Please reinsert the SD Card - Moto G 2014 LTE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
Can someone help me with my phone issue? I had an android 5 version for a long time and there was no problems. I decided to update my phone so I have unlocked phone, rooted, installed twrp and installed android version 6 from this site. After about a month I recived the error message: please reinsert the SD Card. Only restart helps. Sometime for a few days and sometime for a few minutes. I used this verson for couple of months and I decided to install lineage os and the android 7. After a 2 months I recived the same message. Only restart help to fix it but also it help only for couple of days or sometimes it crash again after a 5 minutes. I got a 3 sd cards - 32 GB Kingston 10 class, 16 GB SanDisk 10 Class and 16 GB SanDisk 10 Class (android familiar) and all got the same crash. Im almost sure that this is not a hardware problem. If I format my Card it helps for at least a month. But I dont want to format my sd card all the time. Mayby I forgot to patch something? Like firmware or something else? Mayby something is not working propertly with android 6+ but its work on android 5? Or mayby its becouse I changed the stock ROM?
Thanks for any help and all advice (sorry for my english)

There are no perfect solutions there, but there are some work arounds. If you want to flash a new ROM that will also fix it.

im a bit worried about failing at flashing the phone (dont want to do anyting without reading ALOT about it but i currently have no time for that) so i'll just be using kies for now =\

Re flash old Stock version u had.
I have just unmount and mount the card now is seems to work
i don't want to flash the old rom is was in kka kl8 is much moore fluid
I had the same problem yesterday, with stock rom.
My Note restarted itself when the phone was on the table, and this happend two times in a day.
I discovered it because of the startup sound and the PIN-code screen appeared.
I had a suspicion that my SanDisk 8 gb micro-SD was the culprit so I removed this and went back to using only the built in 16 GB storage.
It seems that this took care of the problem. I have to buy another SD though..

13.03 mb left?

Hey guys,
I have installed a new 32gb sd card a few months back, and it worked perfectly, but yesterday, it suddenly restarted (had this problem a lot with my old 32gb, but not once before with the new one) and it said storage card not working. so i restarted, hoping that everything would be okay, just as with my previous 32gb. but no dice, the message kept coming up.
So i gave in, and reset, but as soon as i got to the configuration menu, it said low memory, but i continued, got to settings, about, and it showed 13.03 mb left.
So i tried resetting a few times, didn't help, same problem.
Then i tried flashing a tango rom (had deepshining 7.8 on before) didn't help, same problem.
Then i tried putting in the original sd card and resetting, didn't work, same problem.
Also, it says: "sim card error" altough my simcard is inserted properly.
If anyone can help me with this, that would be great!

unsure if this will help, but i had implemented numerous tweaks in intrinsicROM and was informed that helped with 32GB support.

SD Card keeps corrupting (SM-T810)

Hello -
I'm running Android 6.0.1 on a 10" Tab S2 (SM-T810), rooted Samsung ROM (Build MMB29K.T810XXU2CPD9).
I have this recurring issue where my SD card keeps getting corrupted. I was initially using a SanDisk 128GB Ultra card, worked fine for a long time, but kept getting corrupted in the tablet. After reformatting it would work again for a while, and then would corrupt again. Figured it's maybe a faulty SD card. So I bought a Samsung 128GB Evo card. Have the same problem now. It corrupts from time to time.
I use this tablet very infrequently and usually turn it off when I'm done using it. Most of the time when I turn it back on again the card is corrupted. So I thought I'll stop powering it down and just put it in Airplane mode when I'm done, but leave it on standby otherwise. Nope, still corrupted the SD card again.
I'm suspecting it's maybe a problem with the tablet itself, and not the SD cards I've been using. Any suggestions for how I can fix this? Is it worth trying to install a different ROM? Or is there any other suggestion you guys might have?
Thanks.

I have similar issue with tab s3, and first you could try to disscard any rom issue:
Reflash the 6.0.1 stock rom with odin and root again.
Its an opportunity to upgrade to Nougat, in this case reflash stock rom 6.0.1 with odin (do not root) and upgrade to nougat, afther that you can root.
Come back and report the results to help others with similar problems.
Yeah, flashed a stock Nougat rom I pulled off of SamMobile for the Tab S2. Will see how this holds up over the next few days. So far on a reboot it hasn't corrupted the card.
Thanks.

MicroSD Card stops working???

Hi, I've unlocked my bootloader but haven't rooted my phone just yet since I don't know there's a root method for my current OS build. About a few days ago, the Micro SD card stops working on my phone. It's detected, but I can't see any of the files on it. How can I fix this?
OS: Android 8 (been delaying the upgrade to 9 due to root manuals)
Build: OPSS27.104-92-6
