There are several firmware builds for the P9. The beta/official nougat releases are only available for specific regions. You need to locate the region that represents the firmware on your phone (C212) and see if there is a beta/official release available. Otherwise you can read the threads in this forum that talk about debranding your phone. Assuming your P9 phone will support the cellular bands supported by the regional firmware you are looking to debrand your phone to (most versions of the P9 phone support the same bands) then running the debranding procedure will allow you to install/use the firmware for another region. There are procedures in this forum that will help you debrand your phone to the C432 region. Once you debrand and update the region information on your phone then you can follow the procedure(s) to upgrade the firmware and install the nougat beta/official release.
Awesome thanks... Will try that. If not i will juat go and unlock the bootloader and flash it...

[SOLVED] Question about firmware found with Firmware Finder

My P9 Plus is a VIE-L09C25B100 and I downloaded the app Firmware Finder to check if there was any update for my phone since I couldn't find any OTA update. The app found the firmware of the screenshots and I'd like to know if it's a safe FW.

Have u not recived B150 by OTA? That is the latest firmware for C25. B320 is Nougat 7.0 and u cant upgrade manually.

Hey man, and no, nothing, zero. I guess I will stay with B100 for a while.
Just a quick question, do you know the actual page to unlock the bootloader? I have tried with a couple of links posted here and they take me to EMUI 5 web page and I know the other way is to pay to get the unlock code.
Thank you for helping me again lol

I tried with firmware finder but i cannot find a firmware for VIE-L09C900
When i search VIE-L09C652 this came up: "C652 (Custom software for demonstration)"
Where did you get this phone?
One thing you can do, is to debrand to for exemple C432
You find guides here on XDA.

Hi m8,
You can't install ANY files from Firmware Finder. That site/app for us, P30/P30 Pro users is just to see when the new firmware for us is released. You can check for HiSuite or eRecovery to see if it's available for your device. If not, you will need to wait for a whille untill your device got whitelisted o Huawei update servers
