Great tool, would it be better to take the stock retail us firmware out and people can add there own region firmware to it, and you can upload a smaller tool then.

i have Global Version , if i do revert stock it will flash US version , does this make any problems with Carrier ?

i have the global version too, and always flash this image and all is working great, tell us if this worked for you.. but it should work like a champ!

ok buddy, first in the tool reboot to fastboot, and then select Back to stock, my mistake, i will fix this in the next release

yes you will lose root, and the recovery
but yo can root your device, and install CWM recovery using this tool

ok i have fix it, i will upload again a tool, if you don want download it, open the folder tool ,open teh folder US_retail_XT1032_KXB20.9-1.8-1.4_CFC.xml and run the windows bat..... or if you want, wait for the upload

thanks i did run windows bat , but give error that program cant start because adbwindapi.dll is missing from your computer .
i think it means needed fastboot and adb drivers not exist in this folder . isn't it?

Marshmallow 6.0 Play store problem

I flashed s424 on my k3 note. After rooting it I started uninstalling apps that I didn't want and I accidentally uninstalled Lenovo downloads center. After that Google play store is stuck at Downloading(won't update nor download new apps). What can I do to fix this?

Backup your data and try to flash again s424...

I've already done that but still the same. Do you have the original s424? Maybe you could extract the Lenovo Download Center and send the apk to me?

Yes currently I'm using s424..but its cuoco92 rom..
Tell me if you need extracted apk..and other files..

Or you should try re-flash s424... via sp-flashtool or twrp... or a custom rom..

Extract the Lenovo Download Center apk and sent it to me. I dont think it will be different . Lets try it!

No signal (t-mobile) after flashing N910t to N910F Emotion Revolution

HI everyone
I flashed my N910t to N910F Emotion Revolution. I am loving the Rom, everything is smooth and void of all the bloat. The only problem is there is no signal in my phone now
This is the first time I'm flashing a custom rom and I followed the instructionson this link.

I just realized after the datafix, it wiped off a couple of stuff that I really liked about the emotion revolution rom. For ex, the screen resolution changed, the multi user option disappeared. Is there a way to just get back data and not change the other cool features of the ROM?

I didn't realize n910F roms could be flashed on N910T . Will this work for N910W8? Is it safe? I feel like this could open up more options for ROM selection.

No you cannot get everything like n910f because you dont have n910f.
Every model has different features and this is the only way to get n910f rom works on n910T so dont be so picky.

Yes it should work on n910w8 but you have to find correct kernel for your model and use tmobile datafix.
You can try it won't hurt just make a backup rom in the worst case you wont get data working but it will boot.
Because canadian and tmobile are similar models.

I need help, I used MM_DataFixs7rebootmenu.zip for MM ROM, data and signal works fine right now, but I am facing different problem, when I hold power button phone soft reboots instead of show power menu. Can someone help me pls.

No, and I don't think any fix is available for latest firmware, only fix is go back to old firmware, I sacrificed my splash logo for newest firmware

Since firmware v26+, Custom Splash were appearing for just 1sec. I updated this script to be working on latest Firmwares too. :highfive:

I tried before posting... And it's safe. If at any time you need to go back to stock. Flash that zip inside output>stock folder and you're done.

Old story, I gave up finally. My team mate asked me to transfer her photos from her phone. The phone had a broker display. It was Huawei P9, if I recall... USB Mouse didnt work, no ADB, bootloader locked, no video Output.

can we flash it from stock recovery with boot-loader locked?

Anyone get this to work with Pie?
After flashing, the home screen never loads. The only way to recover is to format data.
Also, I assume this zip simply automates what is outlined in this thread (which fails the same)?
