[Q] Problem with internet after installing new rom

After installing new rom
[ROM/KERNEL][GSM] ♫ Overcome ROM v1.3.0 ♫ Overcome Kernel v2.0.1 ♫ 3/17/2011 i dont have internet icon and it doesnt work, but calls, sms and internet by wifi works well. I dont know what to do! Give me some advices please!!!!!!

yes. on previous roms all was working

are you sure the APN settings are the same like was before? sometimes the new rom doesn't come with the APN stock working, and has to be changed according with carrier settings... better reset your settings, configure again, save them and reboot your tab !

yes you was right, thank you!

no problem man, but remember, if you install Market Enabler......you'll have the same problem....during faking the the chosen provider in order to attend to paid application, all APN it will dissapear from settings, and it will work ONLY the internet one; for MMS will stop working. you'll have to reboot your Tab in order to restore again the functionality of APNs

the problem can be solved by buying new simcard, or just take somebodies to see if this will work.

nop Box only unlock ZV4 and ZV5... manually unlock for ZV6 and above...

You cant change apn settings unless you create them. So make a new apn and it wont be greyed out.

I have same thing. Everything works but no data. Even i try apn but still no result. So i am on zv6 now. If anybody have solution please let me know.

someone can help me, I lost the mobiles data since upgrade to 6.0 ZVA not up 3G I'm using it outside the United States in GSM mode or simply globally . in the names of the access point you are in the apn one that just says ! ota sn ! the cause of this will not raise the mobile internet ?, someone has found the solution?

So I have a sprint note 8 I am a Verizon customer I just got the phone and is not working only when roaming setting are on should I flash the Verizon stock firmware or try to fix the apn setting I been out the android game for a while would appreciate some help thanks

Flashing Verizon Firmware should be your best bet then...

I'm having a trouble getting it to work phone stays in roaming won't connect to Verizon network I flash all the Verizon files seem to work then when it boots up is still sprint logo phone is unlocked and all I do not know what I'm doing wrong

Go to the 3 hash mark on top left, go down to the Other Tools, then go to csc changer (root) and change to verizon csc.
Furthermore you could use shortcut master, you could search Devconfig and launch it and change csc that way.
Either way youll need root, so my suggestions, flash samfail v2 or 1 depending on ur bootloader version, then use the above app and set your csc and enjoy. @darkjoker11
You also could try ##72786# and let it reboot and clear the activation, if it was on sprint before then that may be the issue as well, this is a sprint shortcode to deactivate it and cause it to re-register.

Question 5G not working - 5G greyed out on developer menu and preferred network

Hi guys!
I have been experiencing a weird problem since i have received my Oppo Find X3 pro 5G from Amazon.de. It is the Global version CPH2173.
I don't get the 5G network option on preferred networks and also on the developer settings menu the 5G option is greyed out.
I am in a 5G area and my sim cards work with other 5G phones.
Do you have the same problem? Any idea on how to fix it? Seems to be a firmware issue.

Absolutely fine here. Same model in UK.
Have 2 5G Sims inserted tested on 5G.
Make sure no battery saving of any type on.

Strange... me too! Any idea how i can reflash my phone with PC? Might fix! I can not find a firmware or a tool to reflash it... Googled it a lot.

after vpn set to France server

I have replaced the phone and i am on the A.16, the 5G is still not working... crazy!
Finland's networks have the standard EU 5G frequencies...
Any ideas?

No idea, sorry. I have 3 different Sims providers and all have worked with 5G here in the UK on A_15.

Question "Couldn't add. Device does not exist in the server", anyway to fix this?

This problem is not common but it exists for other models and I do not see a solution.
Try to contact Xiaomi.
