Hello forum!
I just replaced the digitizer on my Mi Mix and accidentally tore off the connector on antenna. I tried searching online for a replacement and found no one selling any. Do you guys have any idea where I may be able to find one or if not, at least a substitute from another device that may work instead?
Thanks in advance!

I've recently gotten into the hobby of buying broken phones and reselling them for just enough more to cover my costs. (that's why i'm calling it a hobby).
However, I recently purchased a pretty smashed up Tilt - it needed a new LCD and an entirely new housing.
After investing that $140, I've come to find that the mainboard is probably bad, as it wont power on.
Rather than toss my money in the crapper, I want to see about replacing the mainboard, but cant find ANYONE who sells them online...perhaps I'm searching by the wrong terms, but I'm no web n00b...and I'm coming up blank.
Does anyone know of a reputable website whereby I can purchase items like the mainboard for the Tilt? Does anyone who reads these forums WORK for HTC, and like to strike a deal?
Please, PM me if you know anyone that sells these hard-to-find HTC parts...
Thanks!!
- M
I have thousands of HTC Parts, unfortunately I dont have any of the Tilt Boards, but let me know if you need anything else and I will have a look.
Do you have a website thru which you sell them? I am actually in need of either an LCD for an 8525 with the gold ribbon cable, or the flex cable for an 8525 for use with an LCD with the black ribbon cable (stupid of HTC to make 2 different configurations for the same model, dont you think?)
LMK!

HTC Himalaya mainboard, GSM version?
I have one with water damage to the mainboard and a problematic dock port, would be a shame to scrap it, the LCD and digitizer both work, and when the battery is charged it works perfectly, apart from when it comes to syncing (problematic port) (and if you don't just have HTC parts, I am also looking for a mainboard for a nokia 6300 and an LCD / Digitizer for an HP Ipaq 2210 / 2215 lol)
pm me if you have any of this stuff please
The mini usb has failed on my Trinity. Do I need a new main board? If so do you have one?

HTC Diamond mainboard
Anyone having HTC Diamond mainboard? I was offered to repair mine for $400, looking for cheaper options..
Hi mates,
please don't ask me why and how but I broke the wire that connects the gps antenna inside my diamond. I just pulled it to hard and the micro-wire got out of the micro-connector on the top. I suppose I am not able to fix it without buying a new cable or the entire gps module (the one that is in on the top part of the diamond). Unfortunately i don't really know where to get that replacement, could anyone help me ?
Thanks in advance
what country are you
you need to find your local htc repair center
South of Italy. The HTC repair center is in Milan (800Km far from here) for sure, but I don't want to send my mobile to the repair center, I would like to buy the part and fix it by myself. I can't stay 1 month and half without my beloved phone. So it would be nice if I could buy the gps module (or even better the little wire with the roundend metal micro-connectors.. I am sure there is something similar in thousands other phones).
So I recently broke my mini usb port when trying to fix the pins so it would work with my car charger. The first time I did this it worked flawlessly, but when I did it again the 5th pin broke. I know you can buy a replacement piece for like $5, but how hard is it to fix yourself? I talked to my dad who used to be an electrical engineer and he said you need a special soldering gun to install it. Is this true? If so, would it be like around $100 to have someone do? Also, does anyone know if a computer repair store could fix it? I have had my phone for about a year so I believe the warranty is gone since I didn't get an extended one. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Problem fixed
I had this same problem with my at&t tilt, broken usb port. I search the web and found a company called pocketpctechs.com. Order the sync connector repair service which is around $80. i sent them my phone and they fixed my problem hopefully this is helpful.
80 bucks? ow ._.
this happened to me a while back. Found ppctech and place my order as well. just went down there and dropped my phone off since it was close by. Picked it up the same day. Price is kind of steep, but couldnt find anything else. Tech who fixed it asked me if I like the modded rom I had on it and he was thinking of puting it on there too. lol
Thanks. I would prefer to take it to a shop because I can't be without a phone for a couple days. Could a computer repair shop do this kind of work if I bring in the part? I got one of those local.
why dont you ask that shop if they will be able to do it?
Hi i'm currently looking online where to by the two (i think) GPS and WIFI clip on cables, dont know what their called?
would love to see hem on ebay but i cannot find them
anybody help? where can i buy them or what they are called?
thanks in advance.
FYI: the two small cables inside the diamond wich clip onto the PCB's, not external cables.
EDIT: am i on the right track as this connector seems the same? is the connectors calles "U.FL Mini" connector? would this connector be correct and fit?
thanks
Does nobody know then? lol... i'm at my wits end trying to find these cables never thought it would be this hard, they both snapped on me and now i dont have good GPS/WIFI reception. please help somebody...
bump, sorry... does anone have any to sell me then, why is it hard to find these, not even ebay has them google results in 0, really bugging me now, what other phones has these? somebody must know something... xda dev is the source of this stuff man, i even went as far as ringing HTC bu they cant tell me where to find them or what they are called, i apparently need to send it in, pfft for the cost of what lol.

Happens to me too. When I was ready to solder the pcb steaker high temp, and I was using an smd solder iron, just popped up the pcb steaker. The bad think is that I can't find the road to the gps module so I can solder in somewhere else. I found the pinout of bcm4751 but that cant be help at all since I want the pcb and the road map of the i9000. The sm of i9000 unfortunately doesnt have the wires that use the antenna up to ANT103 pin...
Any ideas?
