MIUI v4 for Legend
Found this ROM made by Cofface in a Chinese forum for the HTC Legend. As you might of guessed it is an MIUI v4 port for our phone. There's still many things not working which I'm going to try and get working. This ROM still isn't fully translated and I don't recommend you use this as your daily driver just yet. It has MAJOR speed/responsiveness problems. I've modified the build.prop to try and make it faster and included a default overclock.

especially animations are choppy

It should port MIUIv4 to any device. Actually we have a ICS ROM ( zeubea's ROM ). I wanted to try this but I can't download the official ROMS from MIUI servers ( http://miuiandroid.com/community/threads/miui-rom-2-5-18-roms.16608/ ). Maybe this can help.

Hi All,
I have successfully ported miui v4 with some essential parts are working; wifi, call/sms, usb storage (using UMS), browser etc.
At this stage, it is usable but have some bugs to be fix before can make it perfectly working.
1.One of the bug are the signal bar stays the same regardless how bar i have.
2. some UI glitches, for example in root explorer when i press menu and then when i replied the sms from the pop up, when it reach the second line, the same glitches will come out.
I'm very new in this kind of things, mostly i just do some simple modding. I hope any Devs or any members can help me or at least to show or even just to guide me where i can fix the bugs before i can go to zeubea and ask his permission (i use his ROM as base) and share it here.

When i have free time, i will upload the file to mediafire and pm you the link so that we can play it together.. anyone interested also can pm me and i will give the link. i wont post the link or even open the thread yet because i havent pm zeubea for his permission yet plus eventhough it is working, there's still many issues need to resolved.
Right now i'm stuck at the graphics glithces in several places; sms pop up, sms app conversation list when i rotate the screen, menu in root explorer etc and i have no idea which files that responsible for the behaviour and whatever comes out from logcat seems like an alien language to me
some other issues are torch not working (not a dealbreaker for me)
But the signal bar now fixed, usb storage also working and no need to use UMS.apk workaround anymore, themes seems working fine, changing dpi also doesn't break any apps, camera working fine with flash, performance are good so far...

Thanks again. Really appreciate your offer. I'm not a dev, just some normal modder that desperate to see MIUIv4 up and running in our lovely device. So, any helps is really really appreciate.

Workarounds:
1. Superuser, need to go to setting and open automatic response, set to allow or else root permission will be denied (no pop up asking for permission)
2. hardware buttons backlight is not working "automatically". had to change brightness to make it work and wont light up again once screen is wake up or brightness set to auto. workaround is to tap once at brightness to make it auto and then tap once again to go back to your brightness.

How did you go about porting this? Like what guide did you use and what ROM did you get the MIUI parts from? Also, do you plan to rebase it off zeubea's latest CM9 Beta4? Great job on the ROM, can't wait to get home and test it.

At first, i search on the net for the guides, there is some in xda and some in miui.us forum.
However, foolowing it give me boot loop each time. So, i just do it my way.
I take many ROM to try out (galaxy ace, sony xperia etc) but none working until i use wildfire s ROM. Once it is bootable, only then i go and look for the issues and the fix from the net (faster way) as i dont have much free time to look into the apk files and fix the issue. Somemore, i only have one phone, this is my only phone to communicate so, you can imagine how furious my gf if she can't call me the whole day LOL ;p

I try to rebase the ROM to 2.7.15 and CM9 Beta 4. Once done, i will post the link here for everyone to play around and fix the bugs.

LCD density intentionally set to 133 for my usage. Forgot to mention it. Later i will include the patched play store.

Care to share the fixs for graphics glitches?

Full Note7 Port for N910F by standm (Aurora Base)

Herewith find an updated version of my previous rom based on the orignal Aurora 3.1 Note 7 Port.
As previously mentioned, all credit to the developers of the ROM, including all fixes. I am only supplying you with the full package including many fixes for the N910F.
It should be noted that I have made many changes for this ROM to run smoothly on the N910F. It should be fine on other Snapdragon versions. (I cannot test this as I don't have any of the other models). If you do try it and the ROM works on your version, please post this so that others can try it out.
The ROM is based on DPH1.
Kernel is included within the ROM.
You will need TWRP or CWM to flash the rom.
No your phone does NOT need to be rooted to flash the ROM, but after installation your phone will be rooted automatically.
NOT WORKING:
Fingerprint (Hardware not compatible)
AOD still slightly buggy.
Earlier build (V3) included: (ported from N910G)
No SIM card error fixed
No data error fixed
Bluetooth fixed
Tethering fixed
Sound Mod
Latest build (V10) include:
AOD modded. (Display still darkens in bright light when AOD is active)
Added Essential Apps
Added Missing Calculator from original ROM
Fixed S Cover issue (I can't test, let me know if it works)
Stability issues fixed
Neatened up homescreen for clean flash.

As always a clean flash is recommended but a dirty flash should be fine if your'e running an existing Aurora ROM.
NOTE - Due to many changes, installation can take up to 20 minutes - 30 minutes (Samsung Logo), especially on a dirty flash. This is normal.
The handset will also restart once during installation.

AOD still buggy and fingerprint not working.
A few small updates have been included and kernel updates to rev3.
I tried to include the AOD fix but have unfortunately not had time time to implement.
A few items have been fixed and updated.
If you still find Note 4 Camera, delete folder SamsungCamera3 under system priv-app folder and restart.

ps. a workaround working for aod dimming screen in direct sunlight is to install xposed and sensor disabler to fake light sensor to always read a minimum brightness level. so the phone thiks you're in very dark enviroment , that's avoid screeen dimmin also when you're in direct sunlight. tested on previous xrom port

How is battery life

Battery life is always difficult to discuss as there are so many things one has to take into account. I myself use my phone extensively, and even then I get around 9 hours out of it. BUT that does not mean you will get the same. SOT (Screen on time) affects it obviously. I myself switch off WiFi, NFC and Bluetooth when I'm not using it. Your battery condition and age will also affect it as many don't want to believe.

