[Q] Anyone with dual-sim European Moto G 2014(XT1068) received lollipop OTA?[see pg3]

I'm getting very little and conflicting information on the matter. I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong with my phone. This is because I get the sense that the European user base for this model is incredibly small and I fear Motorola may have just forgotten about us.
I would need someone who has a XT1068 (that's the dual-sim version) and who brought it in Europe to confirm whether he/she has received any lollipop update through regular OTA.
I understand Indian users have gotten lollipop for at least a few weeks now, and that you can flash lollipop on XT1068 whether European version or not.
Also if you're someone who has kept track of different OTA's for the different models/regions, please let me know if I should start being impatient or if you have educated guesses about when European dual-sim users should expect an OTA. Thanks.
If you read post #71 and #83 here you´ll see ,that there still is no release date for the european XT1068 Dual-Sim:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/mot...1-begun-to-roll-to-moto-g-2014-t2978556/page8
Til now there is no OTA for this phone, no soak,no official. Motorola just says that they are working on it and it´ll be soon, whatever that means. I´m on 21.11.23 titan_retaildsds.retaildsdsall.en.03.reteu,Build Nr. KXB 21.85-23, bought by Amazon germany and getting kind of imapatient....

I was a nexus 5 user 2 weeks back and among the first to run android 5.0 lollipop (obviously i flashed factory image , prior to that i used dev preview )
I never had the memory leak but yes the battery life became awful....wifi battery drain was also present and pretty random in nature... So exchanged it wid my not to geeky bro as i needed a dual sim phone.
If moto fixes those issues...then i guess the wait for the update is worth...
I'm convinced it will be a worthy update! ?

I am Algerian my phone European Moto G 2014 (XT1068) i´m on 21.11.27 titan_retaildsds.retaildsdsall.en.03.reteu no updated
Thanks for everybody giving his own perspective. It's nice to see there are others running "reteu" who are all waiting for lollipop.
No update in Portugal yet.
I'm also with "reteu" and KitKat - XT1068. See there: https://forums.motorola.com/posts/edc7501cc4?page=21
I think that is good news. Also today I receive a few updates from Google Play and right now the launcher app drawer and folder is like Lolipop launcher. Maybe Lolipop is near.
I'm in Spain, I opted-in to become a tester in MFN, but I haven't recieved any updates.
Guess we are going to wait a little longer here in Europe...

No update in Belgiuml yet.
No update in Poland

I don't know, I had tried to flash a russian ROM and it failed, had to reinitialize via kies
I've flashed on my phone lots of roms with odin, the only time one failed was a Serbian ROM, but I thought it was because the download failed.
As soon as I finish downloading this I'll report if it works.
finally,awesome new
Link to SM-G900H Lollipop (5.0)
True indeed. Unfortunately I can't post the link but send me a message if interested. Nevertheless, I will see if I can post a Mega link after some time.
I wonder if someone can change this rom to custom. So we can flash it easily from recovery. Please guys we want a stock custom rom.

Exynos update is only available in one region, though it’s only a matter of time before the update becomes available to others either through Samsung Kies, an OTA or both methods. To check for the OTA, you can always head to Settings> System> About Device> Software Update.:thumbup::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

How to install kazakstan firmware to india s5 exynos octa????
hi i have downloaded the kazakstan firmware and i want to install it to s5 india..
my phone is not rooted
please tell me how can i install the firmware?
I am on my 3rd reinstall, first I upgraded via Odin on top of kitkat, and system was too slow, 2nd I rooted via auto root (It works btw) and apparently I deleted with Titaniun Backup something important and system refused to boot. 3rd reinstall I just rooted and deleted some bloatware and everything is working ok. This is Multilingual btw. overall not so fast no so slow, I use cm12 official nightly in another device and its just a bit slower. Used Sammobile link to get the file
Hi! i downloaded it today and it's running now! works great! i don't know how to root the device with android 5
It works perfectly. Although I tried different versions of the country. Can we root that? Is anyone try to root it?

Updating a Samsung note 5 possible problems?

Hi, first of all hello everyone, so I'm from the UK, I have a note 5 N920T I understand it's (t-mobile) USA but it's unlocked no provider boot logo (I love that) however will I still receive the update as I'm in the UK? If not I see the latest one on sammobile which is the 6.0.1 but if I was to install that would be right in thinking my phone would still be unlocked? Also would it have the t-mobile logo cause I'd not like that??
Please help me please and thanks.
???

help please.. to buy a new note 5

hi there..
I want to buy note 5 but I am afraid of receiving the update releases ..
Style number in the phone in my place is:
SM-N920 or SM-N920CD or SM-N9208
Are these versions received updated marshmallow ??
Are these versions will receive updated Nougat??
Which version is the best to buy it??
thanx alot..
Buy n920c or n920cd or i or g or 8
all of the note 5's are on marshmallow, and all of them will receive Nougat. However different variants will receive Nougat at slightly different time, some will probably receive Nougat a month or two before other variants get it.
However don't expect Nougat before the first half of the year for note 5.
For your choices, N920CD is the best, then 9208.

That's a no dawg.
Once you update to 8.0 Oreo, there is no going back to 7.1.1 Nougat. You are stuck on that. There are threads in the forum where users have gotten it working.
Hi everyone! I just wanted to say, I did this operation dozens of times before on my SM-N950F, and it always worked very well. So why now do I always have fails when I use Odin? I don't like Oreo, battery life is just crappy. Is there really no way to go back??

You cannot downgrade the ROM to a lower bootloader. For instance with luckyfate he has bootloader 5, which is the newest. The bootloader number is in the firmware 5CRG9, which is the first number in that. And Nougat was on bootloader 3. So if your bootloader is still on 3 you can downgrade to Nougat, but if you are on 4 or 5 there is no way you can get back to Nougat, maybe with rooting but I'm not sure about that. That's why on certain updates it gives a warning that if you update you can't go back to previous versions of the software. I hope this helps.
revert back to 7.1.1 nogut
