first though.

I flashed it.. Nice work!
Hopefully we can see it removed from the lockscreen completely once the bugs are worked out.

Well that's not ideal. I'm not sure what's happening though. I just downloaded and flashed it and it's working fine.

Systemui force closes on me also.

I personally love Jio but It's very annoying for the Custom ROM users to see the Ongoing notification "Device is HD capable".
So I decided to remove it.
Q:-How to remove the notification?
A:- It's easy.. Flash the zip and you are done..
Q:- Will VoLTE work after flashing the zip?
A:- Of course, Yes.. Only notification will be removed, You can still use VoLTE..

I'm asking because I have already a zip which removes the hd capable notification but after flashing that zip my earphones do not work

Yes.. working fine..

Not working
After flashing notification is removed but it breaks the rom
After flashing i am not able to play songs via earphone
Every sound is playing via mobile speaker

I don't have OnePlus 2.. I can't test if I make a patch.. but you can try the zip on OnePlus 2 at your own risk.. better backup first..

Notification is gone and VoLTE is working fine, but I'm not sure if anything else is broken I'll check if anything is broken and will report back.

Congratulations.. I think it is compatible with all the devices with Code aurora IMS VoLTE support..

This guild will help you to build the patch for other devices..
1) Find ims.apk file in your phone and extract it to PC
Try looking for it in /system/vendor/app/ims
2) Use apktool and do these edits in ims.apk
Decompile ims.apk
In ims.apk>res>values>bools.xml
Change value of config_update_service_status to True
In ims.apk>res>values>strings.xml
Delete value of device_is_hd_capable
In ims.apk>res>values-mcc** (inside dozen or so folders) > bools.xml
Change all values of config_update_service_status to False
Re-compile ims.apk and give necessary signs. And use it any flashable zip
I did exactly the same and got it worked in Osprey..

To solve the low brightness , go to TWRP folder, open .twrps file, fine the 255 value and change it to 4095. this is a left over from the Redmi Note 4 import.

Yes you need to make the brightness changes via the file. It would keep that way.
Look for this line:
tw_brightness_pct
If you can change it code wise it would be best of course.

And are you facing issue in restoring. Backup works fine but restore not working. I have tried many

Yes restoring didnt seem to work, backup is fine, restored it with older version with no issues.

Seems like the base recovery has issue itself

Updated with few bugs fixed. Check first post for more info

I have Moto G5 Plus which just got official TWRP support from v3.2.0 and Ported to Mi Max 2 also lol! Hope all roms are also ported(jk)!