Hi dev are u have solved my problem... im using aurora and norma rom for my Galaxy S5 prime.. for Norma everything work is so well... but if i to trying install aurrora rom or base rom.. i always dont have data conection and phone unfortunately forced stop information pop up.. flashing all data fix variant cant help... sorry for my bad english.. i really need to flash this rom hope you have a solution sorry for my bad english.. thx

Spen magnifier function, open but is not working(no zoom inside zoom box)
AOD still buggy, still lowering screen brightness when unlocking the screen
wallpaper choice works only via gallery not via theme store (if you choice gallery it return back to theme store first page)

Anyway, 910f best version, one zip file, one flash and you have all ready to go (apart some minor issues stated above)

Impossible. You probably did a dirty flash? Mine is English. Did you perhaps select Polish at startup.

Rom works on n910w8..wifi not working with kernel with rom..just have to change kernel for your model and Wi-Fi works and of course data fix for your model..

My friend is Aurora V3.1 on steroids - moded with added programs etc - and is running even better than "others" (I'm using it myself).

Hi..I'm on Aurora v 3.1 and I'd like to try this ROM...do I need a custom Kernel in order for the WiFi to work? How are the animations because I previously had very big lag on Window Animation...is the buttons remapping controls still working? Thanks in advance!!

It's ALL INCLUDED. One of the reasons that it is special. Animations very good, no lugs at all in my case. I don't remap controls so I can't say. Overall a great experience even before other distributions of Aurora V3.1.

I'm on a 910f and have Flashed the latest release (21/11) yesterday, have to say...incredible rom! Everything works out of the box, quick flash guide: download rom, fix for non verizon users (910f/g), gapps, and in twrp flash in same order (rom, fix, gapps, yes you can add zip to flash all at once), reboot and you're done! fingerprint works, dpi scaling works incredibly well, gps works, data works, wifi works , bluetooth works, screen temperature settings, live display works(adapt color temperature depending on night , day, outdoor basis) , adaptive brightness works, total personalization of lockscreen, home, dpi scaling, grid size, swipe hand to wake when locked, wake when notification arrives, wake when pushing out of pocket, fast, no fc's (only 20 hours of testing to be honest), and op is updating continuosly to solve problems (yes bugs exists )
If you want a nougat rom, fast, light, reliable and to use as a daily driver give this one a chance
flash happily, live happily

hii there thanks for the review you are talking about 21-11 build right because i cant seem to find 22-11 build :silly:

People with n910g will have to modify the updater script .
Just repalce trltexx with trltedt .

The all mighty question : did someone try xposed? And if so has someone a working one?

No experience with xposed just yet. I want to give it some days to settle before i start tinkering...
Apart from some minor things (google camera not working, Assitant not remembering the voice profile) it's running really great. I flashed the cm14.1 optimizer on top for that pixel experience I must admit, that actually using 7.1 makes me really appreciate it. I thought it would be a minor update, but it feels really great and refined. I'm impressed, google.
Also, that inactivity display is epic. Doesn't wake the whole screen on notifications. I always liked that on moto phones. Plus, Doze finally seems to work properly. No problems getting whatsapp notifications yet. Lets see how it holds up.

Yes and its working very good actually. Mobile Network is fully working , tested under 4G and are amazing. The camera work , calling works , SMS received. GPS is working better than stock whit Google Maps. NFC and bluetooth activate but not tested yet. Boot fast and no Lag. Fingerprint works BUT if restart the lockscreen WILL NOT RECOGNIZE yours Fingerprints.

@KoSett I ported for the G530T and it works and looks good. Camera is not working and god knows what else but it boots and nothing seems to be force closing.

yes sim is easy to fix (edit build.prop)...what about wifi and hotspot(very very imprtant).how to fix that?and headset

also if possible add option for 2G only.... 3G/2G is consuming more power because it is mostly on 3G

flashlight

missing 2G only option

Bluetooth
And charging when device off not working...just charge animation loop
otherwise everything else is okay.still testing this ROM.thanks @KoSett :good::good:

to fix sim
this enable multi sim, open build.prop (in system) end edit persist.radio.multisim.config to none OR dsds save and reboot

Presenting you all the first ever custom rom developed for Meizu Pro 7 (p25).

The Rom is still is Beta Phase but is stable for everyday use. Like all basic functions are working like camera , sound , calls , sensors, etc.​
There are few bugs still present they are stated in the changelog.

working on it. Right now thinking to disable the rear screen totally for making main rom smooth, after it will work again on rear screen. And yes the icons are like that due to original aosp firmware . custom rom like lineage or any other put there own customizations.

Do you think that camera 2 api can be enabled since the bootloader is unlocked? I guess we need flyme sources for that..

camera 2 api is already enabled but pro 7 hardware supports only legacy mode. So no use of camera 2 api still there are many ways you can try to check or enable camera 2 api but you will only get basic functions.

Install goes without issues but phone only boots in twrp again and again
Tried multiple wipes / advance wipes / format etc etc
Tried also other twrp
Same issue

Any ideas ?

sorry for the extreme late reply but your device has orange state active. check my twrp thread as i have replied with a solution there.
