Hello I have note 9 from Portugal and I want to instal android pie.
I see that in Sam mobile the update is available in polonia. Can I use that firmware to update my phone. Is the sm-n960f opertor unlocked.

The latest 9-11-2019 update was released to address some device receiving an IMS Services died error, which could not be troubleshooted in anyway whatsoever. Even a Hard Factory Reset wouldn't resolve the issue. This update was release to resolve this issue. I just wished that they had released it earlier before I purchased my Note 9 N960N!!!
